1st time gel polish service was okay, had to reshape a bit when I got home. Turns out polish was not for me.
2nd time visiting they asked why I was changing from gel polish to shellac and helped walked me through what services were better for what needs, and gave me a more thorough consultation. As a fellow service provider (barber) I can really appreciate a thorough consultation. It really is the difference between a one time client and a regular.

Great place and would highly recommend. I’m new to Calgary and all of the staff were very friendly. Jenny and Cathy were very helpful and did a beautiful job on my nails. Prices are great as well! This is my new go to place!

Went here the 1st time with my daughter, great service they did a beautiful job on our nails. A couple days later I cut one with a knife by accident. Stopped by & they fixed it and filed & gave them all a new polish at no charge. Definitely my new favorite place for nails

Booked my wedding nails at Ruby's on the recommendation of a colleague. So so glad I did! Cathy did my ombre acrylic nails and they are perfect. Another lady worked on my pedicure simultaneously. I was out in just over an hour. Really happy with how everything came out and I will be going back.

Service was so slow and one of my nails ended up so crooked. It was more expensive than any salon I’ve been to too. Staff was friendly though.

I did my shellac 1 week ago and and they are already damaged. They used very bad quality. Normally my shellac lasts for at least 3-4 weeks and this time only 1 week. Ridiculous.

Nice, respectful and professional. It is almost a year that I am using their service and I am happy

I have been getting my nails done for decades, and I am extremely picky. This is the only salon I trust with my nails. The ladies are awesome, and always make a point of ensuring their clients feel welcome. Kathy has been doing my nails for years. They are always amazing. Highly recommend!

They were amazing, they adjusted me in a busy schedule firstly. I was 38 week pregnant and they did both job beautifully and made me relax and feel Rejuvenated.
