Rundle Mountain Lodge

The rooms are ok and the location is great! But the staff are very bad! I was unable to get the $200 deposit back as I returned to Calgary at 3am. Dawn agreed with me to make an etransfer with that amount, 3 weeks have passed and she disappeared. He doesn't answer me or answer. I definitely don't recommend this hotel.

I don't know how to start this review after the bad time the hotel manager, Dawn A, gave my family and I. It was horrible.
We arrived in the evening and found the kitchenware totally dirty and disgusting (attached pictures). The girl at the front desk informed us that we should speak to her manager the next day (and informed us of the compensation).
The next morning, Dawn was at the front desk, she told us that she knew about our problem but "what else do you want me to do for you? It's not the end of the world to find a dirty pot, you didn't find a dead body in the room and the sheets full of blood" were her words.not even an apology.after this, i told him that it was unacceptable to treat a client that had paid more than 250$ for one night and he told me that if he didn't think the discount was enough, he was going to check me out (without me asking him) and that he was going to throw us out of the hotel. After I refused to leave, because we had already paid, we had nowhere for my family and I to go, he threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I was with someone else at the time and left the front desk because I didn't want to argue with Dawn, the manager of this hotel, or have to call the police myself.the hotel itself is OK, but you may find yourself without a place to sleep if the hotel manager is interested in kicking you out.it is a disgrace to treat guests this way.

Rooms are bottom barrel but for the area affordable and clean just not updated at all. The outdoor hot tub makes it worth it as well as the Wednesday night fires. (You might need to double check what nights are the fires)

I recently stayed at the Rundle Mountain Lodge in Canmore, Canada. The beds were decent for a good night's sleep, and there was always an ample supply of hot water. However, I must say that cleanliness could have been better. Overall, an okay experience.

The location is the only thing you can get from this hotel.
No room service, this means that you always have to get fresh towels and coffee pods from the lobby. You can dispose of your rubbish in a communal bin in front of the hotel, but it is not emptied overfull for a day.
The hotel is old and run down and not recommended.
Rather pay a little more and go to a hotel where you can feel comfortable.

This was a really nice stay, despite being there for only 1 night with my family. It was POURING rain when we rushed inside to ask for a room. All of the other places were far too expensive or didn't have any rooms available, probably because of the Calgary Stampede. The lady at the front desk was an absolute savior and sweetheart. We originally came in and asked what she had but we decided not to take in so we could browse a bit more. After a few visits to other places we realized here was the best one. Unfortunately the room she had before was booked already but she said she would look at the bookings and see if any were cancelled. About 2 minutes later she came back out and said that there was something available, we were relived.:) The rooms were really nice and cozy, it felt really homey. I know a lot of people complain about it being old or stuck in time, but it adds to it, it's unique.

My only complaint would be the carpet not looking entirely clean and wishing there was a hot stove or something in the bigger rooms.

All in all, I would highly recommend this place and stay again myself!: P

You get exactly what you pay for here. Some people will nit pick little details like chipped paint or some dust. I've stayed here several time over the years and never had a bad experience. I love the jacuzzi room, it's spacious and the fire place makes it really cozy. I've also stayed in the double queen cabin with my kids. They love having their own room and a playground just a feet away from our room. This place is great for couples or families.

Rooms are nice but somewhat outdated. The pool is small, but the kids had a great time. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Nice views all around.

When booking we were going for a Christmas ski vacation. We booked it because it had a kitchenette, pool and hot tub. In the end their hot tub and pool weren't working due to a flood from the cold snap. It will have to be renovated meaning it will be out of commission for a while. They should have this updated on their website because it was part of the reason we booked with them.

Kitchenette only has one hot plate and no toaster. Something to consider if you have a family.

Lastly the rooms aren't cleaned. Only our towels were replaced. The beds didn't even get made.

This hotel is old and clearly the new owners do not desire repeat business. Bathroom shower head has 8 lines of water, the small toiletries are of the absolute lowest quality. The pillows are hard and the hardwood floors were very dirty when we arrived. Someone walked across the floor with wet snowy boots and did not clean up afterwards. People upstairs making extremely loud noises and the office closes at 10 pm so you cannot get any assistance to help with after hours noises. The pool is dirty and the water is not even lukewarm. The shower is cold water so you get the chills instantly. Very poor quality, and I paid regular rate so extremely disappointing.

