I like the clinic itself, you can book online and there are a few good doctors here. Unfortunately my family doctor, Dr. Imran, is not one of them. She is dismissive of my concerns, never listens to what I say, and is a big fan of pill pushing. If you want to find answers or you want a doctor who actually gives a damn, go to someone else. I believe in proactive medical care, Dr. Imran only believes in providing services when it's already too late to get ahead of things.

Had an excellent experience this evening at the Walk In. Saw Dr. McIntyre and he was wonderful.

I go to this clinic a lot and usually have no issues but they need to fix their phones. It’s a Saturday and they are open 12-4. I have been trying to call since 12 and can’t reach them because apparently they are closed. So frustrating.

Dr. Katie is my wife’s prenatal doctor. She has been a great doctor as she takes the time to listen to my wife’s worries and answers her questions. Dr. Katie ensures that my wife gets the tests she needs to ensure the health of my wife and the baby.
The front desk staff have been great at booking my wife in to see Dr. Katie in a timely manner and are very kind when speaking with her.

I was seen by Dr. McKnight who was very kind, took the time to check me over, and helped to get me back to my regular healthy self, which is saying something as I was the sickest I had been in 15 years.

This rating is for the clinic. You can never get through to book with your doctor. The receptionist has book me in for wrong things before. I love my doctor been with him my whole life I wish he never moved to this clinic.

They need to do something about the wait time I called on thurs the sept 14th, put me one hold one sec.she said. She never came back after an hr i gave up, and then fri called at 2: 00 pm and it took them almost 25 mins to answer the phone. I know why people get angry now. Phoning the bank I get a faster response time. If your that busy. Hire some dedicated to answer the phones. Cause that’s just irritating especially for something that took me less then 1.5 mins to do when they finally answered!

Left feeling even more frustrated and disappointed than before. First, had to call the clinic over 20 times to even book an appointment. Called on different days and times of the week before finally getting an appointment with my family dr. Front desk staff are rude and get information wrong after repeating yourself many times. After waiting 1 and a half months to finally see my family dr, I have all my concerns and symptoms disregarded and am told to book another appointment to get a simple requisition because she was busy and had other patients to see. I was only able to talk with her for about 20 minutes and the entire time I felt rushed and felt that there was a total lack of empathy. I understand what the health care system is like (I myself being a medical professional). However, I am so upset and angry that I did not have a single concern of mine addressed. Do better.

Everything went very well. Friendly staff. Everything was explained and helped. Very good clinic.

First off, I love my Dr! But I LOATHE this clinic! The receptionists are all unprofessional, rude, and have a strange God complex.just answer the phone and do your job, it isn't that hard! Can never call and get through, referrals are not sent correct! No one should have to wait 11+ months for an EMERGENCY referral! I absolutely couldn't stand the office staff at the sylvan clinic he was originally in, but this clinics front staff are so much worse I have no idea how this clinic stays open

Staff is rude and do not listen. They called the wrong number despite telling them my new information over 8 times now. I called the clinic around 8 times over the span of a day everytime I was put on hold and they hung up after a few minutes of me being on hold.

This clinic is really awesome.the staff, the doctor especially the immigration clinic were very helpful and great.thank you for your help and kindness

Organized and on time. The appointment went smoothly and efficiently. Everyone had a great smile.

I visited the clinic as a guest because i’m an American citizen, out of pocket the doctor saw me for $75CAD and it was about $40CAD for antibiotics and some painkillers- i got a bad ear infection. Was in and out within 2 hours, not a bad wait at all.

I wouldn’t come here unless you have absolutely nothing else planned for your day. We arrived minutes after they open and there was about 7 people in the waiting room. She advised it would be an hour/1.5 hour wait and said we could sign in and then return in an hour. So we did that, and when we came back we were told it was still a 2 hour wait for us. There’s no way they didn’t put others ahead of us. She claimed things were moving slower than anticipated, but it still doesn’t explain how we went from an hour wait to over 3 total if they were following the order in which we signed up. Poor organization all around.

Wait times are never accurate and expect to spend most of your day waiting to get through the walk-in (3 hrs at least). If they say it's a 1 hr wait, it's at least double that amount of time if not more.

The doctors are good and the staff is friendly. I appreciate that most of the drs follow-up. I hope they can improve there wait times and accuracy in providing realistic information to there patients in order to value there patients time.

My family doctor recently relocated to this clinic. I've been trying to call in for days and cannot reach anyone. Quite frustrating at I used to he able to get through no problem before when it my doctor was at associate clinic.

