Got a men's haircut from Serena and received incredible service. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting a haircut, but the atmosphere at Rootbar is very relaxed and comforting.

Serena was so professional and really took the time to ask me about my hair. She explained everything she was doing and I felt so comfortable sitting in her chair.
She made my hair so healthy and really paid attention to my curls.
I have never loved my hair as much as I do right now. She truly is the best!

Oh my gosh - there are no words to describe how incredible this salon is. I have super bad anxiety when it comes to my hair and everyone at this space makes sure that you are comfortable and assured every step of the way. Serena is an absolute rockstar when it comes to hair and I have never been so happy with my hair in my life. This is the place to be!

Love love love going to Emma! I always favour the more natural look and she never fails to cut/colour my hair so that it’s bright and fresh while still pulling off the natural vibes. You couldn’t find a more attentive and talented hair stylist. Thank you!

From the moment I walked into the salon to the moment I left I felt at home. Serena was the most wonderful person. Very outgoing and made me feel very comfortable.
She did an absolute amazing job on my hair! I love it a lot. It will be easier to maintain for me and I just love it so much. She even showed me how I can style it.

They are so talented and knowledgeable in hair! I am loving my nano extensions. They color matched perfectly and installed them so well. I am so pleased. Plus their customer service and even their lattes are top knotch!

I will forever being going to RootBar as long as Emily is working here. She is amazing and so knowledgeable on her products. I always love the results that I get every time i leave the salon 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants a great customized appointment.

Got a great colour from APRIL. I love my new cut! The salon looks like it could be in New York. Love the look!
