Update:
Back again to have them work on another watch. That fossil said they could not fix. Within 2 minutes the owner had my watch up and running. Don't trust your watches to anyone else.

Terrible customer service very arrogant n argumentative for no reason, try’s to pass off a cheap repair as fixed couldn’t even set the time on watch “I broke it” when replaced crown with smaller one

My first visit to the store today and the friendly greeting and welcoming I got just says a lot about the place. Quite the selection of watches and other items for purchase. I got a really good watch for a great deal plus Jim was able to change out the battery on an old watch that I had brought in right away. Great service, great store. I highly recommend.

The jewelry came back brand new! It was rusted and bent on a few rings, I had several watches get a new battery and I must say the care and expertise demonstrated by Jim was paramount and exceeded my expectations.

The other day, I brought in my absolute favourite blue sapphire (my birthstone) and opal ring in a silver setting. I purchased it many years ago in Wales in the UK when my ring size was considerably smaller! The owner sized it to perfection (two sizes up) and carefully cleaned, buffed, and removed the scratches from the gemstones and the ring is just perfect and looks just like the day I purchased it! It sparkles once again! The cost to do this was very affordable indeed! I do not own many genuine pieces of jewellry and treasure the ones I have. He mentioned that if rings would be compromised by sizing them such as my 2 sizes up, he informs the owner right away and will advise to not go ahead with the sizing.

Amazing owner, who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Family owned business and locally owned and operated. CLASSY, clean ans Cozy store front and amazing repair work for watches, glasses etc. Definitely going back.

I first went to this place to have him replace the batteries in 2 of my watches, on 2 different times, I thought he did a good job.
I decided to bring in a couple of vintage watches to have him replace and size a Tudor and Omega watch, I supplied the new bracelets. He did a good job on the Tudor.
Then I said, it wasn't right on how it was sitting on my wrist on the Omega, I asked to do it a couple of times, now he implied it's was taking too much of his time. I paid him, when I got home, I examined the Omega, the clasp is bent, and there are tool marks impression on the links. He did not tell me he marked up the links or bent the closing clasp.

Additional information:
I returned the watch and bracelet as requested, I left it with him, he changed out the damaged links and bent the clasp back to normal, you can longer can see the damaged links as they are replaced with the spare links.
He does look after his customers!
I would have no problem recommending him and will still use him in the future.

Recently I had to get my rings cut off at a hospital. I was so sad because I thought they'd never look the same. Royal Watch & Clock did an amazing repair job in just a few days. My rings look like new.

Came in for a repair to a watch.was done in no time. Have been here quite a few times. Very good service and has lots of jewelry and clocks and watches to choose from.

Excellent and prompt service. Great price too! I walked in without phoning ahead of time to have a watch battery replaced, and I was out of the store in under 5 minutes with my now working watch:)

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile because every time I look at my ring I am in awe. I want to thank the jeweler that set this salt and pepper diamond in my ring. The previous stone was a little bit smaller than the new one. I didn't really know what to expect or what could be done so I just ask that they did their best with what they had. It came back better than I could have imagined. They changed the setting a bit and made it perfect. The ring has sentimental value and I'm sure I'll be wearing it almost daily for the rest of my life. Thank you! I will definitely be bringing more jewelry to you.
