I have been a client with Marc at Royal T Jewelers for years and I just wanted to share my wonderful experiences. The customer service is fantastic and he was incredibly knowledgable honest and informative on any questions that I had. His passion for the business truly reflects on his outstanding work. Ive had multiple piece made and have had repairs, ring sizing done everything comes out top notch and even better than expected. I had an engagement ring made here a year and a half ago. They were really professional and always stayed on top of things. They kept me well informed and included in the process every step of the way from concept and design right to the end finished product. The best part for me was They always had a varie MANY different options for me to chose from and work with when it came to choices of gems, metals, and design variations.

I had 2 rings sized along with the repair of a set of earrings. Marc did wonderful work on all 3.the work was completed far sooner than I thought.the pricing was very reasonable as I got a call from Stefanie quicker than I expected.

Found Royal T Jewelers on line searching for engagements rings, I had searched for months looking for the right unique ring, I made a visit to them and was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of workmanship in the products they had on hand, not your cookie cutter stuff you find in most of the franchise stores, I talked with Mark with what I wanted, he was very helpful and patient as I am very detailed, he took the time to show and explain all the aspects of the ring I requested, needless to say the ring he made me turned out beautiful, one of a kind, his prices are reasonable, he puts out quality stuff, I have and will recommend them.
And, she did say yes, she was blown away with the ring, so we will be back to get our wedding bands, thanks Mark.

Marc knows his stuff! He took the time to educate us on diamonds and the customization process. We left and shopped around but ultimately came back and I'm glad we did. The custom ring exceeded my expectations and the diamond he used put all the ones we seen at other stores to shame. Marc used the term "live diamonds" and now I get it!

Terrible experience with the company especially with a guy named Paul. Always dose terrible appraisals with inaccurate information. Bought a ring appraised by him which he said all natural diamonds, but with a second store appraised it they all came back as lab made. I went back with both appraisals and he tested it again which he then admitted it was lab grown. I asked what he’d do to correct this and his response was nothing in a rude manner now I’m out $3000