Things were going well until I woke up with even more bug bites on hard to reach areas of my body after the second night (in winter) so it could not have been bugs from anywhere else. When the issue was brought up to the staff it did not seem to be a big deal and they suggested that I contacted the manager/ owner via email since they are not on site during the weekend.

Quaint rooms with beautiful wood but no sound insulation in-between rooms so you can hear neighbours talking. Quite a bit of road noise but otherwise really great location. Nice hot tub.

The cottages are made of wood and get super cold at night. There is a portable heater indoors but it wasn't much help. So dress warm.

The staff comes to clean your room daily. Thats a plus.
But they are kinda forgetful and leave the door open when they leave. Many days after coming back from our trip late in the evening we found the doors left open.
Plus the cleaning staff took away my personal towel so l lost that. Not very amusing l guess.

The parking is right outside your cottage.

But overall a nice place to stay in the pricey Banff otherwise.

Checkin was quick and the staff member seemed friendly enough however they added a pet fee to the cost of my room without notifying me. I had a service dog with me that is very clearly identifiable (service vest and the leash is labeled service dog). Upon checkout I enquired why the room cost more and that is when I was advised about the extra pet fee. I had to explain to staff that I have a service dog and I should not be charged the extra fee. The staff member then apologized and refunded the extra fee.
I was shocked when given an actual key for the room. Just a single key, that's it. The exterior door to enter the section of the building I was staying in was not secured at night.
I stayed in a jacuzzi room that was dusty and dated. I had to clean/dust all surfaces, the edge/wall around the jacuzzi, door handles, light switches, etc. It was lovely to soak in the jacuzzi after a day of hiking but it was very loud and I worried about how noisy it was for the people staying below me.
The bed was very comfortable. I did not try the fireplace. A microwave would have been useful and the mini fridge was not very cold.
The swimming pool was small and very dated. The bottom of the pool could really use some paint. I saw a few people use the hot tub outside but it looked small and only had enough room for 3 or 4 adults.
Early evening on the day that I checked out, I realized that I forgot a little magnifying mirror that was suctioned to the big mirror in the room. When I went back to the hotel to try and retrieve the mirror, the staff member checked the lost and found items but was not willing to help after that. I had to ask the staff member to check the room as the maid likely overlooked it since the rooms are not cleaned very well. The staff member complained about the time (it was 8: 30pm) and the rain (she had to go outside to access the room). When the staff member returned she said that it was not in the room. At this point, the maid briefly appeared and when the staff member asked her about the mirror she said she didn't find it and ran off. The look on her face and her quick exit demonstrated that she probably took the mirror.
Overall, the staff was not very friendly or willing to help and the rooms were barely clean. The location is great; about 15 minute walk to the shops and easy access to the highway.

Front desk staff were very friendly, but the room left a lot to be desired: (It had a definite odour which I’m assuming is from a previous guest cooking. Odours are a big turn off for me. Paint on the wall was peeling, and was dark and dingy. Beds were rock hard, might as well have been sleeping on the floor. Towels were brown and faded and looked like they were years old from someone’s linen closet. Room was spacious was the only positive, but in definite need of a facelift. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip from Ontario to BC, and was by far the worst.

Pretty awesome place, definitely rustic and interesting construction. Rooms are definitely on the small side but they have everything you need which js nice. TV had a ton of channels and there was even a tub (no microwave though but I think there was one in the lobby). Never been in an outdoor hot tub so that was nice (even though it wasnt quite hot enough) and the pool was fine. Staff were nice and I had no issues with my prepaid check-in. Rooms are pretty pricey so try to get a deal online like I did. Decent amount of parking and even a playground for kids,

This place had what I needed at an affordable price. A little inconvenient if you don't have a car, but bus #3 is a short walk from the lodge. It takes you to Banff. I got a cabin room. Aside from a couple spider webs, the room was clean.

The lodge is cute. Stayed here for 2 nights, we checked in at around 8pm and the service was good. Check in went very smoothly. The cabins are made of wood and it gets really cold at night, I would recommend to dress warm. There is a heater in the room though with a warning message to keep it far from the walls. There is an outdoor fireplace and an outdoor spa which are really nice (Extra towels are provided for swimming). The indoor pool isn’t the best. You can park right in front of your lodge.

