Sold my mother a camper with four rotted tires that blew out on the highway.

Fortunately no one was injured, otherwise this place wouldn't see the end of a legal battle.

We took our brand new unit to RV City (bought unit in B. C.because nobody in Alberta had floor plan and Color’s we wanted). A. C.did not work and RV city said three months for parts because of back order. (AC units are probably garbage as the AC manufacturer had none). Endured +30 degree heat for a few weeks and then bought a portable AC unit. Made it bareable. Took unit in Sept 1 for new AC unit (compressor was seized). Phoned Oct 20 and asked about our unit and told it has been done for 4 weeks but forgot to call and say it was ready. Service staff needs to learn how to do their jobs. Will never go back to these idiots ever again and anyone else I know will not deal there.

As us in the know know COVID 1984 is a hoax for RESET to Comunism. This RESET began after June 1992 UNITED NATIONS UNSED CLIMATE SUMMIT CONSENSUS 30 year conversion to UNTHINK Communist society. The FACE MASKS & VACCINES were for compliance to UN's NEW WORLD ORDER. SORRY to state the obvious, might as well go camping!

Had a great experience dealing with RV City! Every single person we dealt with was so friendly and always willing to answer our questions, but a special shout-out to Rick! When we came to pickup our new trailer we did a walk through with Rick and couldn't have been happier. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and literally went the extra mile when the lights weren't working properly. He didn't hesitate for a second to throw on his coveralls and slide under the truck to see what was going on. We are very happy campers!

I was so lucky to reach Travis in sales today!
I had my new (to me) Jayco dewinterized for the season and it was my first time having to figure out the water heater. With the service department closed, Travis talked me through it and even gave me his cell number to send pics. Thankfully, he was able to solve it. He went above and beyond for me. Quality professional help. Thanks, Travis!

Bought a 5th wheel in early April - we were required to wait til May 13th to pick up trailer as they had to schedule the PDI - and the AMVIC Mechanical Fitness Assessment along with checks promised on their brochures. Got it home - clearly none of this has been done (burnt wires etc.) no paperwork and certainly no work done - contacted the Service Department and they sent a 12 month old recon report. Contacted the Manager and now no response. One star given coz you cant get any lower. They didnt even give us the paper work for our new batteries purchased and installed by them - DONT buy from these folks.

Bought the jayco 40RLTS. The workmanship on this trailer was terrible. Multiple leaks. Faulty appliances. 3 pages of warranty work done. Did not even get all the issues fixed. This has been the most disappointing experience ever. Will never buy a jayco trailer again

I rented my trailer through RVEzy and the Murphy bed and tank (s) were damaged by the renter. I brought my trailer to RV City and let them know I had diagnosed damage to the grey tank but I wasn't sure about the black tank. When I got the estimate back from RV City it was for just over $10k to repair the tanks and bed. I visited the dealership to pick something up from my trailer and noticed the underbelly looked the same as when I dropped the trailer off, and dumped a a gallon of water into the toilet. No leak. I paid the estimate charges ($800) and took my trailer to a different garage. They told me there was nothing wrong with my black tank and that RV City shouldn't have quoted 10x labor for both the black and grey tanks. Let alone that RV City included an additional 10x labor to repair the entire underbelly. The total estimate from the garage I took the trailer to next is $4100. The big difference being 10 hours to replace the grey tank and a section of underbelly instead of 30 hours and the entire underbelly. I paid RV City $800 for the estimate. Now that I've taken it elsewhere Rvezy let me know the process was taking so long on their end because they thought the quote was very strange and amount for the quote was quite high. The sales team here was okay but the only way I was going to get better or quicker service was by buying a $60k Eagle.

Update: The owners response is laughable. I paid $760 for an estimate and I don't think your team even removed the underbelly. I thought the black tank might be an issue and your guys included it in the estimate, and over quoted it, instead of doing their job. I feel like I was robbed

Summary in 1 word, BRUTAL! Sales was half decent but anything afterward was ridiculous. The 2 best days with my $70K Jayco trailer was the day a picked it up and the day I sold it 2 years later. Goodbye overpriced junk! Onto a completely different make and I'm glad I did. The warranty they rave about was almost the worst part of the entire deal. In the photo was how they attempted to repair the bow in the wall after 2 years of warranty battles! Hammered that 2x4 in so tight it left a permanent dent in the other side. "Sealed underbelly" we paid for was Essentially plastic cardboard and the mouse control we paid for just flat out was a scam. I can go on and on, and so should you.else where.

Look at the reviews. Anything sales related is good and anything service related is bad. My poor experience is from 3 separate visits looking for parts and the same thing happening.
They tend not to understand that different makes/models share some of the same parts, especially when it comes to brakes, lights and jacks. On 3 separate occasions they would not listen to me when I needed a part, by part number, for some repairs. They insist on looking things up by make/model and will not help you otherwise.

Great service and very helpfully staff, made buying our camper a breeze with no pressure,
we had multiple options and they helped to explain the options in each one we looked at.will definitely be going back to them in few years to trade up.
