I have been going to Saddleback Dental for 10+ years. They are always friendly and flexible with their schedule. I had to rebook my last appointment several times and was able to do so without any issues.

Recently had a wisdom tooth extraction. Tooth was in really bad shape. All my teeth are. It's embarrassing. Was very worried about the pain and anxious. Dr. Madan is the absolute best! Effortless, painless and so calming. There is zero judgement and positive encouragement only. He is the best dentist I've ever had work on my mouth. I'm so glad I found him.

Friendly environment and detailed explanation. The hygienist did the teeth cleaning very gently. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

I have really appreciated help from the front desk (Anna and Varsha) who help to explain the cost of the procedures and keep me informed about the dental plan I own. Thanks also to the rest of the staff.

Overall, a good experience at the Saddleback Clinic. The front desk staff is friendly and organized. I appreciate the dentist takes the time to review my exam with me and we determine what procedures are required or just recommended. Keep up the good work.

This place is a fraud they over charge me and get all my insurance info before my first appointment a picture of my card to see what they need to see. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Please find a honest Doctor this guys care more your insurance plan than your teeth. Wisdom gives more money not greedy.

I have been going to Saddleback Dental for nine years now and they have been wonderful! The hygienists and dentists are friendly and informative, same with the front desk staff! I am always happy with the work they do.

This dental place over charge ;claim to your insurance as much as the can and do half of the job so you can come back, and claim more. First visit the charging me $613 for cleaning the right side told me to come back for the other side so they can claim $613 again. Sorry guys you are threating my insurance plan not me.
Also they will not do good job the half they do. I will not recommend to my worst enemy to go this dental place.

I really like the staff at Saddleback Northside alot, I feel comfortable with the staff they are sooooo friendly, they are very informative on questions you may have for them, I highly recommend going in too see them.

Ive had severe tooth ache for over a month and have been so scaed to go to the dentist. Couldn't take it and went to an emergency clinic. Was told I had a crack above my crown. Took antibiotics and it wasn't terrible it wasn't great. I went to my dentist at cornerstone dental and saw Dr. Lismqn he confirmed and I was told I would need a root canal and be referred out. After Almost crying out of fear, he called Dr. Preety Bachan at cornerstone who fit me in the next day. Scared to death, made it to appointment, DID NIT FREL A THING, Dr. B, cleaned out my dead tooth did my root canal annnde, I fell asleep! Thank you soooooo much Dr Lisman and Dr Bachan, you guys are absolutely amazing! Not even pain after freezing wore off! Thank you!

Saddleback dental is the best dental service I had, in years. They make you feel comfortable and appreciated. In addition, they fix your teeth in a timely manner and provide excellent feedback on dental plans. Thank you, you are my new dental center place for myself, and family. I recommend this company. 10 stars if i could.

I definitely would not reccomend this clinic. Doctor Joseph told me my son had 4 cavities and drilled two of his molars all the way down to the gum from the sides. I was a bit skeptical that what he had done was not necessary because the pictures and x-rays he took had no cavities or dark spots in them. I asked him why I couldn't see it and he said its "hard to see". I told him that I didnt want him to drill it but he started to get pushy and started to tell me it would become a serious problem if he didnt drill it immediately and said he would show me the cavity after drilling. I couldn't see anything there even after he drilled it there was no cavity but they kept telling me it was "hard to see". I got a second opinion and showed the x-ray to the the other dentist and he said that it wasn't that serious that you would have to drill it and only one molar had a minor cavity. It could also have been reversed if cared for properly. This has caused me a lot of stress and I hope the money he recieved from this doesnt help him in any way. This place is a fraud and this doctor is very greedy. Keep in mind this isn't the only bad experience I've had here.

A big shoutout to Chandni for demonstrating that excellent customer service still exists. One call to her and she figures out a way for us to get the dental care we need and when we need it. She is the scheduling and public relations wizard at Saddleback dental center.

Started coming here in February, and their receptionist, Yannah is very nice and welcoming! Also had the best experience with Sabrina, my hygienist. Even brought in my partner for his dental needs. Great service!

Staff was very friendly and answered any concerns or questions that I had. Clinic was able to get me and my family in where we didn't have to wait longhand went in the same day. Really recommend this dental office if you are looking for a new dentist

The staff and environment are very welcoming. Everyone there is very accommodating. I usually get terrible anxiety going to the dentist but the Dentist and Hygienist are all super helpful and patient. They never pressure or rush me. It's always been a positive experience every time I've gone. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for quality and affordable dental care!

I normally don’t post reviews but this one I just couldn’t ignore. From the time you enter the clinic till the end one comes across a very friendly and helpful staff. Soo polite and down to earth. My doctor was very patient and understanding during the treatment. My experience to describe as such will fall short in words. Fully recommended.

