Buyer beware, this place charges $83.15 for an 8x4 smart side panel which retails for $57 at home depot for the same product. Guy on the till was super unfriendly, no assistance offered to help load. Would not recommend if you’re not a contractor.

Service absolutely terrible. They will take your money send you out to the yard and that where it all stops.
Went in purchased an item that’s maybe one pound. They paged the yard that a customer was coming. Was sent out to the yard.
No one comes to get your pick list (three guys leaning on a pallet of shingles). So no service, I go back to the store for a refund. Respond with “ I guess I need to return this as no one will serve me, I guess I’m not big enough to shop here”. Heather who does the return replied “the guys are probably busy. You don’t know what goes on in the back ground like filling commercial orders” (rude response) ” My response is “ like I said, I’m not big enough”
All for $13.60. So if you want to know how much Roofmart values the customer. It’s less than $13.60. If you count your time to purchase something, to get nothing the value is less than zero.
I don’t recommend Roofmart.

Best place to buy aluminum gutters, downpipe and shingles.
Best prices and good service.
Significantly cheaper than big box stores.

Making the order was quick but waited a long time to get the materials that were incorrectly picked. Then had to wait even longer. Total of 45 min in the yard

So disorganized takes forever for them to bring you the materials. They have a number system that even they don't know how to manage it

They had all the materials I needed staff inside was fine.the wait time in the yard was 45 minutes another guy there said 2 hrs wait time was fairly common. I wony go back to this location I've never been left to wait longer then 15 minutes at any supply company.terrible

Been waiting here for 30 minutes for them to bring out a 4" plastic pipe adapter. Literally could have been grabbed by anyone.
Parking lot is empty. No hustle here. None at all.

Edit: 44 minutes from purchase to leaving.ordered at 3: 15. Leaving at 3: 59.

I give them a 1 star only because I can't leave a no star review. The employees at the South location in Calgary are enforcing tyrannical mandates put in place by non elected employees. These are the same people who enjoy segregation

First time going to roof Mart but everything went super smooth, they had exactly what I needed and got it for me quickly and cleanly

Good store, good prices. Do not use thier Iko line of products. The Iko roof fast 95 and roof fast capsheet system doesn't work. I installed the roof fast 95 underlay with no issues. However the capsheet once installed has slide down my low slope roof. The self adhesive capsheet failed to adhere. I have reached out to Iko in the summer of 2020 and submitted my claim. The only response has been from the claims department when I call them. Horrible product, I don't know how they are still in business. My suggestion to roof mart is to get a different manufacturer. Simply never use Iko.

Love these guys in North store. South store not so much. Steve at north store makes my life so easy

Great place to get your home renovation supplies, lots of contractors do business here so it's easy to network and find someone who can help if you need it.

Very knowledgeable staff that is ready and willing to help. From the people at the front desk to the guys in the yard, they are all willing to help. I use them almost exclusively for my exterior needs because of the pricing and that customer service that comes with it. Highly, highly recommend them.

Decided to redo my roof and this is the only place to go for your roofing needs. Service was great, prices are even better compared to other stores, and getting everything was quick and easy. I won't go anywhere else for roofing materials.

I'm a contractor here in Calgary since 1999. I have driven by Roofmart countless times up until last week. First time here.no idea why i didn't come hear years ago. Great place for soffit, siding, roofing materials etc. Prices were decent to, considering i didnt set up an account right away when i was buying materials. Lots of selection for siding colors that are in stock. Easy quick access to yard. Yard guys bring the materials to you.instead of walking around looking for a yard guy for 1/2hr.spending another 30 min loading or longer. Great place go check it out next time you need to price out some exterior material.

Over an hour till someone came to see me after I had been in the office. Surprise their was no other customers

The loaders are great and knowledgeable just wish they gave more promotional swag and stuff not just sweaters but stickers and pencils

These guys have the best selection of roofing and siding, and they have or better prices than other stores. They have been pretty good about giving me a little bit of a deal if I'm buying a large quantity even though I don't have a contractor account.

It was Friday and I was in a middle of a job, around 4 pm I realized that my materials were going to be short so I had to run at the south east store as they would be closed in half an hour, that was my only chance or had to wait for them after the long weekend because there was no way I could find the same kind of shingles elsewhere.
In my way to I found out that was the rush hours so I got stuck. I phoned them to explain and I gave them the order for the material needed but still only if I could make it there on time. I made it there at almost 10 minutes after and the guy ate the gate wouldn’t to open it. After 5 min dealing with that guy trying to make him understand that I phoned and so and so then he decided to ask them on the radio. I heard them responding.yes he phoned and we have his order ready let him in.what a relief. I was out of there by 5pm and finished my job on the next day
