Recently I got a new hot water tank including installation from Rosswill Homes. I am super happy with their services! They are professional, thoughtful, helpful and at an affordable price — all I am looking for in a company.

Rosswill always goes above and beyond for their customers. Their work is precise and high end. From design to construction to plumbing they do it all and they do it with attention to every detail. I am so impressed with how professional and quality their work is. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done well and have a company that stands behind their work. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, putting you at ease, again highly recommended Rosswill homes!

Our furnace went on us right before winter. Rosswill homes had a team out to replace it ASAP. The furnace has obviously been great and because of the higher efficiency unit they installed out utility costs dropped after as a result! Great experience all around.

Whoever drives the big jacked up black truck with the Rosswill Homes decals should have his license revoked. I do understand why he needs a giant truck to protect himself from his horrible driving skills. Hire a driver and do the neighborhood a favor.

After Roswill came out to assess the problem and advised of a $18,000.00 solution. My wife checked around and had our boiler cleaned for $800.00. Roswill still charged us $300.00 for the visit. Be careful get a 2nd opinion.

Not impressed with their lack of service.
One worker left this jumble of wires under my house, which could have potentially started a fire. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they blamed the manufacturer of the wires, rather than taking responsibility for their actions and didn't try to compensate in any way.

Rosswill did a great job replacing my hot water heater. They came within the day and had it replaced quickly. I would Definitely recommend Rosswill to everyone.

The team at Rosswill went above and beyond to help us with our furnace issue this week.
Not only did they track down the parts needed, but then were eager to get it installed early Sunday morning to make sure we were all fixed up before the cold temperatures dropped.
Graham with Rosswill was very professional and I would highly recommend him and Ross anytime!

Timing was great, Marty was at the house about 20 minutes later.
The estimate to run gas to my garage and install a garage furnace was very reasonable. So reasonable, we decided to change out our hot water tank at the same time. I can not say enough about these guys. The crew that came to our house was awesome. The guys were very professional, very friendly and very neat. Any questions we had they answered for us, they are very knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job of both installs. When they were finished you could not tell they were even there. VERY nice job on the clean up! When the bill came, no surprises at all, in fact the job came in under the initial estimate.

Had Rob come out to do some pipe fitting and he was professional, efficient and his work was top notch. Was invoiced the next day and was able to pay online with credit card. Fair prices and quality work, highly recommend.

We had the guys in to redo our sink area in the salon and it was so great, we didnt have to do anything but show up and see the end result. It was so amazing and beautiful.
