Royal Pizza

On my husband's very bad, no good, terrible day, the lovely and wonderful lady who works here, Marnel, helped me make it just a little better for him. I called ahead and ordered a pizza for him since it was close to their closing time. She said, no problem, and put one in the oven without even asking for payment. He got turned around while walking and couldn't find it, so after a half hour he gave up and headed back to his hotel. I called Marnel to apologize and she said no problem, she would delivered a pizza to him after closing time. I paid her over the phone and my honey got fed. I think she must be an angel in disguise.

Ok if you like Pizza cooked with cheese & tasty tomato sauce and know lack of toppings. And with the special care of the cook of there great cook. You’ll love there Pizzas.

I was there with just my two young kids, and the server was great with them. She even remembered the name of my daughter's stuffy and complimented her on her colouring. The royal donair was just OK, but the Pepperoni pizza the kids had was great.

Ordered a large all dressed and large fry, the order arrived in 1 hr and 15 min which is crazy since the restaurant is only 500 ft away from us. When the food arrived we opened the fries and they were cold and soggy, ended up in the garbage. The pizza was a 2.5 out of 5 at best. People will have to hold these restaurants accountable if its going to change because since Covid customer service is gone.

Always good pizza’s and wings! Highly recommended here in Leduc! Good service also! Keep it up!

Overall it was okay, I suppose. Except for the server Jim was rude, he slammed our drinks down on the table, worst Caesar salad I've ever had in my life it tasted like mayonnaise, the salt shaker had super hard discolored salt in it and it looked yellow, was given an expired bottle of HP sauce. I did speak to the manager but she only offered dessert which I was not feeling, I mentioned to the server Jim about my salad but he didn't care, overall it was a okay experience.

We are here from out of town, first time customers. Deeelish pizza! Best food and customer service we've had in a long time! Look forward to eating here again. Thanks so much!

Our family is and always will be a royal pizza fan but the prices are just outrageous so we have been sticking to another competitor in Leduc. 5 stars for flavour but flavour and price it becomes 3 stars.

This has become my new favourite pizza place. Every flavor I have tried is really good and their crust is amazing!

Ordered 2 pizzas all meat. Hawaiian with bacon can't see any bacon cause they didn't put it on lifted the cheese up too find 2 small pieces of ham and 3 pineapple the all meat you would think being all meat there would be meat noo noo there wasn't 2-3 small pieces per piece and I payed 50$ for that I've had better at domino's

Ordered a medium pizza with a Caesar salad and wings at about 9pm online and we got a confirmation of a delivery time of 10: 43pm. When food arrived, pizza was really soggy, salad was hot, and wings were the only tasty thing in this equation. Good was delivered at about 9: 45pm, the delivery said the website lied as they close at 10pm which is poor customer experience. In my honest opinion not worth $55

Ordered pizza and fettuccine from Royal Pizza they show up Pizza had no sauce on it fettuccine good even get the noodles dipped in the sauce that was on it and they think you’re going to pay 50 some dollars for that do not eager food is gone downhill and prices gone up crazy

Placed the order a couple of hours ahead of time. Pizza was ready upon arrival at specified time and the order was fulfilled corrextly. Royal Pizza has one of thr best gluten-free pizza crusts around. All the pizza's were delicious! Will order from here again.

Friendly staff, big portions, and pretty good pizza. I'm not sad I went, but, if I'm ever in the area again, I'll likely try other restaurants.

Went and bought a steak sandwich said 13.25 on the menu. I was charged 19.50. By the lady that works there.the steak was paper thin and I had one piece of garlic bread. Was gonna eat there for the duration of my week stay.but I won't be back.

Pleasantly greeted. Checked ing for me as I'm lactose intolerant, ordered wings:) family enjoyed the pizza.

