Best service I have EVER recieved from a bottle depot! Great young guy came running to ask if I needed help when I went in to get a cart. He said never mind the cart, he will help me! He grabbed 90% of what I had, I made one little trip to his 3.and he was so sweet and chipper! I made way more than I expected ($35.85) so not only did I leave the $. 85 as a tip, I also emptied my purse of change, which was another $3 or so, hahaha. I never left a bottle depot feeling so good! Thanks guys.keep up the good work!
Only been to 2 depots on South side. This one's the best and has come along way. Love the auto counters. Fast. I Always bring about 4 giant clear bags full of cans and bottles. Pretty much averaging 80 bucks all the time.
I don't find the staff the friendliest (much of the time they don't even acknowledge you or say "hello"), but this is definitely the most ethical bottle depot I've gone to. Never had a problem with my refunds.
I use to really like this bottle depot but they have changed. They no longer let you use the drive thru option cause they want to use the count machine. Oddly enough I don’t seem to get as much for the return as I use to for a truck load. I’ll bring going else where from now on.

They've got automated systems now so it's pretty quick. They hand you a slip of paper, you scan it at the ATM-esque machine in the wall and out pops your money.
The automated system kept dying. The lady processing my bottles spent more time running around turning machines back on and talking to the other employees than she spent actually working on my bottles. Took about 20 minutes to get my bottles done. I prefer bottle Depot on 40 Ave 97 St.
Delivered bottles here through work, dealt with the manager directly, nothing but positive things to say about him and their facility. Would recommend for business and personal trips to take the bottles in. Great job
Super fast, the automatic counters eat up the cans and I'm pretty confident they count accurately. I took like 20 large bags in and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Awesome experience and very friendly staff.
This is a great depot to go to. They have a state of the art bottle counter, but still boxed juice and bigger milk jugs remain counted by hand. Staff are friendly, accomidating and work very hard to get you in and out the door. One of the better bottle depots. Obviously has a wonderful manager who knows what he/ she is doing, and looks after his/ her staff. I Don't see a high turn around in staff, most have been here for years.
The drive thru is amazing. You park inside and they handle everything for you. You can wait inside and then they hand you the slip when done and you cash out. Highly recommended.
Roper Bottle Depot installed fancy new machines to scan and count our bottles. I made more money than I ever have from a human counter! This is the right trend. I will go here from now on. Staff are nice too
It's kind of in a weird location, but overall it's clean the staff are polite & accomidating. I personally like the friendly, respectful environment, keep up the good work
Was a loyal customer of this establishment for over eight years. Felt they had good service and were decently quick at getting people through.
For the past year I have had several occasions where I noticed staff not properly recording the bottle count into their system. Everyone makes mistakes and I would point this out as I saw it happen.
Today was the final straw as I noticed it happen again and the staff member stated I was wrong. The owner did come to speak with me and offered a video review. I appreciated the offer but felt this has become too common at this location. They either need to improve their training or increase their expectations on their employees. For me it is time to find somewhere else to frequent.
If you do go, count your bottles before and watch them enter everything into their computer as they count.
I've been returning our cans & bottles here for as long as I can remember, usually once every 2 or 3 months and I've never experienced anything less than speedy, EXCELLENT service. As bottle depots go, these folks are rock stars.
I have been bringing my bottles here for close to 20 years as I work almost right across the street from them. The staff and management have always been friendly and accommodating. Have never had any issues with bottle counts.
I used this depot for many many years until a couple of years ago when ownership changed from asian to Indian. Used to get 100% count on the containers and with new ownership changed to get 70 t0 75%, skimming 25-30% for themselves. Asked manager about difference and he said that they would review the tapes and contact me after I gave them my telephone number. Never received a call. Do Not go anywhere remotely close to this place or even think about it, avoid at all costs.
I have just tested this location. I had 65 big bottles (over 1L) and 140 small bottles (below 1L). They counted 1 big bottle and 4 small bottles less. I think this could be considered as quite precise considering lots of bottles and likely to make mistake. The only complain that customer may have was that ladies were quite slow. But the gentleman who helped me was quite fast and friendly. Thank you being honest.
Good location always fast and friendly, I arrived one minute to close and they took me no problem. But now it's ten minutes after closing and they keep accepting people. Super nice of the employees this evening.
I brought in a full van load of bottles and the counter would just wander around talking to other employees in the middle of counting. He was slow and our count was about $10 less than similar loads I’ve taken to other depots in the past. Including a smaller load I took to Millwoods the day before. I would not come back here again.
We have been coming to this location for 10 years plus. People are always friendly and have even helped transport from my vehicle to the station when I am on my own and they are not busy. I never pre-count my return nor do I care. If you submit a count they will trust your count. I also trust their count. If by chance I lose or gain a nickle I don't care. I am recycling and getting some or all of the money I paid at the till when I purchased.
