I will definitely be looking for a new family doctor and if I can't find one I'm fine going as a walk in. Made an appointment to see Dr. Ghafoor as I had some concerns I avoid having to go see a doctor to begin with so I wanted to go and have all my concerns addressed also who has time to come separately for every issue since they aren't open very late and it interferes with work. I had to wait 35 minutes after the appointment time and then she came in and gave me 10 minutes and came off very cold and disinterested in my concerns and rushed out of there because she had other patients and I couldn't ask her about any other concern of mine. I'd rather go to walk in clinics than come here again.

From the receptionist, dr, to seeing the pharmacist. They were very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The only reason this place gets two stars is because the doctor was great when we were there. However their receptionist has absolutely no people skills, and was incredibly rude. Less than 12 hour after our appointment I asked for a referral and was informed I would have to come in again rather than the doctor just sending the referral previously spoken about in the appointment. I offered to do a phone consult so I didn’t have to miss another day of work, to try and work with them to get the referral and was refused because “I am not a family practice patient” only a walk-in client. They only wanted another appointment to make additional money rather than provide decent patient care. What a waste of time.

I walked in for getting treated the I was told there is no wait time but had to wait for 3 hours to get treated

I have seen almost all staff members working at this health centre. This place is such blessing for the community. Doctors, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Dieticians, Acupuncturist, Also Dentist just 2 steps away.
The front staff is very helpful, friendly and always welcoming

Noemi is a fantastic acupuncturist and human being ️ She is knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything to me what she planned to do and what to expect in the process before starting. I felt better soon after the session.

I always wanted to experience acupuncture, but could not find any specialists who were taking patients. I thought the experience was very good. I definitely fealt a little different afterwards, lighter in my body and freer in my mind. I recommend anyone go and try this medical centre for acupuncture.

I always have constant migraine headaches and backaches, but after a few visits with their chiropractor; my entire back felt so much better!
And with the massage therapist, Nirali, honestly, she has magical hands!
With her, all I need do is put my bottle of Tyenol aside and book a session
I never felt so relaxed and so good!

Love this clinic! From the front desk staff to family physician (lovely couple), they truly care about thr patients from start to finish. I also came here regularly for acupuncture appointments with Noemi. Before visiting Noemi, I had visited multiple acupuncturist and did not have a great experience. When I met Noemi the first time visit, I knew she was extremely approachable and passionate on acupuncture. She explains everything to the very detail and mada me felt completely at ease to trust her completely with my treatments. I even recommended my wife and others and they all love Noemi. Highly recommended if you want to address all your body issues to Noemi she truly cares for your well being and do her best to resolve your any issues.

Very friendly, close to home (for me). Has pretty much everything you (or I) need, pharmacy, dentist, chiropractor, doctors, am I forgetting anything?

Their massage therapist Danny is very knowledgeable and educated on different massage treatments to best fit your needs. I tried shockwave therapy for the first time and loved it. Overall great experience and I look forward to my next visit!

Great family dr, Dr Paruk is great and very patient doesn't rush you like most clinics would like them to be open Sat and Sundays had to resort to walk in clinics. Overall great place

Tried to walk-in and the girl at reception told me, I need to get a covid test done before a doctor could see me. I said I don’t have any covid tests on me so she told me to go the the pharmacy next door and pay $27 for a covid test then come back. When I called in the day before, she did not mention anything about a covid test. Waste of my time! Felt like cattle. Very unwelcoming and not helpful.

Dr. Sameer is an excellent doctor that genuinely cares for his patients and makes an effort to follows up after treatment. He is also very understanding and patient which is a great quality. The front admin staff are also professional and highly competent.

I had a 60 min massage with Lori Roy and I left feeling so relaxed. She is very knowledgeable and she really listened. Worked on all the main places I needed. Would highly recommend! Looking forward until my next appointment.

Dr Paruk, the best Dr I have ever met since I moved to Canada. My wife is a patient with Dr Gafoor and my wife is also happy with her.

Not impressed with this place at all, I need a family doctor, so I go the website and search clinics around me. And this place had amazing reviews, not sure why. As so far it's been horrible service. I'm sure they will have a cheese excuse to why when they reply to this review.

So I need a referral to go back to my surgeon, so first they tell me they can't because I'm not a patient, so I'm like okay sign me up I need a family doctor anyway. So they booked me in. The day of my appointment which I took of work to attend, they call me and tell me oh something came up so I'd have to reschedule. I get things happen so just rescheduled for a fee days later, again the morning of my appointment that I've stayed home from work again to attend, I get a phone call that something has come up again and the doctor isn't able to see me, they said I could schedule a phone appointment for something after 4 pm, when I tried to book the appointment I was told they only work till 2 so I wasn't able to book any appointments after 2, I originally wanted a 4pm appointment so I can go after work. So needless to say I told them not to worry and I'll find a family doctor else where. One that cares to meet there patients and not give them a run around. The day of there appointment. I will spend my day off now going to a walk on clinic to get my referral, and I'll try the other clinics around the community to find a family doctor

Vivien Deng is by far the nicest and caring human I have met and she truly cares about you getting better. Great physio and a better human.

