The staff here were absolutely amazing and kind. They understand the impact animals have on us and show the same level of love and care as we do. Highly recommend.

We took our ailing Rolo in to Rosslyn Vet last night for a quality of life assessment. It was so heartwarming to have staff that treated you with dignity and respect. We decided to let Rolo cross the rainbow bridge and the vet and the tech were so lovely and caring, so compassionate. Gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. Thank you.

When my families regular vet refused service to our dog who was dying, Rosslyn Vet didn't hesitate to take us in. They were very kind and gave us a private space to grieve. When sending us her paw prints they also send a condolences card that was signed by their staff even though we had never been there before.

This Vet only cares about money.they push their food and yearly vaccinations on you. I will never bring my dog here again.

We just moved back to Edmonton and our sweet 14 year old dog started to go down hill very quickly. Rosslyn Vet made the process of putting our boy to sleep as comfortable as possible. They fit us in last at the last minute and made sure my teens were able to be in the room to say goodbye to their best friend (two other offices had let us know this would be an extra cost). We have been so thankful for how lovingly cared for our baby was in his final moments. In the hard days after we were additionally blessed by a card with condolences and special keepsake. Thank you Dr Kayleigh and team!

Got our cat in same day with a bad wound and took amazing care of him. He's healing very well and back to his normal self. Thanks for checking in on him next day! This will be our regular vet from now on

Great vet clinic. Was told it was new staff, so bookings aren't totally full quite yet which was convenient. Dr. Mahony was fantastic. Very kind and gentle, gave great advice and had me leaving the clinic confident that my pup was doing great!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, there have been a significant change in veterinarians and the last one I saw at the clinic ended up being a horrible experience. The vet berated me for having my dog on a raw diet, and I ended up having to tell her that the appointment was over as she would not stop lecturing me on the safety risks to humans. (Aside, I understand the potential risks and have decided the benefits outweigh them). I wasn’t even able to complete the checkup my dog was in for, as I had to ask the vet at least five times to please stop giving me her opinion on a raw diet. She would not stop (it was appalling) and so I told her the appointment was over and exited the exam room. She then had the audacity to include a caution regarding raw diets on my invoice until I requested it be removed. The tech and receptionist were incredibly kind and apologized profusely as I was absolutely livid at how the vet treated me. The vet never came to the front and apologized, and just hid in the back and spoke through the receptionist. It was a lack of professionalism, and I truly believe a breach in ethics, that I have never experienced.

I did follow up with one of the clinic owners and he was very apologetic, however the whole experience truly soured my opinion of the clinic. He offered to refund the exam portion of my invoice (as I had to end the appointment before it was completed), but no such refund was ever made - which was disappointing.

Even though I loved this clinic for years, this one experience made me move to a different clinic. It’s sad to say because the other staff members were truly lovely and handled the situation really well considering, but unfortunately in the end my dog needs to see a veterinarian and she was the sole reason I’ll never be back and will no longer recommend this clinic.

Rosslyn provides phenomenal care whether it be fore a check up or a spay procedure. Every time I enter the clinic we are warmly welcomed and my pup is so excited to see everyone there (a true testament to how well they treat her). I will be a forever client of the clinic and Dr. B, even though I moved farther away, as the care they provide is outstanding and I feel so comfortable leaving my pup in their care (which does not come easy to most fur mamas). Their prices are competitive and very straightforward, no hidden costs and they do not nickel and dime you for everything. I would highly recommend this clinic!

We have taking our furbabies to the for 9 years we trust them very much. They are great vets very caring and will squeeze your pet in if there it's an emergency.

Being new to the area I called Rosslyn Vet Clinic for an appointment, as it turned out I had to put my very old kitty down. The doctor and all other staff members were very compassionate and caring. I was so impressed with the care that I will be taking my little dog to the clinic for boosters and general Vet Care.

We have been bringing Jasper for 1.5 years for his epilepsy and the Dr and staff have been wonderful with Jaspers care helping him to get to the neurologist that he needed and taking care of all of his medical needs

I love their love of animals. When I asked when her opinion was that I should get kaiser neutered and she said the earliest 5 months if there was a female kitty with him, I knew that this was my vet. They appreciated that he was such an inquisitive baby and enjoyed every second with him. I knew he was in good hands. I had help from a blog that was posted that gave it a 5 star rating and then was backed up by a classmate of mine. I have been training kaiser to be my little navigator and wanted to make sure that when I did take him to the vets, it was never an ordeal and they made this easy for me. I appreciate them so much and Kaiser enjoyed them there. He came out purring.

