When I first started with Roy and Kelly I thought it was the best thing ever Roy was very gentle and actually talked me through the process but then as they got more clients the professionalism and the talent slowly dimmed over the past few months I have lost multiple fillings done by their dental office but every time I ask about it or try to voice my concern about tooth pain and dark spots I was disregarded only to find out that it was the case along with various other smaller problems from the dental office ill be happy to be switching to grande prairie family dental

Great service. Dr. Roy is an amazing dentist, my kids woulnt deal with anyone Else. The whole staff is great.

Dr. Roy is a very cordial and accommodating dentist who seems very skilled to me and looks after all my dental needs to my satisfaction.

The most amazing experience. As amazing as a visit to the dentist can be, anyway! The friendliest staff and Doctors. They were very pro active with getting us set up, and reached out to our former out of province dentists for our files. I really cannot say enough good things!

Fantastic experience! Admin were lovely and helpful- it was our first time seeing a dental clinic in Alberta and we weren’t sure how our insurance would work and they really went above and beyond to make the experience easy breezy. Jerry the hygienist was an absolute gem and Dr. Roy was informative and caring. Some of the staff have worked alongside each other for decades and it speaks to the culture of the place. My husband and I were very pleased!

These guys went above and beyond for my husband! Needed emergency extraction and they took him so close to closing time. Thank you so much for being so kind and such amazing people.

Dr. Roy is such an excellent professional! Today, I had my wisdom tooth removed by him and it was a very easy process which he walked me through. He got my tooth out in no time, that I even did not know when that happened. I highly recommend this doctor, from my first visit today at Kali&Roy I can tell this doctor has true calling and his great at what he is doing!

They left a rotten tooth in my mouth after i told them i wanted it pulled roy suggested a root canal so I had agreed and they didn't even do anything to it.

I would not recommend this place. Dr. Roy was very rough with my daughter when taking her tooth out.

Vary good service roy is vary kind and the staff is always friendly and don't judge me at all they have a kind and caring staff and help me get through my day safely making my teeth better

Dr. Roy along with his staff are always so wonderful! My family of 6 have been patients of Dr. Roys for over 13 years and they have always went above and beyond for us:) Always making sure we are comfortable with any procedure we are having done. Thank-you to everyone. You are all amazing!

The staff at Roy and Kali Family Dental are absolutely wonderful! Dr. Roy is the most kind and genuine dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! I have been a patient of Dr. Roy’s for 9 years and now feel like a part of the family at the office! My entire family also visits this office and has always had a positive experience with Dr. Roy, the hygienists, and the entire front office staff! I would highly recommend this office, they are a family friendly and always go above and beyond to make their patients feel welcome at every visit!