Reasonably priced lodging is hard to come by now a days. We were looking for a place mostly to sleep at while sightseeing in the area. This place fit the bill although it is definitely dated.

We stayed in room 110 which has a kitchenette and 2 queen beds. The positives were the extra space in the room, larger mini fridge, great WiFi, daily housecleaning, and helpful staff. The first room we were given smelled like smoke but we were able to change immediately to a different room. The connection between the shower head and the pipe liberally sprayed water when we took a shower and they had that repaired the day that I reported it.

The negatives were an uncomfortable bed (my daughter's bed was obviously newer, our bed by the window was hard and sagged in the middle when both my husband and I were in it) and underpowered air conditioning.

The Lodge has a nice little green space with a small play structure, picnic tables, and fire pit with chairs.

The room was clean, but it isn’t spacious in comparison to some other hotels we’ve stayed in for less money. It’s not very well-lit either. There’s plenty of parking on the premises and we had a mountain view.

Because we had stayed at Rundle two years prior and had an excellent stay, we were expecting the same this year. As soon as we got there, we were unable to unlock the door. The key and lock was infuriating to work with and the employees were slightly passive aggressive as we all tried to open the door all to no luck. It was really frustrating as it was difficult to understand why this lock had not already been replaced. Due to the unreasonable difficulty with opening the lock as well as the unfriendliness of the employees in assisting us, we eventually just had to leave the door slightly ajar and unlocked. The room was not particularly clean and the walls are thin, meaning we could hear others talking. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

We stayed in the Jacuzzi room, we absolutely loved it for what we needed it for. The bed was huge and clean, the room smelt clean when we walked in which is always a plus! The bathroom was clean and the double shower heads were lovely. The air conditioner worked perfect, didn't have any issues with it. Decent view out of our window which we loved! Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub but we used the jacuzzi in our room, one thing i would suggest is adding another tub filler as it took 45 minutes to fill up. The room was quite dark but for the amount of time you spend in a hotel room when traveling in a place like Canmore is slim so it was ok! We would stay here again for sure. The lady when we checked in was ok, didn't give us much information such as breakfast times or pool times and seemed to be in a rush but we were the only ones there. The location is great as its closer to downtown.

Very cute little cottage-style rooms! The owner was wonderful and so kind to us. Perfect location for Canmore and Banff as it's only a 10min drive. Full kitchen was great and beds were super comfy! The room was a little bit dark as there was no overhead light but with the curtains open it wasn't really an issue.

We stayed here from Fri-Sun so our checkout was on Sunday. We were all a big family staying here so asked for a complimentary hour extension on checkout (12pm instead of 11am). Despite it being Sunday, the staff was not at all accommodating and rude about it. It’s really not a lot to ask for and we usually get this extension at other hotels we have stayed at, whenever it was needed.

The room smells like cigarette smoke. Blankets looked dirty and sheets doesn't look new. Also, found some 'dandruff like' stuffs in one of the pillows. Carpet looks dirty. Tables and TV are dusty.
Will not recommend for the price.

Not a good sleep as the walls seem paper thin and could hear my neighbour's talk, walk, flush and sneeze. Bed was uncomfortable and lopsided. The room itself was honestly cute and lodgy with a good view of the mountains. Friendly staff. Very clean. No pool due to covid. If they put more sound insulation between units and better beds this would be more like 4 stars not 2.

Great place place for a quick night's stay. Sheets were nice quality and clean, room was decent and price was amazing!

Doorlock is so hard to unlock from the inside we thought a few times we would be locked inside. I brought my whole family and this is an absolute safety hazard. I called the front desk twice from our room at 11: 52pm even tried calling from my phone and NOONE answered good thing after much struggle the door lock opened. Heater was so loud no way we could sleep soundly with it. No vents in the kitchenette so had to open all windows to vent out when I was cooking

Our room was cute and cozy just like the pictures, but it was dirty. We didn’t get the vibe that the room was cleaned, just a new set of sheets. Also bring your own batteries, the ones in our tv remote were dead

We came back to our room after exploring to find out we had no hot water, called down to the front desk and within an hour it was fixed. Super friendly staff, clean, relaxing. They allow pets and have a playground for kids which is rare. Great price, would go again!

It was our second reservation on this Lodge. First one was on 2019 and we booked a standard room with kitchenette, The room was so hot an temperature cannot be controlled. 2nd one was on the upper condo unit, very spacious. Quiet.near to the pool area. We enjoyed swimming and hot tub with my friends. They are friendly. I will recommend them to my friends.