I used to love Rosslyn Veterinary Clinic and so did my dog but since this Dr. Shereen took over, it's all about her and she wants to make money, period. Lousy response, and totally selfish. When it came time to put our dog down, only one of us would be allowed in while the sedation was given and then we had to leave while final shot administered. Makes absolutely no sense. Their other staff are all great. They just need a better doctor! I'm done with Rosslyn.

Rosslyn Vet's staff always make every visit a breeze. Whether I'm bringing the pets in or just stopping by to pick up their food, I always feel like I'm welcome to be there. Fantastic business.

Everyone at Rosslyn Vet is absolutely amazing. They truly care about your animals and ready to answer any question you may have. Even with covid restrictions in place they are still able to give you feedback about appointments in a timely manner and their caring personalities make you feel safe leaving your animals with them. My sisters cat passed away 2 days ago. I went there with her yesterday (with the cat), and the 2 ladies there were so professional, and extremely sympathetic. My sister has dealt with them for many years, and I can truly see why. A wonderful establishment.

We take our dog here and they are great. They always answer our questions and listen to our concerns. I would recommend them to everybody.

Dr. Shereen and ALL of her staff are AMAZING at this location. I have never had a vet that would go above and beyond for all of my pets. Their prices are also great, so that's an added bonus. When I need a refill for my pets medication or food, they are always quick to get it done and always call me quickly to confirm that it's ready for pick up. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shereen. She is family to me, and I would recommend everyone to her <3 Thank you to Dr. Shereen for treating us so well!

Also, SHOUT OUT to tech Kalyn - she was there for me and my family when we lost our family doggo in March. She also makes each of my dogs so comfortable during their appointments, even if its a bad experience for them.

They took Tigger and I right away.phoned me at the time of diagnosis with recommendations to solve his problem. They also do follow up calls to see how Tigger is doing. I wish my Doctor was like that. Thank you Rosslyn Veterinary Clinic.

Vet tech kept loudly asking if my dog would bite, my 7 month puppy was just shy to go off with a stranger, vet tech kept repeatedly asking if the pup was aggressive then tried dragging her from the neck. The pup was not barking or even moving, just sitting still.

I been taking Milly to Rosslyn Vet clinic since she was a puppy so for 8 years approximately, originally because it was close to where I was living and then moved to the Far East of the city for a few years kept on taking her for her regular check ups and vaccines and then to finally move to the North west side of the city where I currently been for the last 5 years and even though it’s a bit far (30 min drive not to bad) I won’t mind the drive to Rosslyn because they know my dog and her history always taking good care of her and the staff there is super welcoming and friendly recommend them 100%

I won’t pay attention to the other bad reviews. The staff try their best to get to the appointment and with covid it’s unfair to rate them poorly just because they don’t get to see the Dr. At the time it was booked. Overall they are doing an amazing job.

Took my dog in the other day, this has been my vet for years. She was throwing up and had diarrhea. We got Dr O, another new vet at the clinic, this has been the third one so quickly. After getting blood tests, iv for dehydration that his techs did i realize the Dr had not even touched, looked at my dog (listening to her heart, weight, teeth) a normal physical exam that i have always gotten. They still charge me 80$ for a physical exam that was not even complete. I asked the vet tech about this because i was very confused of why i am paying for this when the Dr didn’t even touch my dog except giving her treats.
They tell me they will look into it and call me. After talking to the clinic i decided i would just prefer a refund rather than bringing my dog in again and stressing her out more to get a physical preformed. They contacted their head office about this and i talked to a lady named Sylvia. VERY UNIMPRESSED with her customer service. Instead of giving me a refund like i deserved she was only going to give me 20$ back because the Dr “diagnosed her” which is BS since all he did was order tests and then give me meds for the vomiting and diarrhera not actually telling me what could be wrong. The sheet he gave me explained how all the levels in her blood looks good exception of potassium which i explained to him my dog would not eat bananas and the only option he gave me was to mash them up. That is not gunna change her eating the banana or not if she doesn’t like it?

