ROSSLYN MEDICAL CLINIC

Went here for a doctors note. Was told on the phone at 10am to come in for a walk in since they weren’t taking appointments. I walk in at 11am and get told there are no walk ins being accepted until 2: 15. So I show up again at 2: 15 and they have a note on the desk saying “no more walk ins”. Like really? Luckily, the front desk let me in right away to see a dr because I explained to her I called beforehand. I see the doctor, and asked him about switching my medication because I didn’t like the side effects. His response seemed annoyed, “to what? ” He says. Hm, I don’t know, you tell me? You’re the doctor, aren’t you? I found that response very strange. Then, I ask for a doctors note for time off of work due to stress. This note is for EI sickness benefits and needs to be sent to the government. So it was important it was filled out correctly, so that I don’t have any delays in receiving benefits. He wrote the information on the note extremely sloppy and totally unreadable. I complain to front desk, showing them the note. The girl there told me that she could read it! Girl no, you stamped over the doctors signature TWICE, and then tried to stamp it a third time and it wasn’t readable at all! And the dates were unreadable as well! Talk about laziness! The second receptionist took a look at the note and told me I was right and she will do it again properly. Keep in mind, this ALSO happened to my mom, she received an UNREADABLE doctors note and she had to go back for them to do it again! This place is terrible, always jam-packed, and the customer service is horrible! Completely wasted my time.

Don’t ever go here for walk ins. It took me 3 hours to wait. Not even exaggerating. Came here at 10am got called about 1pm and still have to wait in the room for almost 20 mins or so. The receptionists are not even accommodating as well. Never again. Rather go to Northgate instead of here.

The boat-load of receptionists there always have something better to do than pick up calls, take bookings, or whatever else they are supposed to do. Attitude wise - Imagine sloths from zootopia. The clinic is VERY hard to reach. The receptionist gave me a prescription and letter belonging to another patient and didn't even realize, I had to walk back in to give it back to them.

One of the reserbstions so rude, aggressive and has attitude, she treats patients in a weird way and she doesn’t seem professional either. She is wiring so much makaup she speaks not good way with patients and doesn’t dress professional for her job.

Great customer service, friendly staff & awesome first time experience with the paediatrician.

Call just keeps dropping after 2 mins, no noise nothing then just drops call. Tried 6 times!

I’ve called 5x a day for the last 3 days and still have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my daughter. Email doesn’t seem to work either. Terrible

Never answer on phone and if the miracle happens and they answer you, they put you on hold then later end the call without talking to you! Very disappointing

Why have people working as an administrator when they NEVER awnser phone calls to book or reschedule an appointment. Better off talking to an operator and leaving a detailed message then getting no service at all

Terrible reception.

Try to call and be put on hold for 15 minutes then the call drops.

Try to go in for a scheduled appointment and they let you sit there for 3 hours without calling you because they "thought" you left.

Also despite telling a doctor "I don't want pain medication" he went out of his way to tell me I don't need it and he doesn't know what I want him to do. Such a waste of time.

First time comer and new to Edmonton so I was iffy on where I should go for my appointment for the first time. Wonderful receptionist and Doctor Alghbil both so friendly and answered all of my questions I asked. Clean and quiet waiting area. Had to be there for 10am was in the doctors office by 10: 10am! Quick and efficient I expected to be waiting for like half an hour. Keep up the good work Rosslyn Medical Clinic.:)

Not pleased with the receptionist who forgot I registered and then I had to remind her an hour and a half later that I registered because I even gave her my e-mail. The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable but he should change receptionists if they have short memories.

Very helpful receptionist. The pediatrician Dr Jody is amazing!
Just made our family doctor there as well.very nice spacious waiting area with built in pharmacy.

Nice and clean. I walked in with my daughter on Sat afternoon, it wasn't busy, but there was only one doctor on duty, so we waited an hour, which I expected longer. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Dr. Rustin Kashur was very patient. My daughter usually won't let any doctor touch her, but he spent extra time playing and breaking the ice with my daughter so she would let him perform an examination. Dr. Kashur was professional, nice, patient and caring. I highly recommend his place.

Bad customer service, made a appointment and told me to come in Saturday, I came in then the nurse said your not booked she wasn't very nice to talk with.
