Great course! I did it with my teenage daughter and some friends. The instructor Liz, who was absolutely amazing, gave us a lot of real life tips and scenarios. She kept everybody engaged and involved. The hands-on experience really took it to the next level, and gave an oppurtunity to practice. Would highly recommend!

We hosted a safe teens/adults session in our house for friends and family before our kids went to off university and it was absolutely excellent and really boosted the kids confidence. We were very pleased to see that it also got them talking about their safety in many ways after the session and days/weeks later too. It really opened the door for us as parents to continue the conversation about personal safety in a credible way since it wasn’t “just their parents telling them yet another thing. ”
The instructors were very engaging and energetic and got the kids participating in the conversation early on. They struck a good balance in their tone and delivery that raised our awareness in a meaningful way but without becoming paranoid or fearful. The practical/hands-on portion of the course with the padded attacker is an absolute must and was very effective at giving us a chance to try out what we learned. It was a real confidence booster and everyone was pumped and cheering each other on.
Best money spent preparing our kids for life!

Amazing experience, I would recommend Safe 4 Life to anyone at any age. We did lots of hands on learning. And I feel way more confident with self defence skills.

Really educational and empowering class. My favourite part was when we actually had the chance to put the things we talked about into use and “fought” off a padded attacker. I recommend everyone, no matter your age or gender, to take the class and gain confidence and peace of mind when out and about.

Not only did they give practical examples of what may happen, they also include the ways of preventing harmful situations.
