I like this safeway. It's never crazy busy, staff are always friendly and the place is always clean and looking good.

Beautiful flowers as soon as you walk in the door. Well stocked store, lots of staff around to answer questions. Very well organized, quality is number 1
They have weekly flyers.where you can actually save money!

Jez who manages the Starbucks Kiosk is super friendly, accommodating, and always a shining light to see whenever I go to this Safeway location for my Macchiato. She handles her Starbucks kiosk with care, and it shows. I am so happy that I am now a regular customer of theirs.

Clean but high prices from a grocery provider making sure only the rich or well off can afford.wow I hate Canada for not controlling shrinkflation. I hope these stores fail

Couldn't scan something at the self-checkout, so I took a minute trying to catch the attention of the person "helping. " They barked instructions at me and told me to try again. I scanned it again, the same error came up. Finally, they came over and said "enter the code! " So why do you have a barcode on something if I need to manually enter the code? And why the heck am I paying to work for you, anyway? You're already gouging us on the prices, do better on the customer service.

I have always been a fan of Safeways bakery up until yesterday Friday, March 10. I came in early I was going to pick up a cake but saw the gourmet cupcakes - 2 salted caramel and 2 kit kat. The kit kat were on sale $3.75 ea. But the salted caramel were $4.98 ea. I was charged full price for all of them. Then I saw 2 bite size kit kat cheese cakes - the tag read $1.79 ea. Again, I was charged full price. The worst part is, when the cupcakes were eaten thry were rock hard - stale. Your store chargrs premium prices for rock hard cakes. Seriously? Shame on you Safeway and Sobeys. How dare you?

Layout of store seems very disorganized. Example, I was looking for potato chips and found them in 3 different aisles. Prices are higher than other big box stores as well.

I went to Safeway late at night to grab a few things. Upon getting through self checkout I realized I didn't have my debit. I was having a bad day and I mentioned I didn't have debit the lady rudely told me you guys don't split change at the self serve and the only 2 lanes that were open were jammed with people who had done bigger grocery shopping so I left hungry and in a mental breakdown. Will not be coming back. Prices aren't that great either. Quality of produce isn't great and selection is poor.

High prices and mainly he stirrup has insufficient lighting for me to see properly. Very gloomy and dark. Poor atmosphere. Been that way forever and management seems, when we asked abut it,

Very bad bakery service ordered a cake a week in advance no where near done on pick up time boarder only half done not the color wanted just overall very bad experience never buying a birthday cake from Safeway Terra losa they also tried to charge extra for more boarder and charge an extra plus how is a half slab of cake 115?