I wasn’t expecting to much for a 2 star hotel but for the $200 I paid it really wasn’t worth it. The jets in our jacuzzi didn’t work, the bed was rock hard, we blew a breaker with the lights and blow dryer on in the bathroom. And worst of all someone tried to come in our room the evening we were there and the morning after! And the morning person trying to get in looked like one of the office workers, no knock or anything. Just overall really not worth it!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was so cozy and didn't break the bank. Only jacuzzi room we could find on short notice and we weren't expecting much, but boy were we pleasantly surprised.

Bad service. No exhaust fan in kitchen. 4 stove top and oven on website ended up with 1 stove top. We left our food in the fridge (fsh meat, seafoods, just opened coffee creamer and creamcheese) They said they just dumped it. We called 3 hours after check out to get it and it's gone. Not fair.

Ok ish. Poorly managed. Front staff and maintenance (if any) have no clue how to run a hotel. Hot tub sucks. Looking elsewhere next time for sure

We stayed for 2 nights and it was horrible. The room was dusty and smelling cigarette. The bathtub was draining slow so when you shower you are standing in dirty water. The towels were old and the bedding was oldish and not smelling fresh. Both beds were the worst, so uncomfortable not sure if they were inflatables or what but what I know our back are sore and painful for just wanting to save a few dollars. That was our first and last time to stay there, I guess you get what you pay for.

The location itself it's very beautiful But this motel it's very disappointing! Daytime you can't stay in the bed because everyone can see trough the windows! The cleaning it's very minimal, and specially with days we should be very cautious! The cleaning staff people walking with one IKEA bag if enyone need soap or hand towel! I am wondering if they cleaning the process are the same?
If you like to go back in years 60 ' then this motel for you!

The worst place I never stayed. I prebooked a room, when I got there the room had an overpowering scent that almost immediately gave me a headache. I opened the windows for a bit to try and air it out but it was not going away. I went to the front desk to see if I could get another room and the front desk clerk was very nice. She took me to another room but it had the same smell, it was their cleaning solutions.

I explained that I couldn’t stay there as it was giving me a headache and asked if I could just get a refund and I would look for other accommodations. The front desk girl called the owner to ask what to do and the owner said they would only give a 50% refund! I had been there for 15 minutes! I said I wanted a full refund as I hadn’t even used the room, which would seem very reasonable at any other establishment. The girl called the owner again and the owner refused to give a full refund and wouldn’t even talk to me! She told the clerk not to call her again and not to give me my refund.

The owner is a total coward, she was unfair to me and unfair to her employee, putting her in a situation that should have been dealt with by a manager. I asked to speak to a manager but the poor clerk said she was the only one there!

The most brutal customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Do not stay here! Support another place that actually cares about their customers and aren’t just running a slum hotel for the money.

Love they are pet friendly and its fairly quiet. Vast difference in the size and style of the rooms. First night we had a tiny little queen cabin style room you could barely move in, and second night we upgraded to the more modern looking king jacuzzi room which is probably 3 times the size of the first room. Would stay here again as long as the larger rooms are available, as the smaller one doesn't work with 2 dogs roaming around.

I haven't even booked it yet and i already see problems.
I called in to get some rates and a very rude person answered the phone and when i asked him if one can see mountain from their room window he laughed at the question. When i asked him to confirm rates he was extremely condescending. I told him that a colleague has confirmed that there is availability but he kept saying we are already booked for July. He then pretended like he cant hear me and hung up the phone on me. When i called back no one answered. I had to call back twice before he answered again and he again pretended like he couldn't hear me.

Decent place on a reasonable budget. We planned to stay overnight in Canmore very last minute and there were rooms available here for the weekend. Staff seemed friendly. Rooms are not stocked with any toiletries except facial bar. Had coffee machine, microwave, and small storage unit.

They can't even give you the price that they have mentioned on their site it just fake advertisement

Very clean, cozy, quiet area, noisy above us but it is an older place. Not much parking or space to park, pets allowed, people didn't clean after their animals. If there is a next time, we'll get a cabin or top floor.

What you expect for $80.bedding, towels and toiletries are not great. Disappointing that the hot tub is closed due to covid instead of booking system like other hotels.

