When I walked in I was not greeted. The two sales associates were standing around and talking. They gave me such dirty looks. I am baffled at this customer service experience. It made me feel so belittled. The other locations I have been too have not treated me like this, so I know what the Saje Experience feels like. Do not recommend coming to this store unless you want to feel like you’re a clown. I really hope further action is taken upon this.

Definitely hit up this location! The staff are so friendly and help you the moment you enter the store. I find they don't follow you around and harass you to buy new items like other locations. I appreciate the space to roam and shop independently.

Staff member very condescending.
My e-gift card wasn’t working in store and i Was turned away and asked To use it only online. Then the staff member proceeded to tell me that they haven’t updated their computer systems as it’s too costly so they use an old system not compatible with e gift cards.

Such an amazing store with amazing products. The staff was so helpful & knowledgeable. I didn't catch the name of the lead team member helping me (her #743656), but she was so sweet and patient and hooked me up with a free shipping code for a product that was not in stock. Customer service like this is what makes consumers want to keep coming in. Great job Saje. I love this company and all their products and what a great experience for in-store shopping!

Amazing staff. They helped me find a gift for a family member, that was out of my knowledge of what the product was.

I blindly trusted a sales associate here when I shouldn’t have. I went to the store to get a particular face mist. They were out of stock so I asked the assistant’s help to find a different one. After her recommendation I purchased a combo of a spray and diffuser oil. When I got home a realized she made me buy a room spray that clearly says on the bottle do not use on face. She clearly has no knowledge of the products they are selling.
