Today, the plumber found a major problem left by a previous individual (no one from Royal Mechanical!) of which I was unaware. Great to know, and to have a solution planned out.

Exemplary service - called this morning with concerns and a very pleasant/efficient technician arrived within an hour! Furnace and thermostat repaired. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We have had Royal out for a few things this fall and the techs are always on time and explain everything to us regarding the repairs and maintenance needed. Happy to support local and very pleased with the professionalism given to us from the front office to the grounds on the boots professionals. Highly recommended for sure!

Work is in progress. Technician Paul has ordered a part, will be returning when that part arrives & will be installing it.

The technician was on time, friendly and efficient. He share information on what was being done and the reason for that. I would definitely have him back.

My furnace is very old and the track for the pilot light was oxidized and too much force would be detrimental and require a new furnace. On a recommendation from an ATCO Gas employee who I spoke to first about the furnace, I made the appointment. The repair people were cordial and quick and completed the job without issue, and without causing further damage to the old unit.

Great outfit to deal with. Furnace quit in the morning and Mike showed up on time and had all the parts that could have needed replacement. He identified the issue (circuit board) very quickly and had us up and running again in no time. The cost was fair and Mike was efficient and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use Royal Mechanical again.

Used them twice, both times service was great. Came on time, were friendly and professional and resolved my furnace issue.

We had Mike pop in to check on our furnace which was rattling, noisy, and had some leaking water issues. He provided excellent service, walked me through what he was doing and showed me things to keep an eye on between servicing appointments. Highly recommend these folks!

If you live in Cochrane or beyond, using these guys is a no brainer. I haven't had near this experience with the other guys.

Our furnace started making noise and then died over the Christmas holidays during -35 temperatures. Despite being closed, Royal responded to my call on their emergency line within minutes and arranged a service call. Jason arrived ahead of schedule, and was extremely knowledgeable. He had the parts on hand and resolved the issue quickly. I will definitely be using Royal for any future needs, and would not hesitate to recommend them!

This is the third time Royal Mechanical Services have fixed my furnaces. Every time was a good experience. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area.

Mike was prompt, efficient and friendly, even though it was a Friday night when our furnace decided to quit. So great to know we have such a stellar business here in Cochrane

The work was planned, scheduled, executed and fully operational by the end of the day. Good work!

The service man was friendly and did a OK job of trouble-shooting the problem. In the end he recommended changing out the control board, which is the go-to answer for a lot of these calls. Without better tools and expertise we have to trust these guys, even though it could be a simple blown fuse or faulty relay. I was shocked when they told me the board was $1,800+. That's a 100% markup from anything I could find on line. Nice easy profit of 100%. Then they wonder why no one trusts service companies. A boiler that worked flawlessly for a decade suddenly stopped during a heat wave. Probably a blow fuse somewhere, but it ended up costing $2,800. I should have gotten a second opinion.

Easy to get an estimate. They showed up on time, finished same day, did an excellent job - charged me exactly what they estimated and it works great. They also ate a supply chain issue instead of passing it onto me. Highly recommended.

Matt the plumber came out to investigate issues with our water well system.and once again he was very professional, on time and knowledgeable in his craft!
