Safari Spa and Salon

From out of town and randomly booked this place for a pedicure and a manicure for a friend. It was AMAZING! The little touches of a strawberry and chocolate and a cookie and eggnog and a heated blanket was fantastic. My esthecian also offered me a quick hand massage after my pedicure. It was wonderful. Price was more than I have paid other places, but it certainly was an experience I would do again!

A relaxing atmosphere to unwind. Favorite place for pedicures, lovely ladies and always do a fantastic job.

Very poor customer service. Asked them to trim my daughters hair, they chopped her to shoulder length. Very disappointed still waiting to hear from the manager.

After finally getting my hair back to normal from post partum, I treated myself to get balayage. I had a gut feeling to cancel but showed up anyways. She was almost 40 mins late to take me and once again my instinct said to get out of there. But I stayed. I had some very grown out blonde on the bottom half of my hair already, and she put the blonde on top of all of it, and left me way too long. It all seemed ok as she showed me my finished hair, but it’s not at all. My hair is like straw, it is breaking off in chunks, it is impossible to brush when wet, my favorite sideburn pieces of hair have completely fallen off. The ‘blonde’ is very ‘box dye’ looking. I have been crying every day since I had my hair done here, I am completely devastated.

My 3 month old daughter and I walked in for our pedi appointment with a couple friends and the front desk girl says sorry you have to leave, no babies in the back. She said my baby can’t sit on my lap during my appointment because she could possibly cry…

One of the Co-owners reached out to me not to apologize or make things right, but to give me a list of excuses of why moms with babies aren’t welcome. Comparing their establishment to the Banff springs (lol). His response was absolutely pointless and made matters even worse. He recommended I come back without my baby. (Not a chance).

As the other co-owner (who is a mom herself) she should understand that it’s so hard as a new mom to get out of the house, just to be turned away…. So humiliating and hurtful.

I highly suggest not spending a dime at this place, as there are many local salons who welcome moms and babies for pedicures.

Everyone here is so lovely, as is the peaceful environment. I have to say though Rachel D is my go to girl for both facials and nails. Not only has she helped me achieve the best possible skin for my wedding, educating me along the way, but she was able to accomplish my wedding nails with just gel polish - preventing me from having to get acrylics. I truly appreciate her and can’t recommend her enough.

Had a pedicure with my mom and sister. Best pedicure I’ve had! Calm and quiet environment, esthetician’s are knowledgeable and friendly. You get snacks all while relaxing in a massage chair. We were never shushed for being too loud: P. Highly recommend!

Just had a pedicure done with my Mom and we came out very pleased! It’s a beautiful spa/salon with massage chairs and dimmed lighting, super relaxing environment. Loved the complimentary cookies and milk too. I will definitely rebook and would recommend.

I went for a full spa service with massage manicure and pedicure while the lady was doing my nails I mentioned there was something wrong with the sallac polish she told me no it's fine when she put the UV light on the polish separated she also didn't buff or trim my cuticle the Polish started coming off the day after the service I do not recommend I did call to get it fixed they said I could pay for another service and that's all they can do after spending 240$

I cannot even begin to say enough good about Larrz - Stylist. Ya'll know how you get a style and immediatley want to wash it and just do it yourself? Nope, not this time. I don't want to wash my hair for days. LADIES! Larrz is absolutley outstanding. I'll be booking regularly without question. Thank you Larrz!

My goodness… what a beautiful place! Professional, Classy and Amazing service! I love my hair. A completely new look for me and I’m so happy with it. I needed hair products as well and Robyn explained them to me thoroughly and how to use them. Kept it simple and affordable as I requested. And the icing on the top was all the goodies they offered me like strawberries & chocolate & milk and cookies… I mean Wow! What a gem this place is!
I also think the prices are very decent! I am definitely a happy customer!

Completely pampered from the moment I walked in the door. Beautiful upscale environment. I had the rainforest package. Brooklyn was amazing. Highly recommend Safari for anyone looking for a little escape!

Just had a double pedicure with my best friend @ Safari and WOW! We both agreed that this was, hands down, the best pedicure we’ve ever had. The environment at Safari is so welcoming. Brittany and Chelsey went above and beyond to make our experience a wonderful one. They provided neck warmers, warm blankets, and complimentary strawberries with chocolates, and milk and cookies! Coffee was also offered to us upon entering. Honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience. We were pampered to the max and especially loved the hand massage included with our service. Can’t wait to visit Safari again soon. Thank you for an incredibly relaxing service!

Went in just to buy product. Staff member was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, they will no longer be carrying one of my favorite brands, Kevin Murphy. But on the plus side, KM is 70% off while supplies last to clear out remaining stock.

Great salon! Rebeccah is friendly and always does a wonderful job with my hair. I love that they have drinks to buy and will offer you various treats complimentary while you’re there. The Aveda products they use are amazing and they have a wide selection for purchase as well.

Great salon. I received great advice and a strategy forward for improving my hair. Robyn is funky and fun and listens so well to my requests and questions. I trust the advice she gives me. Will be back to this salon soon.
