Royal Vista Dental - Dentist in NW Calgary

Still same issues as before. Never get the same doc or hygienist, always someone new. Staff issues or? 2 day cancelation policy i dont like. They are friendly staff i will say, but i think it time ti move on and find a new dentist office.

Good service as usual but I don’t like waiting for about 30 minutes. Another thing, The doctor wasn’t there even to check. Need to improve on that.

I did a full dental checkup with Dr. Jeet and key recommendations for necessary denture work aligned in future. Dr Jeet was very helpful to understand my needs, provide guidance, and his knowledge sharing. You must visit the dental clinic if really looking for a complete dental solution.

Excellent job of cleaning. The cleaning went so smooth that I nodded of to sleep twice. Excellent service as a cavity was found an repaired right after my regular appointment.

Dr Virk & Alli took great care of me during my procedure. They kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay as well if I was comfortable and not having any issues. The outcome looked great. Would highly recommend Royal Vista Dental, Dr. Virk and his wonderful team from his chairside assistants to his reception staff.

The customer service was great as usual. The Dental Hygienist that attended to me was very patient and knowledgeable.

The best dental experience I’ve had in 30 years. I needed a lot of work done and I LOVED that everything was explained fully to me so that I knew and understood what was going on. All the staff are funny, caring and up lifting. The front desk is so kind and lovely. I highly recommend if you’re looking for an above and beyond experience!

It was my first appointment and the Dental Hygienist was calm and took time to explain to me all the steps. The Dentist came and took time to welcome me. Good experience. A+

We’ve been coming here for 8 years now and it’s always been a positive experience. In particular, when I was pregnant my hygienist made every accommodation to make sure I was comfortable and she even ended up standing the whole appointment so I could be in a position that worked for me

All of you have been very cordial. The treatment was such that we have been known for years; such was the comfort provided.
For an eastern country national the billing burns his pocket, much before the treatment started. The insurance will sufficiently back up for those who have that facility but you will agree that the suffering is the same for everyone, weather one has insurance back up or not.

People in other stalls may be inconsiderate, i.e, they create noise via chatter, not realizing that others are going though treatment. Their callousness is not appreciated. Royal Vista should impose a certain amount of decorum.
Otherwise, the treatment for a cavity was very professional.

The Dentist was great explaining exact options I have with my cracked tooth. It is a professional and friendly dental office. Would definitely recommend them.

Coming from another clinic I wasn’t very happy with, I’ve been a client of Royal Vista since just before the pandemic. Everyone on the team I’ve come across thus far is always professional, super nice, and very informative every time I visit. I personally don’t have the best dental track record, and not only do I not get judged for it, but they are super helpful and work with me to ensure my future dental health is the best it can be. I don’t consider “going to the dentist” to be the highlight of my week, but the entire team makes the process a little less of a dreadful experience.:)

I have had terrible experiences in the past with dentists. Royal Vista Dental has restored my faith and I’m no longer “scared” of getting work done. They don’t push you into doing anything you are not ready for and also take in account your budgeting restrictions. Thank you for being so gentle, explaining everything and working with me.

I am so glad I came to Royal Vista Dental for a second opinion. Going to the dentist is a colossal suckfest for me and takes months to work up the courage to book an appointment. Dr. Virk takes the time to listen, works with you to come up with a plan and is very understanding. I went to my previous dentist over a concern with a filling that rotted out. 2 visits, almost $1000, a trip to the oral surgeon and it still wasn't done. Went to see Dr. Virk and my initial concern was fixed on the spot in one visit. I highly recommend Royal Vista to anyone who hates the dentist, which is everyone; therefore I recommend Royal Vista Dental to everyone.

I absolutely think the reception is great I don't know about the other dentists but I had a very poor incident there that landed me in emergency overnight by false information from a dentist there.and obviously didn't read my information before doing work.

Amazing experience. I called last minute to get a cleaning as I was leaving the country and losing my Canadian benefits. They squeezed me in when my normal dentist couldn’t. Overall it was a great experience and it ended up being cheaper than my regular dentist! I will definitely consider changing dentists if/when I live in Calgary again.

I travel 30 minutes from McKenzie Towne just to see Dr. Nishi and his wonderful team! The clinic is clean and professional. The staff are very caring and friendly! Can't recommend this place enough!

The staff at Royal Vista Dental are the best! Starting with the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between. They are so accommodating, understanding and really make you feel welcomed. Going to the dentist isn’t exactly the most comfortable experience but they definitely go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and take the time to explain each procedure to avoid the anxiety of the unknown.

