I have never seen the clothes showing lint after first try there is nothing they can do store about bad quality of clothes and customer service center declines to do anything about the quality issues and pass the ball to store staff. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Have been a lifelong RW&CO customer. Never have I seen a more rude customer service person. Beware if you plan to return anything here even when its within 30 days with receipt with price tag on they could call the security on you to to throw u out!

Although I did not find what I was looking for, the store staff was attentive and helpful. Asked me what I was looking for and why, and genuinely tried to help me get suited up. I think it was the manager who was helping me most and she was lovely. Thank you for your time and attention.

It's an incredible place to shop if you're tall or if perhaps you need longer pants with a shorter sleeve jacket or vice versa. Sales staff are incredible always there to help when you need it and the manager is phenomenal fair to help you figure anything out just like the rest of the staff in case you need it. Great people great clothes and yes if you go in on a sale great prices. And if there's something you really like buy it you're worth it.

I've been regular customer of this brand. But the service I received from Brayden at cross iron mill store is top notch. Definitely went above and beyond. Big shout out to Brayden and Shawn for helping us yesterday.

The manager Jordan Griffig from the CrossIron store is super rude, I have never seen a manager like this. We told him that one of his sales person gave us a wrong size and he straight up say throw it out because he is not going to take it back. I paid 140 and he literally told me to throw it out twice. He is super unprofessional, Rude, has no manners and no management skills what’s so ever. I am guessing he has a bad morning or something and he took it on us. Even if we are wrong he need to explain it to us instead of being super rude. And when I told him he is being rude he said thank you. He acted like he doesn’t care. Just last week we bought two suits and shirts from the same place and the lady manager that was there was super nice. So I don’t understand who trained this Jordan guy because he doesn’t deserve to work their let alone be a manager. The way he was answering our question sounds like He 100% doesn’t care about the customers or the business. Maybe he doesn’t like working there and this is his way of showing it. I am disappointed with his service.

Terrible service. I emailed their customer service department, NEVER GOT A REPLY. They said they'd email, waited 10 business days, called them twice, then I emailed them again, waited another 4 business days. They finally emailed and said they were sending a follow up email with an e-gift card - never received that email either. Also emailed the President of RW-Co, Lora Tisi - never got a reply from her either! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM REITMANS/ RW-CO because if you need customer service you won't get it!

Very friendly staff. Was looking for a matching vest for a suit that was ordered online. Amazingly helpful associate was trying to source a tailor fit pair of pants when I had concerns about the online ordered slim fit pants. Amazing staff from walking in to asking for help to paying.

Shop there all you want, just don’t give them your email address. You’ll NEVER get rid of the ads coming to your inbox. Unsubscribe all you want… And if you try, it says it can take up to 10 days to stop… ya right… and the ads just keep coming - Everyday.

First and last time I will shop there.

I feel like RW&CO has forgotten its roots. Used to be really good quality clothes at really good prices. Pretty sure my closet in College was entirely RW&CO. Now its way overpriced. Its funny because I could afford their clothes as a college student but now I can't justify the expense.

Not very happy with the organization skills if your going to hire someone follow through with it, reflects very poorly on you. The fact that I got hired way over a month ago have not gotten one shift I have called 6 times already and you guys keep saying you will get back but never do not happy at all

I recently purchased (sept 14) an item in store and since my size was not available they ordered it for me online. On sept 17, my order was canceled because it was out of stock. 3 weeks later I still haven't receive a reimbursement! I fill out an online customer service request and did not not bother answering me. I had to call and wait 20 min on the phone for someone to talk to me. Apparently it takes 14 business days to process reimbursement. WOW really disappointing
