Ordered Sneakers delivery to Toronto arrived four days earlier than expected. Thank you S3 Boardshop, and Purolator shipping.

VERY friendly service. I had ordered a board and helmet online to be shipped to BC- Purolator had put the board on the wrong truck, but it's here now, so that's great, but I got the wrong size for the helmet. Contacted S3 through their website and by phone to clarify.

Molly in shipping was very kind, and will have a shipping label for me to print to return it back for them to send the correct size- don't even need to pay for the shipping!

I was shopping for a new coat today at was promptly greeted by a wonderful sales woman who informed me of the current sales. I had picked out 3 coats sent photos of them to my son.waited and waited for a response to see which one he liked best. I was at the check out buying all 3 (to return the ones he didn't like) got the call of the one he did like. The very polite and understanding man without frustration said my mom would have just bought one. I didn't get their names but today you made shopping easy for me because you we so understanding!

Great service from all staff and owner! I’m not even local, but bought online by their new site. A few small kinks they’re still actively working with at the moment, but stellar handling! Great customer service.my order was slightly damaged during shipping and when I brought it to their attention I got a personal reply from the owner immediately offering to either send me a shipping label for a free no hassle refund or a partial discount. I loved the product so I chose to keep it and took the partial discount.they clearly care about keeping their customers happy and stand by their gear.they also had the best price. Best experience I’ve ever had, I called in and talked to a chill guy named Mike, he helped me with everything I needed!
