I would not recommend Dr. Memon the gynecologist (I hope) she saw me even not in specialized room.no gyno chair no any equipment! She is good in conversation but 0 helpful as a doctor! I was waiting this appointment to get some help as I’m struggling from pain. I have inflammation and she didn’t advice or prescribe me anything! She say if you don’t have any infection - I can’t give you any prescription. She probably not aware that inflammation could be from cold and it’s so easy to get if you have endometriosis, just a bit cool your feet’s and it’s enough! She advices me to put bottle with hot water to my belly! This doctor doesn’t know that it’s forbidden with endometriosis!
Really zero help! I don’t know how they getting qualification here for work but it feels like they getting paid for nothing!

I am a born and raised Calgarian. I moved away when I was 25. I just moved back from BC. I am in the phase where my health care card for Alberta has not arrived and my BC drivers I had to forfeit when I switched back to Alberta. I do have my Alberta #. All the clinics said No except this one. The lady at the front verified my Alberta # is not active yet but BC is. I was in and out in a little over an hour. The doctor was thorough and polite. The woman at the front were polite and patient and very hard working.

Visited clinic first time.friendly environment very helpful staff. Dr spent time listening to concern and left clinic with satisfaction

Dr. Tomi was nice. The front office weren't nice at all. Felt like meeting military officers

Worst.the doctor has 9 patients waiting and she said cancel cause she's on physio therapy. Not so professional.

Wish I could give zero stars. The front desk staff is the worst you will ever come across. They lie and have no idea how many patients they should be taking in. They lied that there is availability for Dr. Tomi Mitchell as family physician and the first appointment with her was so short. It was like hi bye. I thought I will give another chance and wanted to book another appointment.but the dealings of the staff made me realise the place is in no way professional. Dr tomi just comes there part time and they don't give clear answers regarding her schedule. Let alone answer properly, they just rudely interact. Don't go there

Dr. Kangong is fantastic, I'll give one star for her. However the people at the front desk are horrible. They speak their language even when people are waiting in front of them, very rude and always rushing clients. Don't bother getting an appointment because they don't follow it anyway and you have to wait at least one hour to get in. Also, they always refer you to the radiology across even if you say you prefer another place. This clinic changed their place in the circle but still the same rude people in front!

Dr Kangong is the best ask for her she is amazing she always have time to listen she is awesome

The worst clinic ever! There is a game going on here with changing patients appointments. We have been here twice and they keep changing our appointments, we leave our jobs with permission to come here please! I am sure the front desk is responsible for this horrible and unethical behavior.who ever the management is should train their front desk, this is 2023, they readily attend to certain people, and tell lies, This is healthcare, not a grocery market, be professional and maintain your schedule, treat everyone equal!

I wish I could give 0 star to the clinic. Its timing says 10 am to 8 pm but its about 10: 30, no one is there yet. They even don’t put any notice in front of door. All the patients are waiting. It’s totally unprofessional, they are not even answering phone call.

There’s a reason why they don’t have a good rating, I called in someone told me they will take me in if I come in 1/2 hour I reached there in 20 min I had severe concern, after 1 hour of waiting she said someone else picked up my call and there are 4 more patience’s. They don’t deserve even 2 stars.

Worst receptionist experience I had in my life. She asked me to doctor name. I was shocked because she was laughing when I pronounced little bit different. I don’t think so if somebody has different ascent. So, at last I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

Front desk staffs have lots of room to improve, could have handle the situvation differently to provide better Customer service.

Disappointed after having an appointment with Dr. Arunbir Dhillon. I don't recommend. I feel o wasted my time.

I have a very good experience with Dr. Garg. He explained everything to me very well without waiting time, but the receptionist has rude behaviors and doesn't know how to behave with the patient.

So poor customer service. I don’t know how they deal with appointments. Everybody make sure if you booked your appointment you have to wait 1 hour in seating area even if you’re having appointment. I don’t know how they work. Doctors are super are Super nice but management is so bad

This is the worst service I have ever experienced! The administrators who work here each time write incorrectly to the doctor. The time is recorded differently, they even make mistakes with the doctor to whom I need an appointment. Very unattentive staff! Cancellation without notice! Be prepared that they will still blame you for their mistake! I appeal to the clinic management! Train your staff in basic things! They don't do their job and are rude!

Rude receptionist. Doesn't know how to talk or be empathetic. She should find another job if she hates this one.

My mom took my brother this morning, and she called 3 hours before booking an appointment for 1pm and arrived on time for her appointment. She told the front desk when her appointment was AND THEY MADE HER WAIT FOR AN HOUR while sending everyone else inside. She sat there while the First Lady at the desk finished her shift. Finally at 2 pm she went and talked to the front desk and they kept coming up with excuses, and the First Lady at the desk kept trying to avoid my mom. She knew she was wrong for that. She needs to be fired. Worst staff ever so extremely unprofessional

Worst experience of my life with this clinic, mismanagement, extreme wait times, etc I would not have even given it a single star.

Horrible workers, my daughter had an appointment with breathing problems due to covid and was met with a horrible receptionist, she was refused a doctor due to the mistake the receptionist made, and was told to come in with covid. She was yelled at on the phone and treated horribly.
