Great fellas in there! Always helpful and efficient in loading so we can get in and out fast.

Staff here went out of their way to help me out on a Friday at closing time. We were all trying to help out a senior couple who needed their roofing supplies delivered. Together we pulled it off with only seconds remaining on the clock. I had a taxi filled up with roofing supplies and 12 foot long vinyl panels of somekind. Poor taxi driver didn't know what he was signing up for. He however was loading and unloading like a champ too. It was a good thing. Thanks Roofmart.

Had to bring back fascia because it turned out to be the wrong color and they charged a 15% restocking fee which you would never see at any of their competitors especially since contractors routinely over purchase to ensure they dont run out at the jobsite.
Will never go back.

Its a one stop shop for roofing supplies and siding. The parking is terrible if you have a trailer.

Expensive place for purchasing shingles and siding.better is homedepot or rona. I know there will be alot of paid positive reviews of course. But people are smart.

We had an order to pick up, when we arrived to pick it up, prepaid by the way, it was incomplete because they were picking items out of it to complete other orders. So we have to wait weeks if not months more to get the rest of the order. As it was already paid for this is unacceptable. Did get help to load my truck though. Front office and yard are two separate things though.

Price gouging at its finest. $52 for a build of cap that's $35 everywhere else. Looking forward to shutting our account down

Busy busy busy, great place for your exterior needs. They often have deals on their inventory if you're nice.

Cool store. Has everything a roofer needs. However, this place can be a gong show during peak hours.
I like to go there nice and early before the rush hits.

The old lady at the service counter with no manners was unpleasant to deal with and I’m pretty sure she’s lied about being open after the new lock down, told me she was essential but would be closed on Monday (the day after the new restrictions) for inventory.

Price is not wholesale, mostly retail prices but, most likely they are in-stock. The service is friendly but waiting time could be annoying.

I have to say that their customer service skills are very lacking. They won't give you a quote for what products you actually need, they just give you a generic price list and make you figure it out on your own. And their prices aren't that competitive for the cash buyer. I needed siding/soffit/fascia for a detached double garage that I was building, and was half the price with better service at Convoy Supply.

Best place to get all your exterior siding needs. The staff at the North store in Calgary are absolutely amazing!

We had problem with a Skylight order from a big local window company. At first, after a long wait, they sent us a Vertical one which should be a Horizontal, after we waited for another 4 weeks, the window company sent us a Horizontal one, but this time still was not right typy. - because it was deck mount. They told us to wait for another 4 weeks to send us another one. We were very frustrated as our project has been delayed for so long, that we could not wait that long. Luckily, our roofer told us about Roof Mart The stuff there were very knowledgeable, and know what they are doing. What really impressed me was that the Assistant Branch Manager Steve himself made many phone calls to verify with the Velux representative and to make sure we got the correct type - a curb mount that will meet the Calgary code here (which is something new, apparently,) they made sure we get a triple pane glass that will pass the code here. (I wish my window supplier could have done the check at the fist place and that could have saved us so much trouble). The best part about Roofmart was that after Steve confirmed everything and we placed the order, within a week, we got a call from Roofmart telling me our skylight was ready for pick up) We are very happy with their service because they are really trying hard to help their customer! Thank you! Roofmart.

I absolutely love Roofmart's North store. Their in-house team is freaking fantastic! Their service team makes it a habit to go above & beyond when it comes to customer service ; and I often walk out of their building smiling from ear to ear. I would give them 10 stars if I could. You guys rock!

Helpful staff. When asked for a saw to get the 14ft'rs in my short box, out came a cordless electric one, (Nice!)
