Saddleridge Bottle Depot

A young man named Soni (can’t remember his other name) helped me load my bags from my vehicle to the counter. The gentleman who counted and sorted was honest and transparent. A bottle had dropped to the ground and he immediately picked it up and added it to the tally. The owner (gentleman in a suit) was very friendly and directed me to the machine to scan my chit for cash. Great experience and highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jay during my visit to the Bottle Depot, and I must say that the service was exceptional. Jay was not only efficient in processing my recycling but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the recycling procedures. Their dedication to customer service and attention to detail made my experience at the Bottle Depot a positive one. I highly recommend Jay as a worker at the Bottle Depot for their outstanding service.

Visited on October 9. As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, Jay was there with a cart and helped carry the bottle bags and boxes inside and guided me which station to go to. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Really impressed

The customer service level are top notch, they literally grab all recycling from your vehicle themselves, and do it all themselves. Very good experience. Keep it up.

Sunday afternoon, the service is really good. Guys outside help you carry bags inside and whole staff greet you well.

Count before you go and you may be in for a surprise. I was off by $2.70 last time. While at the counter minding the count, an employee was continuously almost harassing me, whether I can move the cart away, the bags away or myself away because he needed to clean in those very few minutes only at that till and only then, not before, not after. It wasn't busy at the time and there was nobody behind me anyhow. My guess was he was just trying to interrupt me checking the count. Little did he know that they had been already counted up, because I was doing a favor to some other people as well.
Couple of dollars could have easily been a tip but can't stand being cheated, even with friendliness. Although conveniently close, the time has come to go to a depot with automated counters.

Lady was rude and did not count my bottles properly. When I tried to explain it to her she walked away and wouldn’t listen to me. I would recommend using any other bottle return facility if you don’t want to count your bottles on your own

Always clean, super quick! They will call you up to the next empty table so you can starts emptying bags to not waste any time. Even when I’m 4th in line, I’m still in and out within 15mins