I went to the clinic for dental concerns. The dental assistant Raghav, was thorough and polite, as was the dentist Dr Jordan. All my questions were answered as required. I will definitely return to this clinic the next time I need dental work.

Professional service and Friendly staff. They do care and pay attention to the details! Receptionists are nice and helpful. I did the tooth cleaning there with Diana. Diana did a good job. My dentist: Malgorzata Morley is very nice, very knowledgeable and experienced. I planned to implant teeth with her last December. She explained all the process in details to me. Implanting is on schedule. I had a good experience with this clinic. This clinic is highly recommended.

Have you ever gone to the dentist and enjoyed it, I did at Royal Vista Dental. I have put off the dentist for so long due to the dentist being stressful and painful. However the dentists here are very gentle and wonderful at explaining the processes f what you are to expect.if you want a stress free and enjoyable dentist visit I highly recommend them!

I would recommend this clinic. They are very professional and are reasonably priced. Lisa took my X-rays and was very friendly. Dr. Nishi did my exam and was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. If you're looking for a new dental clinic then I would definitely recommend them.

My previous dentist closed his practice and Royal Vista dental was suggested to me. Essie at the front desk was very helpful with the new patient forms I needed to fill out and the hygienist Hailey was very friendly and made me feel at ease during the appointment. I had a consultation with Dr. Charles Leung and he was very professional and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to see them in the future.

Dr. Nishi did not one, but two crowns at once, both on different sides of my mouth. This was something I was dreading especially with Covid-would it be safe? The staff were very thorough about sanitation, and the experience itself was great! Very minimal discomfort. I would definitely recommend Royal Vista Dental to anyone, thanks, Dr. Nishi and staff

I have been a patient, client of Royal Vista Dental for a number of years now. In all my 55 years of dental visits the last years with Royal have been the best.
They have found the perfect blend of professionalism and the friendly social atmosphere.
It is a pleasure to see them a couple times a year.

Just had a routine cleaning with Amira and it was definitely one of the better experiences I've had. She was very gentle and helpful in explaining what she’s doing and areas I can improve on when I brush. I could sense I was in good hands.

The dentist, Dr. Charles, was also very friendly and professional.

I had an appointment for my hygiene. I went there and waited for 30 mins. I got a call from the hygeniste reminding of my appointment, i told her i was seated in the waiting room for half an hour.the receptionist couldn't even apologize for not properly check me in.eventhough i clearly told her i had an appointment.

Well got my cleaning improperly done.that's the second time i come out of there unhappy. I told the hygeniste that i still had some spots unclean and she said she couldn't reach those spots. She didn't do the flossing nor chlorine.

I had to go home and use a needle and scrub all the remaining dark stains from by teeth.

I will not go to this clinic for my cleaning anymore.i was dissapointed on both appointments

In the last few weeks I have had a few unfortunate dental procedures that have needed attention. I have been greatly satisfied with the amount of attention, kindness, compassion and service that all the staff have provided me. Jordan Nishi, was my dentist, he is so wonderful. Letting me know everything he is wishing to do and making sure I am comfortable as a patient. Esmeralda, is his assistant expedites the procedures. She has everything prepared and helps making sure your anxieties are at ease with her kind personality. I actually had a root canal and it was so quick and painless. I could have thought I got a filling.
I also had the pleasure of having Amira, the hygienist do the annual cleaning on my teeth. She was gentle and also kept me informed.
With many of my appointments being close together, Tanya, the office manager, is so accommodating and helpful with setting up appointments and completing the paperwork. Also the office is clean and functional.
I really can not say enough positive things about this dental centre. I definitely recommend Royal Vista Dental.

Royal Vista Dental is by far the best dental office my wife and I have ever been to. It excels in time management, customer service, and skill. The hygienists are great and VERY gentle while still doing great job. The Dentist is very personable and does not upsell anything you dont need.

I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist but my son and I had the BEST experience at Royal Vista!
Tanya – at the front, was super helpful with booking and explaining a couple things to me that I didn’t fully understand and also making sure my dental records got transferred over from my previous dental office and making sure my benefits were done properly. I’ve gone to places in the past that had no idea how to handle benefits or end up somehow messing them up, so it was a relief how Tanya knew exactly how to handle it.
The dental hygienist, Hailee, and dentist, Dr Charles, are both wonderful, explained everything they were doing, and very friendly.
