Shower/bath was very small. I'm not a big or tall person and I almost had to duck to get under the shower. Any taller and it would have been very awkward. Not enough lighting in the bathroom. Very outdated. Hallways are narrow and dark. Not enough elevators.

Great hotel, near to West Edmonton Mall and walking distance to other places. Good facilities and service. They offer free breakfast for your stay. The rooms are clean and well maintain. The people working are also attentive to what you need. A little bit slow with their wifi and we don’t have microwave inside our room.

Please avoid putting a resume in at this hotel. Especially for line cook. I went for the interview process with the employer and got offer the job the same day. I told the employer that i had no car and that i was walking from Nisku. She did not listen to me and still scheduled me to work at 5: 30am. When i told my concerns on the group chat and that i was afraid for my safety. She had everyone on that group chat discriminate against me, insult me and threaten me. All cause they didnt care about me walking in the pitch dark. But still for all they scheduled a person with a vehicle for 8am. Wow im so glad i found out there ture colours before i worked with them. Not only did they tell me to go bag on the streets but they made fun off a handicap person who requires a walker to walk long distance. Im not only disgusted by laura the head manager for not stepping in against the harassment. But disgusted by the behaviour off how she didnt take time to read the papers along with everyone else on bullying and harassment. I will never allow theses so called human beings with nasty hearts to ever cook for me or my boyfriend. As i might end up puking everywhere.

The rooms were clean but that's about it. The wifi never works. Air conditioner temperature was not adjustable so it was very cold. The breakfast has very limited options with no juice, cereal or even other basics. Not coming back.

Great place, comfiest beds ever but staff can be slightly slow but other then that the beds are the best! Sleeping on clouds

Although the lobby looks great. The rooms are out dated. The beds are not comfortable and there were water stains on the lamp shades. Free breakfast was even more disappointing. Food was dry and cold.

Very old hotel. The rooms do not have enough lighting and the AC is very loud. It is very close to west Edmonton mall but that’s it. The breakfast is also mediocre. They don’t even have juice, milk, or cereal. I wouldn’t stay here again. There are other newer hotels in the area.

I checked in after a long 12 hour day in the car and heat, I checked the bed as soon as I entered the room & within 5 minutes I was running out of there! Found 2 bugs immediately while searching…. Slept in my car instead! When I requested a refund because of bugs the lady at the desk did not seem shocked, she gave my money back quickly and the entire exchange made me believe that they must know they have bugs or that this has happened frequently because they didnt even bother too ask if I wanted to change rooms (not that I would have after seeing that!) Also did not even receive an apology! Not impressed and slept better in the car!

Stayed here to go to the airshow at Villeneuve Airport and West Edmonton Mall. Good location for visiting those spots. Rooms were clean. Only complaint was a slow bathroom drain. Staff were helpful. Can purchase Choice tickets from reception to use at the water park and save some money. Included breakfast was good. Good service when it wasn't busy but one day we got there during the rush so didn't get much help then.

The service was good n' the people working there also good plus had good food n' rest

We stayed in a suite with a jetted tub. Clean and comfortable, great location if you're headed to WEM, and a nice hot food continental breakfast.

From check in, to meals, to check out, this was a great experience. Just the breakfasts are worth the visit and price. Such great value.
I especially want to mention Tanita the front desk associate. She was amazing. Friendly accommodating and funny, she was amazing.
Also, the restaurant, Steeles. Wow. I was there a few days, so I have a couple shout outs here. Nikki, Marilyn, Glory and Aluong (I am so sorry for butchering the spelling of your names) were such great servers and hostesses. They made us feel like we were visiting friends.

The service was premium and the breakfast buffet was awesome. The room didn't quite look like the brochure. Would still go back, I would just pick a different room.

Amazing place for a nice bed and hot shower. West Edmonton mall is within walking distance or a quick bus ride or Uber if you don’t want to walk.

Very nice hotel. Super clean and the staff is very nice. The best part was breakfast! The waitstaff, especially Marylyn are just lovely.

Very welcoming with their delicious cookies to welcome you as well as a beautiful breakfast. Such service not even including the kindness of the staff when chatting. Nice rooms, kept clean and comfortable beds. Quiet, easy to sleep in and cozy.

If you have dogs, this is the only place. It's perfect. They have a private wing for people with dogs and there's a nice potty area right outside to the left!

Stayed here as an evacuee this month; great hotel. Staff and service all too notch. It’s always been a good hotel!

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Our room was freshly painted and new flooring it seems. They aren’t queen size beds as booked but doubles. If we had 4 people it may be a tight squeeze. Breakfast was included and they had a good selection of food with coffee or tea. One night’s stay. The hotel is less then 10mins to West Edmonton mall or the Costco Business Centre. It would have been perfect if there was a pool.

The customer service is terrible here. My fiancee wanted to make this hotel our destination for our yearly anniversary, but seeing the lack of customer service we will no longer continue coming to this hotel. I was given a excuse over the phone by a front desk representative Marietta. Marietta was unable to leave the front desk because she is the only working tonight. I had walked into the establishment seeing Marietta on her personal cellphone. While exiting the establishment I asked to speak to a manager. Marietta got her supervisor Marichu. I advised superviose Marichu I am unsatisfied with your customer service. I called for assistance and I saw your associate Marietta on her cellphone. I was advised she was the only person working tonight, while I needed assistance. Marichu advised me her associates are allowed to be on personal cellular devices during working hours, if they are not busy. I advised Marichu with this kind of customer service I won't be returning back to this hotel. Marichu told me it was okay.

We had a nice stay, nothing spectacular but nice. It was clean and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. There was a bit of an incident with random drunk people banging on our door in the wee hours but security came and dealt with it quietly and efficiently
