Walked into Roset looking for a certain kind of earrings.which they didnt have. I described what I was looking for and Nicole came up with a myriad of ideas.and showed me different sizes of hoops, and charms (I was looking for hoop earrings with a diamond teardrop hanging off it) WELLLLL. They made them for me.and they are BEAUTIUFUL! The service, respect, constant communication between Nicole and the entire Roset staff was incredible. LOVE this store.highly highly recommend
