Round Table Board Gamerie

They have so many games, friendly and very helpful service. The food was outstanding and the prices are fair. Even if you don't want to play games grab some food for dinner. I will recommend this place over and over again.

The comfort food is always incredible and the atmosphere is fun. We love coming in to the Board Gamerie, but we also enjoy ordering in every so often!

Recently, a Skip order we placed was cancelled without notice, and the Round Table not only rectified it, they went above and beyond - for something that wasn't even their fault!

We feel appreciated and well taken care of in every interaction we've ever had with them, and it keeps us coming back. Thank you all!:)

Always a great spot to hang out with friends or even for a little date. There's so many boardgames to play, and the staff are always helpful with great reccomendations on what to play.

Stopped in for lunch the other day, excited because of the recommendations we heard from minutes before. So confused as we sat for 30 minutes before I asked the front where we were supposed to order (service comes to table). Another 10 minutes then we got to order. After an hour and 15 mins, we sat with no drinks or appetizers. We decided to leave and try our luck at the mall. Try Taro Noodle House, best place to eat and the service is amazing. Nothing like what we experienced.

Sorry yall this is just not worth it. I love the atmosphere but for $60 for 3 people for 3 appys and drinks.just not worth it at all. The service wasn't great. Yall definitely should consider hiring at least 1 more staff memeber. It also took forever to get food which wasn't good tbh. The portions were small and the shrimp were nonexistent.and to pay took forever we had to hubt someone down to pay? Very dissatisfied and won't be coming back.

Went there for the first time on January 13,2023 and can't say I would ever go back. It was fabulous having all the options of games but having no service was disappointing. I was there with a group of about 12 people and only 1 person had ever been there before. It took 45 minutes to get a beverage and another hour to get deep fried appetizers. The server acted like we didn't exist even though she walked by our table serving the rest of the customers. This place would be better if they had a staff member at the bar and you could order your food and beverage from that person. We had to bus our own table to make room to play the game and somehow the waitress was surprised when no one at our table tipped. The managers attitude was shocking as he didn't want to talk about the terrible experience he just wanted to know if we had fun playing a game. We were shocked and disappointed that a manager would reply with such a no-fs-given attitude.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I have no idea how this place is still in business, and last night they lost 12 new customers.

Went here for the first time ever on January 13, with a group of 12 woman. Loved the selection of games, the service lead a lot to be desired. We had to flag down the server repeatedly to get drink refills or even a drink. Those of us ordered food had to ask a few times where our food was and we ordered simple stuff like a shared deep fried platter, 2 poutines, and some side orders of fries and a pasta salad, it took 45 minutes to get our food. We had to bus our own table, go up to the bar for refills a few times. When I left I complained to the waitress about it and she couldn’t have cared less about my complaint, and never mentioned any type of compensation for the poor service my friends and I received. When one of them complained to the manager they got the same type of response. As this was my first time going here, I can guarantee that I will not be returning again, and will be telling my all my other friends not to go here.

First time there last night with a group of 12. Loved the atmosphere and games. We had a great time.

Not so great was the service. An hour to just get a drink. Another hour before our fries came out. Had to clear our own table from food so we could play. Had to track down staff to get refills every time. Talked to a server and excuses made. One in our group talked to the manager (who didn’t help his way behind staff because he was playing games all night) blew us off saying they were busy……but did we at least have a good time playing games? Seriously it’s a busy Friday night. Staff appropriately for your reservations and maybe the manager should get up and help instead of spending his shift playing games with his friends. If an owner sees this I would love to talk to you! 11/12 if our group it was our first time there. Probably our last too.

on drinks, our food took over an hour to come We had to flag staff to clear our plates so we could continue playing our game. Granted it was busy but they should have staffed better. As for the manager he was sitting playing magic with his friends instead of working. One of the ladies went and complained to him about our lack of service and he shrugged it off. Being it was mine and a few other ladies first time going to roundtable we definitely didn't have good impression. If I could leave a zero star review I would as i doubt i will go back due to the lack of service.

This place was interesting. I loved the idea of playing games with a group of friends and hanging a good time. Paying to play was not what I expected. The bartender was super nice but didn't really have beverage knowledge. Basic pub food on the menu. The sharable platter was nice for the group.

I would definitely go again for the right reason at the right time.

I always come here when I visit Lethbridge. Great food! Great selection of games. Great atmosphere overall. Probably one of the best board game cafes I've experienced.

Lots of variety of good pub food. Friendly service, tons of fun games, cheap game fee. Regular customer.

Also they have the best sticky toffee pudding in town.

Very nice place to hang out with friends, enjoy some good food, and play board games. Highly recommend.

Super fun place! They even have a club where you can go and play with random people if you don't have friends interested! Huge variety of games and they even sell some at the front if you loved it. There is a roll for shots option which is quite unique. The food is the reason I am not leaving 5 stars. The food is not very good and usually very greasy also small portion sizes for the price. But overall a super wonderful place!

A very great place to go if you want to hang out with some friends and play some bored games. It also offers great food.

Great place to come for an evening with or without the kids! Many (and I mean MANY) different games to choose from to keep everybody entertained. Great kitchen and bar as well. A fantastic way to spend an evening with friends. Doesn't have to be expensive to have a good night out and Round Table proves that!

Favorite place to go and hang out with friends and family on a weekend. Amazing food and snacks grest for anytime of the week. A recommend for anyone in Lethbridge.
