If I could rate zero stars I would. I went in for a general check up with my doctor. As I explained to him my symptom's and what was bothering me he proceeded to sum it all up to be being obese. I'm not even close to obese I'm 6'3 220 lbs. He didn't give me an other solutions or suggestions to fixing my issues I was having. He started to then feel my chest and stomach for irregularities and when he got to my stomach he then proceeded to say "Oh wow it's really lumpy in this area, a lot more lumpy then before. " So literally go anywhere else then this TRASH medical clinic. Unless you want to be fat shamed by your doctor. GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE.

Do not go to this clinic! If I can give them 0 star, I will! The worst service that I never had in Canada! Me and my mother went to this clinic this morning, and the receptionist said they only accept walk in patients after 1: 00pm, so we came back around 1: 00pm, we had waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes, after that I asked the receptionist how long time that we still need to wait? Because I need go to school to pick my kids up after 3: 00pm. A lady said probably minimum 1 hour, are you kidding me? I just want to get a prescription, and I need to wait for almost 3hours? Why not tell people when they registered? Waste my time, stupid receptionist!

Absolutely atrocious medicenter with outdated policies and practices. Went in as a walk-in to get test results back, I was told the wait was 1-2 hours. I asked if they do call backs as I didn't want to sit in the center while sick, the receptionist told me they do not but I could wait in my car and she would call me in. I asked if I could just go home as I live, quite literally 5 seconds from the center, I was told "No, that's not fair to the other patients. " So after and hour and a half waiting in my car on a hot, sunny day, I call them three separate times to check my wait time. First two calls dropped after a minute saying "The person you are calling isn't available". When I finally got through I was told it was another hour and a half wait. So now I have to waste 3 hours of my day in a hot car waiting for a 10 minute check in for my test results because they can't be bothered to have call backs like every single other medicenter I've ever been to. Update your system, get text callbacks, hire another receptionist. Avoid this place like the plague if you're sick, they really could not care less.

Whenever I call to book appointment with Dr. Ali, his assistant is never available as she sits in different clinic too. The receptionist takes down the information and says Dr. Ali’s personal assistant Terra will call. I keep waiting for weeks but I never receive any call. So i end up calling again. There is lack of process and communication in their office. Also, since I am unable to get appointments when needed, I am thinking to change my son’s paediatrician. But guess what, due to their office’s inability to accommodate, if i even change the paediatrician, I am the one to suffer and pay the fee to transfer my son’s file to a different paediatrician. I hope they atleast relieve me of that extra expense bcz I am just forced to change the doctor due to the doctor’s inability to accommodate and not because I want to do it intentionally.

Absolutely horrible. I have waited 3 hours and that's before being in a room waiting for a doctor. People that came in after me are getting checkups before me. I literally had a serious stomach problem and had blood in my spit from severe stomach acid. Horrible place.

Our family doctor here is awesome. I enjoy this clinic. Seems to be getting busier. Be early or book an appointment

Went on medimap to see which clinics accept walkins. It said until 5. I went in with a splitting headache and cough and very well before time and was told to come next day early coz the doctor left early because there were not many patients. How do u expect ppl to know when they would fall sick? Please don’t advertise wrong timings when you’ll can’t stick to it.

This office is the worst. This is my very first time writing a review. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this office is really horrible. And that’s not because of the Drs but the staff. Very rude, could care to pick up the phone. I’ve been trying to reach them since last year because my baby was finally able to get a Dr assigned. I meet him once. Called to book an appointment never picked up until they called me. Tried calling in to book his 12 months check still not reaching them. Now I have no choice to go in person just to book an appointment and ask if my child file can be transferred elsewhere cause I can’t do this anymore.

Called Friday to see if I could get in to see a doctor and was told to come in on Monday for the walk in doctor. Monday morning I call and they tell me that the walk in doctor is off that day and the next day Tuesday as well, which is fine. Tuesday I call to ask if the walk in doctor will be there the next day. They informed me that the doctor would be in, taking walk ins from 9am-1pm and that I can come as early as 9am. Wednesday morning I decided to be there for 9am which is when they open. I take an Uber and arrive at 9: 05am to be told that the walk ins are closed and that I should have came BEFORE they open at 9. How does this make sense? Please communicate better with your patients!

I do not recommend this clinic. Very poor service, they provided inaccurate information over the phone, multiple times. I called and I was told I could go there without an appointment, got there in less than 10 minutes, as I live close by, and I was told I should come other day. Not fair with people that had to walk, take public transportation or even pay a taxi to get there.

Very rude reception at this walk in! The one star is for Dr. Wa he is very good and caring I give him 5 stars!

I called them to see what time till they are open. On the phone, their system said walk-in is until 1-6 PM. I get to the door, the sign says they are open till 5 PM. I walk in and ask the nurse if they do walk-ins and she says no, only till 4PM. I point out that it is 3: 40 PM and then she says they are closed early for walk-ins today.

I drove 30 mins just to made fun with

Although I love most of the doctors at this office the office is run very poorly. It often takes 15-20 call’s before you can get through and talk to anyone or book appointments. They cancel last minute often and won’t even book you for a walk-in later when they cancel. Overall they are very unhelpful and unwilling to go beyond to give good service.

Definitely one of the worst Medical Clinic. Very Unsatisfied + another time the doctor actually gave me a wrong prescription.
