Loved my experience at Safeway, the cashier was super nice, on a very busy day, the customer service was cool

Treated very poorly by customer service. Things may change down the road but they have lost me as a customer. It's too bad, because I purposely went there for 99 percent of my groceries ignoring the somewhat higher prices.

Pretty good overall but disappointed in bakery. You used to get the donuts at 1/2 price after 8 p.m. Cuz by the next day they are no longer fresh. Now they put them in a box and you think you're getting fresh dounuts if you're there early to mid-day, but No they are 3 days old and you pay $1 a donut!

I went to pick up my prescription from Safeway nov6 and lines were down so I then had to go get an old prescription bottles from home my car was out of orderso had to take cab$10.recieved part of represcription and came back next day again lines down so another $20 00cabrdisappointed also expensive.not great on pocket book on disability pension

Fairly standard store, most of the emenities expected from an upscale grocery store.
Barriers at registers, Sanitizer and wipes at the door.

I was given a code for a discount on fuel from a friend and Safeway gas station immediately only gave the option of bringing in a paper discount or forget it you cannot get fuel from them
so I think I will stick to my regular fuel place which gives cheaper gas than Safeway anyhow

This safeway seems to always have good deals, I tend to buy a few quantities of anything I get here due to the good pricing.

The layout is very friendly and workers are usually quite helpful, you'll see managers walking around helping too. Butchers have a lot of options.

Only knock is a lack of self checkout aisle which is extremely necessary in any grocery store, in my opinion

The bakery and cake department need to figure out their issues. Waited 10-15minutes just to write happy birthday on the cake. Ridiculous!

Shopped here for a number of years. Sheri always made my day when stopping in. This location has a good selection, quality product and is clean.

I really love Safeway, it used to be that I would only go there for the benefit of airmiles and all of the bonus miles. They don't have as many as they used to but it's the familiarity and friendliness of the staff that keeps me going back. The ladies today at the deli were wonderful as well as the butcher at the meat shop. It was a pleasant experience today and they have a Starbucks this Safeway is exceptionally clean, I like that in a grocery store.

It's a clean, pretty looking upmarket Safeway - they seem to build them nicer out here in the 'Park. Lots of selection. Probably what you'd expect from a Safeway in a moneyed area.

Staff there are exceptional! We shop there all the time but since Sobey's has taken over shopping there has been frustrating. They no longer carry some products, they never order enough and things are everywhere. I was looking for hasbrowns in the frozen section where the fries are and could not find any. Today i found them in a different aisle which is so frustrating. I find i need to go to other stores to get what I need and that is inconvenient.

If you don't like people in your grocery stores, this is the Safeway for you! I was there on a Tuesday afternoon during rush hour and was one of a handful of customers. Other than that, the same regular Safeway experience. I noticed that a lot of their hot and ready to go food seemed over-cooked. Perhaps sitting for too long in the heating pans?

I always like going here because it's never too busy or crowded and they always have everything you need. Plus it's in a big complex so if you need other things there are stores around such as a liquor store, fast food etc.

Produce didn't look that good had troubles finding good Granny Smith apples there was only ten Apples to pick from in the Granny Smith bin

Love this Safeway for their staff but sadly since Safeway was bought out. The selection is no where near what it used to be. The bakery really needs to change out their older rude woman who works there as well

Safeway is expensive but very nice. It's the kind of place I like to put my headphones on and slowly wander the aisles looking for things I don't know I need.

Thus store has been here a long time. Has everything you would expect in a grocery store. Usually quieter with an older demographic of customers too.

Store is clean, well organized and staffed with a lot of mature, helpful people. Their hot food takeaway products are very good.