(Dr. McKnight’s listen what is your health concerns (best Dr.) and you feel comfortable talking to him not like other clinic or other Dr. That your not done talking yet just cut off the conversation and done.
I will definitely recommend this Clinic (and those who give less I understand you are not feeling well, maybe you try to put yourself on their shoes (they don’t need to explain how or what happened to a thousands walked-in plus appointments.) they all trying their best to serve us! I can never get through to book an appointment. Either no one answers or I’m put on hold until it’s been too long and hangs up on me. I’ve been trying to get my daughter in for her 9 month wellness check for a while now. I would never come here except our family doctor moved here and I have no choice. Get better reception.

I go to the specialty clinic upstairs but my mother does go downstairs to the walk-in clinic and she likes the doctors there quite a bit

This place is horrible, Runs through staff because the staff end up getting treated like trash because most of them are untrained properly don’t follow procedures nor follow their list. Wait times are trash and even than your lied to cause you’ll watch people come in and leave on “walks in” 100% understand clinics are over booked but this clinic is unorganized and non efficient… sorry to be that person.

On October 04/2022 made an appointment for walk in clinic. The reception told me that approximately one and half hour waiting. After one hour went back, another lady told me that there will be more than an hour waiting time. I could see many-many people coming in and going away. No waiting at all! In a meantime they were calling people for the walking clinic but nobody did show up? ! They still didn't call me? ! You could organize a lot better, that way, at least nobody could see what's happening with your working style? ! After 2.5 hour walked out and I'm thinking if I will bother you any more? ! So nothing to thank for your hardworking, unfortunately! Sorry

I’ve seen two separate doctors here and both were friendly, efficient, and also great with kids. I got in fairly fast and the staff was polite. Brittany at the front was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Had an appointment and waited watching people who came after me go in. The desk had not entered my name into their computer and I was forgotten. I was asked to come back in a week because dr could not fit me in.

Doctors are silently quitting leaving patients hanging during their appointments. The RCMP and the Owner are protecting them from getting sued. Owner is extremely greasy and dosnt care about anyone also refused to send my medical files to my new family doctor. Extremely unprofessional will use any excuse to get rid of you.

I’ve been fighting to write this for about 2 years now… I just want to say Dr. HernBerger is amazing, she’s a great family doctor to have. She listens and hears you, but also respects her patients. She is why I’ve stuck around and transferring myself and daughter, giving up our family doctor in another city whom I had a great relationship with the staff and him.

It’s unfortunate that the staff is not the best. They do not say “Hi” when a patient wants in, there is usually a couple girls and sometimes 1-2 are on the phone, which they won’t even look up to acknowledge you. Today, I had blood work in a different town, unfortunately my paperwork must have fallen out of my purse so I called to have them fax it. 1st Girl: yes, bloodwork for gestational diabetes from May 10, I’ll send. (Great! Thank you) the paperwork didn’t come through for 13 mins so I called just to confirm. 2nd girl: that test req doesn’t exist. I’ll see who you spoke too. Then it’s I’ll message Dr. H to send over, after telling her I’m at the office waiting. She then decides to place me on hold for 15 minutes. Then again when I bounce back to her I get a “please hold”. She comes back and asks for my phone number and name. I explain that she has just placed me on hold to send a message to Dr. H - she says she never did this… So I was on hold for no reason. At this point I could have packed my toddler back into my car and driven home to find my paperwork and back.she then proceeds to apologize that the other girl who said she faxed it. I again ask 5 mins into that convo if shes messaged Dr. H? She replies no. So after waiting around 40 minutes after my appointment, I’m left with no help from reception, confusion on where my test reqs went since they had the others plus my referral from last visit. And told she was doing everything to help when in fact I was placed on hold for 15 minutes for her not to do what she said she would do to help. Is it my fault that my paper work fell out? Yes, I should have confirmed before driving to another town. Is it unprofessional to tell a patient you’ll help them and just place them on hold to not even send the message? Yes. 2 hours after my appointment and they call to say they tracked down my reqs for me asking if I’d like them faxed and apologize (which is the first time they’ve apologized so for that, I do appreciate it)
Another time, I was driving in from Calgary with a sick toddler and told walk in was open, to arrive 2 hours later and be told that clinic was full and if I was placed on a list? Which I was never informed of when I told the girl I’d be driving from Calgary to have my kid seen to be sent away without even an apology.

They do not communicate properly. I’ve been extremely stressed this pregnancy and having a doctors office who misplaces my paperwork, doesn’t understand when I need to see my doctor and tells me 3+ weeks to wait and has no sympathy for their patients at all makes it very hard to want to come see her.

