Royal Pizza

The food was great! Did not disappoint. The service was fine, if a little slow, but the atmosphere was somewhat unpleasant. It smelled of smoke from the kitchen throughout the restaurant as if the ventilation wasn't great and it wasn't ideal for dining in. That said, the food was hearty and came out hot and fresh so we're happy to give it another try another day!

Worst customer service
I wait for a seat for4 minutes, request a coke, I got diet. She charged me for a salad, when I asked if comes with order. She did not ask me how was the food.
Restaurant need updating & cleaning, chairs are low & old.

Food is delicious but service is still need much improvement.

Waited 15 minutes for bill, I was about to walk out the door.

Much better service, different waitress Diane. Felt welcomed & was on top of it. Even when it was busy

Went for my birthday and food was good but service was pretty bad. We had a party of 14 and we’re done eating at 8: 30 - it took to 9: 50 to get our bill cleared up and that was after complaining twice.

My family and I are staying at a hotel nearby and thought we would try something different. We ordered pizza and wings. We were told 1.5 got wait time which we were ok with. After 2 hours we called and asked if we would be waiting much longer. They somehow cooked the food but never did have it sent out for delivery.

I asked for the pizza to be uncut and for a well done bake. They did everything perfectly and the driver made sure they followed instructions. Couldn't be any better if I asked for it

My kids and I really like their pizza, one medium will feed us all because they do thick toppings. They’ll also do standing orders so you can pick it up regularly which is super convenient.

The pizza is de-e-licious! Service was great. Although we were there on a Monday evening and it was weird that there were very few people there. We did see several take out orders being filled.

Ordered chicken fingers and fries. Fries cold but chicken light and juicy. Dated decor. Error made on one dinner in the party. Everyone else done before her replacement came

4 of us went out for dinner at Royal Pizza. All our food was excellent. 3 of us had pizza, and one had Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Service was awesome.
We had placed a few deliveries orders before and we weren't happy.
The food is much better when you eat at the restaurant itself.

Food was yummy, server was kind, and helped me with what I needed, but the room felt a bit unclean and dull.

The pizza here was so good. Service was also amazing. It's a bit expensive and the place needs a good renovation, but I come for the food and the pizza is amazing.

Stopped at Royal Pizza today with my friend who is gluten free/dairy free Our server Debbie.was friendly and fast.quick to inform us that they do have GF crust and she could bring her own cheese in the future as well! (amazing) … service was great.pizza delicious.: we will definitely be back!

Always the best pizza on the west end of Edmonton. I will say however. The dough on tonights trip was not fully cooked. Raw dough on many portions.
But overall great Pizza

Royal pizza is pretty consistent when it comes to there food and service
The 104 street location which I believe is the original location still has the best quality of pizza and the service is just a little bit more attentive it seems to me
Having said that this location is enjoyable
I would eat here again

For all those who said the food was good, probably don't have tastebuds. I ordered their calzone, and it was pretty much all dough with very little toppings. I recommend you travel to Montreal and try their pizzas anywhere, and you will find a better pizza even at the double pizza places. I can't believe I paid this much money for terrible pizza, and they never even gave me any napkins, or cutlery for my salad, which I never got to eat. Poor service with at least a smile. And at the bear minimum, they were great with my little girl. But I will never eat there again.