I have been very happy with the attention and care provided by Sage Medical and the pharmacy. My meds are delivered regularly and they always check to ensure no change or even just to see how I am doing. As I live alone that is a good thing. Highly recommend them.

I've had a horrible experience with this office. Mainly the front desk staff. Made me feel really bad about myself. I'm trying to get my results from a physical and I'm unable to take time off to get my results so I tried getting a phone consultation but apparently that doesn't actually mean the doctor will call between the times I said I'd be available. It's been extremely hard to get these results and this is making my anxiety alot worse. I've made 2 separate appointments for a phone call with a wide range of time that I'd be available but instead the doctor has called outside of those times and I am working.unable to get to my phone. I took a day off work just to make this appointment for my physical but now I can't get my results and it's causing be anxiety. They've made it clear to me I am not an important patient.

I was looking for a Dr close to home and came across Sage Meadows Medical Center. It was there i met with Dr. Sameer Paruk. I had some health issues in the past and currently. The knowledge and amount of care he has for his patients is unimaginable. He truly cares. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a Dr that treats you like family. And to forget to mention the great staff they have has well. Very clean place and thumbs up for this place.

The first time i have gone there the wait time was short, doctors and nurses were kind and listened to my issues. My second visit is where things when down hill. I had come in for another walk in due to my prescription to find out they wern't taking walk ins for another 3 days, the pharmacy was close to 45 minutes late to opening, and the prescription was not put onto my file so my family doctor couldn't find out my dosage or come up with a plan to help with the issues i was dealing with.

I have a great experience every time when I visit this Medical Centre. The professionalism is exceptional, you could not ask for more with the calm and courtesy service that you receive. And the atmosphere just makes you feel so warm and welcome. Thanks to each and every, health worker at Sage Meadows Medical Centre.

I came in on Saturday way before closing time and the clinic was completely shut down. When asking the pharmacist if the clinic was opened he said no they just shut it down and it was two hours before closing time.

I went for a physio treatment for my sour shoulder, Vivien was awesome in identifying the problem, explaining the same to me, and just after the first session started feeling better

I recently moved and decided to try this new clinic. I felt so welcomed by Patricia when I walked in! I was looking to get treated for a long time condition that was seeing no results. Dr. Paruk was very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment process. Dr. Gafoor later became my official family physician and she has been nothing short of amazing! I love the talks that we’ve had, not only about my physical health but about life as well! I also love that this clinic is attached to a pharmacy. Next door, Maharshi went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my prescriptions as soon as possible. He was super quick to restock on medications that he didn’t have on hand. I love coming to this clinic. I feel so at home and cared for! Thank you for being so welcoming & kind!

The Sage Meadows Medical Centre is located in a new and modern facility. I have personally used their Pharmacy and have met with their Physicians.

During my visits, I did not have to wait long to see the doctors, nor did I have to wait long for my prescriptions to be filled at the Pharmacy. As mentioned, the place is quite new and it was never busy when I have passed through.

Full marks for their professionalism and courtesy. My interaction with the staff has felt more personal and genuine as opposed to other facilities that I have visited / used.

I saw Dr. Kadima as a walk-in. He is so polite and professional. The facility is very clean and Front staff is so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely consider using Dr. Kadima as my family Dr and would recommend to my friends and family members.

There was no wait time to get my flu shot. Physician gave enough time to discuss my health and medication with no rush. The clinic also has some great therapist for massage, physio, chiro and even a dietitian. They are all very knowledgable. The front staff is also very friendly.

I am a patient with Dr Ally. I visited him few times already, he is very thorough in collecting medical history and diagnosis. I moved to the new area and I am looking for a new family Dr. I am so fortunate to find the new health centre close to my home. They have all types of medical services we need. I filled my medications at pharmacy within the facility, pharmacist quickly filled the medications and spent enough time to explain me how to use my medications. He also informed me how to space the new medication with my existing medications to prevent any drug-drug interactions. I'd definitely recommend Sage Meadows Medical Centre to all people in the area looking for quality and respectful medical service.

I’ve seen Dr. MacAuley twice for chiropractic treatment. She’s very knowledgable and has a great way of explaining the treatment process. During my initial visit, she was extremely thorough, taking a full medical history and prompting me for additional information when needed. I’ve found her to be very professional, kind and caring. I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments.
