It met all my expectation, friendly front desk, thier dentist explained very well and do his job well.

I've been attending Saddletowne Dental now for almost 13 years.they have been by far the most amazing dentist office I have ever been apart of. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist they're all amazing. We are moving out of province and we will sincerely miss Saddletowne

All staff at Saddletowne Dental are GREAT! They are super friendly, kind, and gentle. My one daughter is quite nervous visiting the dental office, but they have patience with her and treat her well. I would highly recommend them!

This place was a terrible experience every time. The dentist I saw was in such a big rush and did a terrible job on my Fillings. They are discolored and I feel texture on my teeth. If you have insurance, make sure to check how this place charged you. I know someone that worked here previously and they told me a bunch of things that happen behind closed doors! Such as people who are covered by Alberta works for instance are charged incorrectly and double the cost and also charged for work they didn't have done. BELIEVE IT! She quit her job! Shes a good human These people don't care about their patients it's all about the money. I have been to dental places where the dentist makes sure you walk out Happy! If you want a good experience, go to Saddle Ridge dental right below this place! Those guys are great.

I had a cleaning appointment with Aiman & checkup by dr Qasim.
Both went very well.
Aiman has great expertise & gentle pair of hands. I did not even feel a need for freezing.

The Dr. ’s and assistants at this practice were second to none! I had a filling fall out in one of my very front teeth, the staff and doctors here got me in right away, I didn’t feel a thing through the procedure and my smile looked better than it had before…. THANK YOU saddletown dental for taking care of me in an emergency and for restoring my confidence to my smile! I don’t know how to thank you enough!

All staff members are so nice, and they are very knowledgeable on what they do, they make sure you have enough insurance money to cover the expenses.

Answered all my questions not as gently as I would like on the cleaning but overall was very helpful and provided everything accurately

Very good experience everytime I come in. I've been here 5 times in the last 3 months for fillings and cleanings. Very nice and professional front staff, Hygienist, and Doctors. They always get me in right away. I chipped my tooth before the long weekend and they got me in the next day. I don't know why people leave negative reviews about this place. I've only had good experience. Also I have insurance and they do direct billing so I never see the bill which is always nice. All in all I'm very happy with this place. Thank you saddle town dental.

Extremely unprofessional! They booked us into two separate appointments for an hour each to spend more time on scaling - the same service that takes other dental offices 1 hour in total. Not recommended at all!

FYI: If you do plan to go to them anyway, ALWAYS ask for an estimate upfront to save yourself from grief later.

My sisters and thier family has been going Saddletowne dental since they opened. They recommended me to go there because I was not happy with my previous dentist. I'm glad I did. Staff are wonderful and friendly. They are very professional and provide exceptional customer service. They do a really good job with cleaning, filings and other issues that may arise- I got invisalign and whenever a button comes off, they are always prompt and able to accomodate me to come in on the same day. Overall, I would highly recommend Saddletowne dental- they will keep your teeth super clean, healthy and beautiful.

I have been to this clinic for years with my whole family but after pandemic their service is not been the same.
New staff is not as professional as previous they called me to book an appointment for cavity filling while I don’t have any cavity that’s what the dentist told me on my last check up a month ago.
Can’t trust them anymore they just want to charge for the treatment that doesn’t need to be done.

I need dental Treatment for my pain and cleaning process going there I am happy to my treatment process quickly and smooth. Very happy now pain free my life. Dr Aman and team very knowledgeable and helpful.

I made my appointment 5 months ago. A same day of the appoinment, i got a call from clinic that due to some reason my doc is not available on that day so i was only given one option to rescedule which i could not take as i have exam on that day.
As it was clearly not my fault but i was told we are fully book for this year we can see you next year.

This is a great dentist if you live near by.i have only been going to this dentist for a little by it is great, the people that work their very nice and also professional. The only bad thing about this place is the booking, every time i want to book a time, most of the time it's already filled up

I still visit this clinic even after almost a year since we moved to a new community. The drive is well worth it. Tami, my dental hygienist, has taken good care of my family's dental needs. She is very meticuluous with our profilaxis and never fails to make good conversation while working. Wait times are reasonable and staff are professional.
