Running Room

Very bad customer service. Bought running shoes by brooks October last year. They broke as picture states, lady at the store was not helpful she just kept repeating can’t do anything, can’t do anything. I have older pair of brooks that I’m wearing for past 2 years and they didn’t brake as this pair.
Never again will buy shoes at any running room.

Went and saw dawn today after having the worst experience yesterday at the sherwood park running room. She met my expectations +. So much happier with the experience. A sales associate that's knowledgeable about the product, imagine that!

The person who helped me was very noligable and so friendly. I wasn't to sure what I was looking for, but she made my purchase very easy

My first ever experience shopping at the Running Room was an excellent one. My Foot Surgeon advised me to buy certain brands of shoes due to a bad foot injury. Dawn helped me in selecting a couple of great pairs. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend the St. Albert location. Thanks again!

I entered the Running Room in St Albert today quite frustrated with my clothing issues for walking. The staff were amazing. Dawn listened to my issue and concluded that what I needed was a Running Room jacket with the pit zips and I also bought another wick away shirt. The coat was the answer to my frustration. I had a sweat free 10 km walk today. First time. Amazing! Thank you so much Running Room
