Noticed incorrect size upon arriving home, emailed the owner he has never responded to me, spoke to the store manager he was unbelievably rude and Petra the employee knew nothing. We walked down the street and saw jackets 50% off. My wife was cold so we tried some on and she bought one. The gentleman was nice and we left. I came back because I had seen a fleece the I could buy for a friend of mine that was priced like a t-shirt. I brought it to the restaurant and my wife said it had bad deep stains in the material. I went back and told the owner and he said that all off them were stained and that I should should find one with the least STAIN. I said no, just give me a refund. He told me there are NO refunds and that everything in the store has flaws or it would not be marked down. I asked him where the sign was that informed the customers. I have been to many outlet stores that let you know up front that All items were seconds and it was up to you to decide if you wanted it. The owner acted like I was crazy. At 69 years old, I have never had a store that sold seconds that did not inform you. Be AWARE that everything has something wrong with it. Had I gone home to the states I would have thrown the fleece away. I exchanged it for a t-shirt for really regular price. Not sure what is wrong with it. Never again! Just Beware

I experienced a very unpleasant experience in this shop. On the evening of July 5,2023, after dinner, I took my child to take a walk on the pedestrian street. I was attracted by the indigenous Dream Catcher near the door, and I took the child to see the product. Suddenly, I heard someone behind me saying: I just check it, it was good. I turned and saw a male clerk like Japanese or South Koreen holding a broken sunglasses in his hands and was talking to my child. I asked him what was going on, and he said that my child touched the sunglasses and it fell down and broken. I saw that sunglasses were put at the bottom of the rotating shelf. So I told him the quality of your sunglasses is too bad. How is it broken from a height of 20 cm from the ground. The clerk did not answer my question, and insisted on asking us to lose money. Because I came to travel, I didn't want to be too entangled with this matter, so I chose to lose money. The price is $ 19.99, and he said that it is paid at $ 12.99 at a cost price. What I want to say is whether your product quality is too poor, or do you specialize in a broken glasses waiting for money? Finally, I did not take the sunglasses. I left it to this clerk who is smiling lyingly to me.

Owner comments on people’s English speaking. No greetings when you walk in. When you ask, If you ask like, Can I get something because I want to buy something. She would embarrass you. Very rude. Would not recommend going here if you don’t want to be embarrassed. After reading another similar post, this could be due to racism. They judge people on look. So if you are minority group, like Asians, avoid this place. Funny thing is that the owner is proud of this racial behaviour as Alberta tradition.