The rooms were clean and a good location, with the covid rules it's a little harder to give a full review.

I would like to say you get what you pay for, but even what I paid was more than I got. The room was covered in dust, spider webs, the windows and frames were dirty, the heater was full of dust. The floor of the tub was stained. The table and chairs were sticky. The mattress was yellow. We ended up leaving early as it was so bad. It's clear that the covid cleaning is lacking as even the regular cleaning was lacking.

We booked through air b&b and there was a mixup with our reservation. The guy at the front accommodated us anyway which we appreciated. The room was clean and very nice. It having a kitchenette was helpful. It’s nice that they accept pets as we have a dog that we like to bring with us. The staff were friendly and helped us out. We will definitely be going back next time we plan a trip to the mountains!

The room was small, but comfortable. A very rustic feel. Very clean, good amenities. The walls are quite thin and it is easy to hear your neighbors, and their TV, etc. Not sure how the hotel could fix this, but I am glad we had respectful neighbors.

Neighbors are awful (still here). All we heard was jumping and running and crashing.the whole night, now on night 2 and still the same). One TV channel, I asked the front desk to fix this please, to which he replied unplug it qnd plug it back in). Said I did and he said would come to fix.and never did. Rooms were clean and cozy. If everything was in working order and the neighbors children weren't up jumping til 2 am I'd give it a 4.

No stars. The ceiling fan is filthy with a sock on top of it. The kitchenette has no toaster, the frying pan is non-stick and peeling off. In Match the portable A/C is still in the window. Or view of the broken bicycle and the underside of the stairs is amazing. The bathroom door doesn't close, the spatula is actually a pie scope. I had to cover the tub drain with a piece of plastic so my kids could take a bath.

I stayed there this weekend past and fell down their stairs as it was covered in salt. I complained at 5pm on Saturday and Sunday when I checked out it still was not salted. The owner just informed me that it was salted and snowed through the night so there is new snow and not their fault which is not true. He is either lying to protect his business or his staff are cause they don’t want to get in trouble. I have pics to prove it had not snowed and looked the same as 15 hours before

We rented the king room jacuzzi suite, the room was big, it was dark, there was no table to have dinner, the walls were dirty, stains and footprints.

The is a quaint old lodge. We had a jacuzzi room and the hot water was down in the evening for a little bit but otherwise awesome!

We stayed in a queen room without kitchenette. Very rustic feeling, bed is quite comfortable and the room itself is cozy with air conditioning (did not use) and heating that worked well. The walls were very cobwebbed and dusty which makes me wonder how often the rooms get a good cleaning and the toilet ran all day/night, the faucet dripped - just some minor maintenance issues - with the bathroom door closed at night it wasn’t a big deal. Biggest complaint is the walls are paper thin and you could hear EVERY movement and sound neighbours even 2 doors down made. Great blackout curtains and dog friendly. I think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get, but with the exception of the paper thin walls it was a pleasant stay!

Very bad experience paid $300 a night a for a corner room at the back rooms are very old looking the hotel beside it was with same price way better room so much light and beautiful view plus buffet breakfast in the morning

Rundle Mountain Lodge was nice enough to allow us to leave a day early because of a family issue at home. Free of charge too. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

We arrived 45 minutes before check-in, and the desk clerk's only response was "come back at 4! " We came back and checked in to find the room was dark and dingy.the AC was a floor type with a vent to the outside, and was very loud. The bathroom fan didn't work, the tv reception was intermittent, and the beds were like like sleeping on a sheet of plywood! I've slept in nicer rooms for less than half what we paid here. Stay here only if you have no other options!

I would not recommend this motel. Poor value for what we got. Dingy, dark, dirty and an outdated room. The sound transfer was poor as well.
I feel the owners are not keeping up the hotel standards and charging more because it is in Canmore.
Not sure if I would stay in Canmore again. I certainly would not stay here again.

Spacious and cooking-friendly, the loft-style lodge was good for family or group outing. The lower level of the suite was great for group gathering.

It's nothing special. Extremely uncomfortable bed. I couldn't sleep, and my back was in a lot of pain throughout the night. Then I turned the heat on and it started to make a loud whining sound. For $200/night, I'm definitely not coming back.

Nice rooms with amazing views. Only downside was that the hottub wasn't working during my stay. Also has a park and a firepit onsite.