I called in at 12 this morning to make an appointment and everything went well until I got to the clinic 20 minutes early to check in and I had to wait more than an hour just to be let know that I didnt have an appointment at all and somebody registered me as a walk in for 5.at 12 in the morning. I didnt even know that was possible. Needless to say I'm not coming back

There was a time this Clinic was good especially at the time when they open. But now they don’t value your time. I had to wait three hours in the clinic just for a lab requisition, I had mentioned when I arrived I don’t even need to see a doctor. I don’t think so they update the waiting time accurately. When I checked in the waiting time was 1 hour 10 min, but after 3 hours I am still waiting.

The only time I would recommend this clinic is if you enjoy being neglected as a patient. Have been getting my prenatal care done here and every single one of my appointments has been canceled, sometimes twice, sometimes with only a days notice. Waiting 5+ weeks between prenatal appointments as a high risk pregnancy is the norm here. The rare chance you do see a doctor they are quite nice, just the most inconsistent clinic I've ever been to. They will be sure to leave you hanging whether you know your baby is alive or not

I've been to this clinic twice and both times everyone I interacted with was kind, professional and proficient. I also really appreciate their longer hours.

Nice clinic.staff at the front desk are ignorant and barely know their own jobs though, Would give a lower rating if possible.

I used walk-in services for a knee injury and received prompt and professional care from start to finish. Office staff was kind and reassuring; Dr. McKnight was accomodating and careful as he mended my knee. Thank you so much. I do appreciate your kind attention. Janice Findlay

Went as I was having issues with my shoulder. I had to ask the doctor about getting an x-ray for my shoulder. He didn't even check it properly. It has been 4 weeks and they still haven't called me back.

Dr Beshara is hands down the most compassionate and respectful doctor I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Dr. Qiang is just wonderful, honestly can't say enough good things about her. It's so nice to finally have a family doctor who truly listens to your concerns and genuinely cares and wants to help. I never feel rushed or like I'm just a number to her like I have with many other physicians in town. She's also punctual and doesn't leave you waiting for forever, not quite sure how she does it when she's not rushing people out the door lol. She is a lovely person and a great doctor!

Horrible experience in this clinic. We were told that the wait time to see a doctor would be one hour. We were sent to wait in the car outside. After 2 hrs.of waiting I called to see if maybe the staff overlooked us but no, I was told to wait 30-40 min longer. After another hour I went inside to see what’s going on and was told that there is 2 people in front of us and then it’s our turn. Well, that took another 45 min. When we went inside the doctor’s room we waited there for another 50 min before the female doctor came. It was complete waste of time as my daughter didn’t get any help from that doctor. It was our first time in that clinic with such a horrible experience. Will NEVER go there again!

My boyfriend went here at around 2 to get an appointment they said about half hour so he waited. 45mins goes by and he asked how much longer they said another 45 mins. So he waited again. And hour goes by and they still haven't called him up. He's not the kind of guy that will make a seen but 3 and a half hours later with what was suppose to be a half hour wait he finally gets in.never going here again. Very rude staff.

PLEASE figure out your walk-ins. I called and was told that they had not been cut-off yet for walk-in's, and so we drove the 7 minute drive to get there only to be told that they were cutoff. If you're close to cut-off, tell people! I would've gone to another clinic before they closed if I had known.

My experience at this place is absolutely horrible.
The staff here are very rude they also constantly make mistakes with my medication and they take no responsibility for it. Often i end up phoning them more than three times for one simple prescription. Very unprofessional, uneducated, cheeky employees.

Furthermore, the other day my wife and I went to see the family Dr.at the clinic for an serious emergency, not only he prolonged to see me first thing in the morning, the staff were constantly making up stories as how busy they were, afternoon came - he was still busy and the receptionists continued making stories, not even caring to ask me what my emergency was - by the END of the day (naturally it is our family DR, we still waited) he refused to see us, baring in mind we had emergency to see him.

We ended up going to the hospital - where we felt safe and taken care of.

This saga with the clinic was last and we do not recommend for anyone to use this clinic.

I used to like coming here when Dr. Lin was here and I do walk ins with him. But then few months ago i started seeing another doctor and I am not satisfied with his service.
First of all, before Dr. Lin left, he ordered bloodworks for me and when the results came back, he was gone so i was put to see another doctor. Dr.told me that my family doctor has to read it for me, but apparently I don't have one. So the only thing he told me was "I'm very diabetic". After that he scheduled me for meet & greet and see if we were a match for him to become my family doctor.
Which i dont understand why i was ordered a bloodworks, then the clinis called me to tell me my results back but the doctor who ordered it is not there anymore.

After meet & greet, i guess we were a match but he never stated that. I assumed because he ordered a full body exam for me. And btw, he asked me to remove my mask the entire time I was getting full body exam in the room.

Another thing that really bothers me is I feel like he doesn't remember a thing about me. Yes he sees a lot of people everyday but I assume he knows me as he is my family doctor. He asks the same question again and again whenever I see him.

