Rouleau

Lived in the Rouleau for 6 years 2017-2023 moving due to job in a new city otherwise would have stayed. Katarina & the Building management has been outstanding. Repairs have been shocking fast, management have always been helpful and friendly. Any repair requests have always been serviced with a day or two!

the building itself is very sturdy and you hear next to nothing from outside,

We loved living at Rouleau, we have been very happy with everything. A very special note to Katarina, she is a very nice person and made our experience at Rouleau perfect. There is a sense of community in this building that you may not be able to find else where and it all starts with the building management (Katarina).

They are always sending emails about our apartment without checking the facts first which can be irritating and stress inducing! They’ve done it too many times and it makes me want to end the lease early! Would not recommend living here.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, appliances don't work right, the windows freeze in winter and it gets extremely cold causing higher electricity bills.

There are so many better places to spend your money. If you want to live comfortably in Calgary. The cost of rent is highly expensive for a mediocre apartment. The design here hurts my eyes and would definitely hurt yours. Downtown is a lot cheaper with nicer views, nothing special about Rouleau apartments.

I have been living at the Rouleau for 4 years. I found the staff to be very friendly and supportive. I had issues with their new app and got great support from Kamal & Katarina. I would recommend Rouleau to anyone who would be interested in living on the beltline!

Kamal was extremely helpful through the leasing process. She was kind and patient with us. We are just very happy to live in a big, nice apartment that is well maintained and pet friendly.

I have been here for a year and I have to say that I am impressed by how well the property is managed and maintained. Kamal and Katerina are a gem. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and work is done in a timely manner. I just renewed my lease because this property has got everything one would need, Modern gym and a community room.

The Mansion community is quiet and good. Walking distance to CTrain station and 17 bus stop. Also, the management team responded promptly.

I have a great experience moving into this building, especially thanks to Kamaldeep Gill and Ekaterina for helping me.

Best location! Management team is fantastic! Both Katarina and Kamal are super nice and helpful. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Pet friendly and super clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I started living here recently and I am enjoying it. Location is great, close to river with walking paths along side, all amenities can be reached just by walking. Apartment in good condition and great support provided by friendly staff. Additional thanks to Kamaldeep Gill and Ekaterina!
