Our furnace started making some really bad noises during the cold snap just before Christmas. I got in touch with Mike and even though he was absolutely slammed he was able to make it out to our place and get the issue diagnosed and repaired the same night. I was that person who was heard loudly proclaiming would never get AC, that is, until the heat wave of 2021! I received several quotes for air conditioning, and in the end decided to go with Ruysch Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd, out of Leduc, AB. Mike, Ashtyn and Levi were super helpful in every step of the process. My AC was installed under the estimated price, on time, and Levi went above and beyond to fix an issue with my humidifier, likely non-functioning since I built my home 4 years ago. He could have turned a blind eye but chose instead to be exceptional, which is why you should hire this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs. My home is evenly cool throughout with the thermostat set at 22C. I still try to be a good steward and not be an excess drain on the grid during hot weather. I shut the system off at night, open the windows, and close them and the blinds during the heat of the day. In total, the unit runs maybe a few hours per day. Thanks Mike et al!

I highly recommend Mike. He tracked down a replacement part for our gas fireplace, installed it and cleaned up the fireplace. We are very happy with the work Mike has done on our heating systems and now our fireplace.

Our furnace had stopped working Dec 10/21; I called Ruysch Heating & spoke with Mike on the phone as he was referred to me by another contractor. On the phone, we discussed the potential problem with the furnace; he was able to schedule me in on his busy schedule on the same day. Mike was very likable, honest & he got to work right away to assess the problem. He arrived to the home ready with the part; no time wasted. The repair was flawless, top notch, very clean, and thorough. He also did a full inspection on the furnace. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting honest and quality work done! Thanks, Mike! Our daughter is so happy we didn’t have to go through another night without heat.

I can't say enough good things about the gentleman that installed our furnaces and air conditioner over the last 2 days. Fast, efficient, and so so clean. The furnace room was cleaner after they left than it was when they arrived. The installation took less time than they thought and Mike made sure our fireplaces were up and running and gave my husband a good going over of the new system before they left for the day. Great guys (I wish I had gotten the other gentleman's name). They even wiped their fingerprints off the furnace room door as they left.
Very very impressed and I have ready posted about them on my Facebook Page.
The communication was also excellent with quick replies to my emails.

I emailed them on August long weekend with AC problems and Mike come over in the afternoon diagnosed the problem had a replacement part and found a loose wire in the furnace.
I was very happy with the work done and the cost was reasonable for a long weekend call out.

We recently had a new air conditioner installed. Mike was very efficient & professional. Excellent customer service!

I originally contacted Ruysch because my furnace wasn't working. Mike came within a couple hours to take a look. He found a blown fuse was the issue and said it was a quick fix. He could have just changed the fuse and left but he took the time to check over the rest of the furnace to make sure it was running properly. I'm so thankful he did as he found I had a cracked heat exchanger. This wasn't the news I wanted as that ment my furnace needed to be replaced.

I chose to go with Ruysch for the removal/installation. Mike did a great job he was efficient, respectful of my home and made sure everything was done properly.

Both Mike and Ashtyn provided amazing customer service. Do to unforeseen circumstances they went above and beyond what was needed to ensure I have a working furnace before the cold weather arrives.