I felt very comfortable and welcomed like they have known me my whole life. The staff was very professional and proceeded to teach out to ab works to help me with coverage and got me the help I desperately needed. I can't wait till next week to see the staff again and have my teeth removed and fixed. Thanks again for your professionalism and kind hearts.

This dentist is great. Always available for emergencies. The reception staff, hygienists, dental assistants and dentists are all very kind, understanding, and friendly. And they're open 6 days a week.

My family spent well over 10k on services billed to insurance companies.

Saddleback dental sent me collections for $294 of unpaid bills. My benifits didnt cover xrays.

Love my visits my Dentist reminds me of Russell Peters still waiting for them jokes though lol! I love the work he did on my teeth he did a very good job and he was very thorough. Service is always great an the staff are always very welcoming!

At Saddleback Dental, the dentists, hygienists & staff make me feel so comfortable! I had a cleaning, checkup & lots of X-rays taken. It feels like my whole mouth got a brand new face-lift! Both the dentist & hygienist made me feel so comfortable asking all my questions, I will never be afraid of dentists or, any staff when I continue on with my dental plan.
My gums, teeth & mouth was in very poor condition when I first started going there, now they are not & I feel so much better about myself! Who knew that dental care could greatly improve my quality of life? I am very impressed at the kindness, patience & gentleness all staff have used with me because; I used to be a coward to go to the dentist, I used to cringe at the word needles, now, it’s no big deal. Great service, awesome staff!

I have always had severe dental anxiety. Today I had three fillings done by Dr. Lisman
I did not feel the dental freezing shot at all. He was so gentle and explained me the procedure well. To all the individuals who have dental anxiety or phobia.please do not wait. Dr. Lisman and his assistants are great! Save your teeth fr life:)

It was my first time coming to this place. They did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and there wasn't a second of discomfort. The staff were very kind and caring throughout. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is reading this!

Saddleback Dental Centre is absolutely the most unprofessional, unethical, and immoral dental clinic I've ever been to. All they care about is money. They are so materialistic to the point where they would do ANYTHING to make money. They always try to convince you to do something to your teeth even if you don't need it. It's like they're running after you to fill your teeth. One time they tell you that your teeth are perfect that they can "be in a Dental Magazine". Then the next time you come for a check-up or a cleaning, a whole bunch a problems suddenly appear in your teeth. Words cannot describe my complete disappointment (not like I was expecting much from first entering this place). If I could give it 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this greedy, materialistic, and money-minded dental clinic to anybody who wants to keep their teeth and their bank account balance.

Saddleback Dental Clinic has been recommended by my coworker and now I know why this clinic is highly recommended. Its friendly staff and professionals know how to get things done. Dental hygienist like Sabrina and Aseya can help you maintain healthy teeth and gums through their excellent skills in cleaning and advise. Friendly staff like Chandni and Pearl can assist you with your appointments and claims/benefits. Malathy is one of the assistants, she makes sure everything is prepared before Dr. Ramneet sees whatever dental needs are to be done. Dr. Ramneet has that soft touch that you feel less or no pain when tooth fillings are done. These are just a few of the personnel who help you at Saddleback Dental Clinic.

This is our family dental clinic for years now and counting.

I AM HONEST ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE at Saddleback, I WAS A WALK IN Patient ;FROM GREETINGS, to SMILES FROM STAFF made me comfortable. I WAS SCARED and ANXIOUS OF DENTIST, I felt positive The assistant and dentists are attentive to my needs. My exp has been same throughout my visits to the office. The office manager Pearl is very knowledgeable, helpful, softspoken and works her job with strong values.

I was really thrown off when I pulled into the the parking lot and then I stepped inside the office and was really surprised with how nice and clean the building is (wouldn't think that from the area) and friendly staff. Great overall experience.

My 2 daughters had their root canal here with Dr. Rambert Manghera, she was amazing, walked us through the whole process, made us feel comfortable.
The Dental Hygienist Aseya Mosavi is very professional, she treated all my kids and myself too, she is very gentle and understanding, very knowledgeable too.
Love love the 2 ladies Lily and Chandni at the reception, very helpful and professional.

I phoned and was in a decent amount of pain from a bad filling job from Infinity Dental Terwilliger location and the receptionist Pearl was friendly and accommodating, all of the staff were polite and helpful and they were able to squeeze me in between appointments immediately whereas several other places I had called only offered me appointments for the next day. I get a bit of anxiety, and the staff hunted down a stress Ball for me to squeeze during my visit, even though it belonged to a staff member. Very impressed with this place! Everyone is very kind

My visit to Saddle back was amazing, starting from welcoming nature of Chandni who sits at the reception, and the dedicated hygienist Aseya and a very professional Dr. Ramneet. A wonderful team who made my visit very pleasant.