Dark and outdated room. Bathroom door didn't close, very hard pillows and not worth the nearly $200 we paid for one night. Called ahead to make sure our room was ready in time for our arrival before a wedding to then be told it was not. We then suggested looking to see if another room was ready which fortunately solved the problem. Wouldn't stay here again.

Do not waste your money!
If I had seen the rooms and property before hand, I would have never stayed. Unfortunatley I booked online and could not cancel my reservation.
The property is poorly maintained and very run down. Room was disgusting with hand prints all over the walls, black thick dust on baseboards, and the tub had a thick dark film on it. If this wasn’t enough to detour you, the beds are like sleeping on the floor and the pool is something to be desired.
Spend the extra money and get a good nights sleep.

Rundle Mountain Lodge was the most affordable option at the time that we booked. For the price paid it was a great value. Our room was really cute and felt like a lodge cabin. The room was very clean and also had a mini fridge, small dining table, TV, and coffee maker. Lastly the location was very convenient for access to the freeway, local restaurants, and stores. I would definitely stay here again.

For the price we were very impressed with Rundle Mountain Lodge. Its a bit older and can use some work here and there but we would definitely stay again. There is a nice small park in the middle for kids, there is a pool and hot tub for the older crowd and our room which was on the second floor had the cabin feel with a vaulted ceiling which made the room seem bigger than it was.

I would spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. There were hairs in our tub and towels. The light fixtures will all askew and you could hear every noise around you. Icky.

Rustic wooden rooms that are really nicely renovated in their design: kept a bit of the old-school roadside motel touches but added a significant amount of modern stuff too.

It's a similar style to many lodges - dark rooms due to overhanging balconies and small windows. This one has aircon but it's so noisy you couldn't have it on overnight. It seemed like the heat was on, but the receptionist said it was just a hot water pipe. There was a fan in the room which made it bearable. It was very noisy - people outside until late, and people leaving early tramping along the wooden walkways. The room had a small fridge.

The lodge was very dirty and run down. The lodge seems to be family ran by a asain family. Our tv was not working I called front desk, the guy came up to our room and we listen to him scream on the phone with his dad, smash the remote against the tv stand. All while my wife was trying to sleep. They didn't fix the tv. I wouldn't pay a dime to stay here. Never again.

Cute little suits, roomy and clean. The hot tub is always available which is nice. We had a great stay with a kitchenette suite. Very affordable.

I was there for a Good Friday long weekend.
The lodge have a beautiful view but the staff is so terrible to deal with.
The single burner stove was a headache to turn on.
I had an issue with the stove so I try to call them from the landline in the room no one answered the call then I decide to go there and talk to in person on reception surprisingly no one was there I waiting there for 10 minutes after that a guy came from the room inside there.
Only reason for the 2 star is the view otherwise staff there is so hard to deal with.

Stayed in this hostel for 5 nights. Their price is competitive. You get a coffee/tea machine and a useful heater in the bathroom. The beds are very comfy and the room is kind of spacious.
Only downsides to consider is a possibility of stairs to get to your room and the hostel does not have breakfast options. Otherwise, everything is as desired.

Had a terrible stay. Cute room tho. Either freezing or hot and very rude staff completely un helpful and disrespectful. I had left a few items in the room after checking out. And returned to get them two hours later. The front desk girl Rachel was of no help and very rude. I was turned away with out my stuff. They were Saying house keepers allready cleaned the room and new people were going in. Two days later I call back and magically my stuff showed up and they said they'd Send it to me in the mail (great). At a cost to me! (ughhh why for me) Even tho I went back in person. After three weeks of waiting for my stuff in the mail. I still don't have it. So I call again. Now they needed my phone number for mailing it (even though I left that with them with my address) Rachel just didn't write it down. I ask to talk to a manager and he was extremely rude to me. Pretty much screaming at me over the phone. About how they can't find out what the house keepers have till the end of the day and there are too many of them to know who's cleaning where. Well how about get off your butt and go ask the house keepers. Acted as if they are not alloud to speak to each other. I wanted them to pay for the postage because I was there in person allready and had to deal with Rachel being rude and useless. And the long wait for my stuff. Said they'd send it in a few days. So if you want t bf yelled at and treated like stray dog then this hotel is perfect for you! 1/5 stars just because the wood cabin room was pretty cute. Manager and staff are terrible