The pasta I had last night rivaled any I’ve ever had (it was that good). However today we ordered a tossed salad (5.75) and a meal sized Caesar (14.25). The tossed salad was larger than my Caesar and my garlic bread was nothing more than burnt toast. Delivery in both instances was spot on but I will try other restaurants next time we’re in town.

Had a loaded pizza and wings last night. Hands down best pizza ever. Better than Paul's Pizza in Airdrie!

Very good pizza. Two grown men attempted a 12” meat lovers with bread sticks and failed miserably. Great flavor great crust. Bonus because they served beer and booze. Hit the spot after a long day of travel.

Scared to order extra sauce just so I can get 3tbls.of sauce.cause the 3-12"-2-topping little pies might hit a hundy.lol.

Thee most delicious pizza! Everyone should get the Fred's special atleast once in their life! Wonderful employees too!

Best pizza in town. Tons of cheese, meat, toppings, never been disappointed. If you've never been, try them out. Highly recommend

I admire this restaurant! They give first-rate dishes, they have a nice menu, The cook in that spot is an expert, I love a lot eating all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the service towards the visitors is agreeable. I visit often this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. Highly recommended.

It was scrumptious as usual. Big portions. Hats off to the cooks, guya and Crystal. Also to Jodi our server. Took one of my coworkers there. She also was very impressed.

Never go to this place had a big black hair in my pizza that was grown right into the crust brought it too the waitresses attention but still had to pay full price for this place is trash

Great lunch stop! Was quiet but not dead, great service and the lunch calzone was super well-made. Side salad was very fresh and tasty. All for about a few bucks more than drive through!

We were the only people in the restaurant. Interior was cold and the staff must of been busy with to-go. Felt neglected, but food was excellent. Felt rushed to eat because of cold interior and cold plates.

Quite slow service. At rush hour there was just one waiter.
Pizza and chicken wings were good, worth time we had to wait for it.

Second best pizza in Leduc area. Aside from zambellis. Pizza is always fresh and well made. Service is great and friendly. Clean and well kept. Bathrooms are clean and restaurant has an alright setting. They throw the cheese on top and lock in all the flavor of your favorite toppings. A must try if you never have.

Royal Pizza has the best pizza I have ever had. Thick toppings loaded with delicious cheese! The most favorable pizza ever!
A bit pricey, and no 2 for 1 deals, but I'd gladly pay their price to have the best pizza

Have eaten here a few times and found it by accident because our truck broke down and was stuck for a few hours. Its a place to miss, but the food was great. Not overpriced, very kind staff and clean washrooms. Lots of space to sit and for once a place where it is comfy to sit without having to wear your coat while enjoying your meal. Nice clean place and we always go back when we are around.

Ordered online from Royal Pizza Leduc; recieved a voicemail saying they needed confirmation. I must have misread something because I made the mistake and assumed I was signing up for delivery, which apparently wasn't the case - they don't do online deliveries, you had to call in. I had this explained to me by a very unpleasant lady who also told me they didn't do delivery under $15. I said it would be fine because my pizza alone was $15.50. She sounded confused (& was very rude) and put me on hold.

When she came back, she told me they wouldn't be able to deliver until 12: 30. I said that was fine. She sounded more annoyed that I still wanted lunch. Before hanging up, she reiterated that the earlier would be 12: 30pm.

My order arrived at 12: 23, at least the pizza was still hot.

So happy to try a new place, and feel like a valid customer!

Ordered a pizza, full size Caesar salad and a fettuccini Alfredo. The salad sucked big time, it was not worth the price and I paid for bacon as well which they only gave the smallest amount of literally sprinkled a pinch on top. There was Not enough dressing and maybe 7 little croutons. I could’ve got to the store and made own for a fraction of the cost. The fettuccini Alfredo had no flavour what so ever which is strange as I paid for extra sauce and it was drenched. The pizza was meh. NOT WORTH THE MONEY especially with better and cheaper pizza/pasta places out there. Only tried this because we are staying at a hotel near it. Go at your own risk!