Another thing, he never made it clear if i am pre-diabetic or type 2 diabetic, i assume its type 2 since im taking meds.

And the last time i went to see him I told him i really have bad cramps and I am very irregular as they found a bunch of cyst in my ovary. I asked him if i could just take birth control pills so i can be atleast regular on my period. He told me his game plan is to lose weight. And if that doesnt work he will give me meds.

Doctor Hermanutz was fantastic. Took the time to get to the bottom of the issue. Ordered all the tests, prescriptions and called back at the end of the day with the results. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Clinic.

I had my medical exam for immigration here 3 weeks ago. Dr. Fawzy Beshara and Vivian were the best. Very professional and friendly.

I've always had a good experience at this clinic EXCEPT for Dr. McKnight. What a condescending rude man! I let the clinic know how insulting he was and they tried their best to rectify the situation. I haven't been back since, unfortunately he kind of scared me off.

I was there for my PR medical requirements and I was a bit late but still they accommodated me with open arms. Dr. Fawzy was great and Vivian gave me the most friendly and most genuine service. She made sure that I get all my errands (xray/blood) done the same day. She was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this clinic because of this two awesome person.

Had a pap test and physical with Dr. Tehsin today. I didnt know who I was booking with, only that I wanted a female physician to do my pap test. I will never see her again. I dont feel she fully understood anything I said (language barrier) She was unorganized for the test and repeatedly went in and out of room with me laying on the table, visible with the sheet over me from the hall. I left feeling angry and confused as she could not properly address nor alleviate my fears over what brought me into the clinic in the first place. I am forced to go to yet another doctor as she didnt help me AT ALL. She should not be in medicine if she cannot adequately communicate with her patients, or understand what they're saying. The rest of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. They would get 5 stars

A great clinic with professional and courteous staff. I saw Dr. Fawzy for immigration exam and he was amazing. Explained the process to us and answerd all our questions. Vivian helped us immensely as well and was always available to help. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

I’ve gone there multiple times and have been helped by different physicians, every time I’ve gone there I felt very welcome and didn’t feel like my problems were being dismissed. The front office people are always kind and helpful at all times. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and overqualified. When I come in they solve my problem or find a suitable solution ASAP. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’d honestly recommend this clinic and pharmacy to anyone (plus they have a really good cafe so that’s a plus:)

I got my Medical exams for immigration with my family here and Dr Fawzy Beshara was great. Also Vivian she was so professional and very friendly. 100% recommended. They help us to get an appointment very fast.

They are the best. Clean building and perfect service. Great team and kind. Dr. Daniel is very kind, patient and professional. I belive they are doing great job.

Not the same clinic I've been going to for about a decade, my family doctor dropped their patients, was good that they set me up with another family doctor but they dropped me a year later, now I can't get a family doctor at all and was just dignosed with ckd to go with a list of other severe health issues that I need a family doctor for. If they cared about their patients health and well being this wouldn't have happened.

I see two different specialists at this location. I've always been well received and treated with respect and professionalism.

I always go to this clinic very friendly staff and doctors. Got me in at 6: 45pm when they close at 7pm. They always do what they can if it’s possible!

WORST clinic and that OWNER, "doctor" ever! I finally found his name; Kamal Daniel, as he refused to give me his name.
My pregnant daughter with severe asthma and respiratory issues went there today just to be turned down and denied medical service after she said she is exempt!
She came home crying; so I went there, as I was their patient before as well as my daughter; and after being asked to put mask on, I said I was exempt, she went to see a "doctor" to ask him IF he will see me?
"doctor", the owner came, and he told me it's his private business, and policy, so no mask no service!
I told him I am exempt; and although I am NOT required to disclose to anyone my disability or exemption, I told him I am a LUNG CANCER survivor, and can NOT breathe if put anything on my face, he dared to ask me for my doctor note as a proof?
I told him he has no right to ask for that and he is denying my human rights, as well as medical service to me!
He literally said he has all rights to demand that, as this is his PRIVATE business (obviously he forgot about his Hippocratic Oath, as this field is BUSINESS to him)! So I told him he was very wrong, and asked for his name; he refused and just said I am the owner of this clinic; go with that!
So Mr Ignorant, I am going with that, and I am going after you and your "business", Human Rights first, HQCA, CPSA, Alberta Ministry of Health, and more! He has to be held accountable, and penalized accordingly, I will make sure that happens!
So doctor whatever your name is, even you refused to give me your name, you will be responsible for your unethical action and gross negligence.

I have been seeing Dr Begley for a few years now and he is such a compassionate and sincere doctor. He always takes the time to listen to any concerns I may have. He works well with children and is so very kind! My husband, daughter, and I will continue to see him for as long as he practices!:)