After having to argue with Sylvia that he did not even touch my dog how the hell can you charge for a PHYSICAL if nothing was done? She was useless and only would give me 40$ back for the 80$ Exam that was not preformed. Very unprofessional as if this were any other business a refund would be refunded immediately. Clearly talking to head office is a waste of time and i will be finding a new vet clinic as they do not deserve my business anymore.

We had to wait over half an hour to get into our appointment. It was for an annual exam and booster shots. Dr. Olaloku just asked me questions quickly, and did the shots. The vet also advised me that since my dog was nervous around him as in mild shaking on the exam desk, that I did not train him properly, failed to socialize him, and that he has had to put many animals down for behavior issues. He recommended that I make sure many strangers interact with my dog during the pandemic, he then quickly rushed out and did not make any effort to examine my dog, they charged us a $55.00 exam fee for the questionnaire. We were extremely disappointed and will be moving to a different clinic. Avoid this clinic if possible.

We would like to say we highly recommend Rosslyn Veterinary clinic, we have taken our American Bulldog to the clinic on several occasions on short notice including a surgery, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the Veterinarian has gone above and beyond to help us and keep things within our budget

Went here to get my dogs booster shot. Not only did I have to wait a half hour to get in for my appointment, but the vet and their assistant were very unprofessional and they cussed me out for being a bad owner. The reason? My dog is scared and shaking on my lap because she's at the vet and knows she's about to get a shot. That being said they also asked if I wanted a service which my dog wasn't needing for another year, I declined and said we could do it when it was time, they did it anyway and charged me for it.

This isn't the first time I've had a questionable experience at this vet. I've thought about going someplace else in the past but I gave them another chance, this was the last straw. Awful and unprofessional people.

The staff are great, very friendly. Easy to get to and lots of parking. It can be a bit busy with covid restrictions but they manage it well.

I had such a great experience at the Clinic. The staff is very caring and informative, the office is clean. I would recommend taking your pets here as they actually care about you and your pets.

This is my go-to vet clinic. The staff seem very knowledgeable, hardworking, and passionate about animals. My cat is a rescue with health issues I was not prepared for, and they were so helpful and kind to me during his on-going care process. The vet team make me feel like they remember me every time I go there. Even when its new staff who i've never met before, they make it a point to say hello to me & my animal, and talk to me to make me feel welcome and comforted. I think even if I move out of the area, I will make it a point to bring my pets here for their care whenever possible. Thank you so much for saving Thomas's life, and making me feel valued every time I walk through the door. I'm grateful to know that every time I bring my fur-babies to you they will be well taken care of by people who genuinely love & respect animals.

I've been taking my almost 5 year old dog Bandit to Rosslyn all his life. Even though I know staff and possibly owners were changed, myself and Bandit still are very happy satisfied patients. My last visit there was early June 2020 and now I'm taking my brother and his girl Cleo next week. I hope they are as happy after. Keep up the wonderful work!

Best veterinary experience I've ever had. My dog has severe anxiety and they were helpful and accommodating!

Brought my dog in today after my first vet was acting weary. Diagnosed my dogs problem, and sat with us for almost an hour explaining the issue and the options. She sat with him on the floor while doing the assessment to ease his anxiety. Highly recommended!

Several years ago we had an emergency with one of our dogs. When we contacted our regular Vet at the time, they turned us away. A few others were also unwilling to assist us and the main excuse was that there were no availabilties. Normally I would understand if it was a standard appointment, but it was an Emergency!

We then contacted Rosslyn and they had us come in right away. The quality of care and their passion for the animals really showed during this time. It is times like these when places like Rosslyn really stand out. Since that day several years ago we have never gone anywhere else and I would recommend them to everyone.

Our dog, Cherry, is a rescue with behavioural issues that we've been working on with her for the past 8 years. She has come leaps and bounds with my husband and I, and is the most wonderful dog and completes our family. However, she is still very nervous and anxious around strangers and reacts by sometimes biting and nipping (luckily, she's only 12 lbs!).

The veterinary staff at Rosslyn, from their front desk staff, to the techs, to the vets, are all so wonderful with Cherry and treat her with such love and care when we bring her in. She's a very anxious little girl and is nervous around new people, but they're always so patient and kind. We feel so lucky to have found them when we moved to Edmonton 5 years ago.
