Salisbury at Enjoy

Sarah (and two other lady staff) made my day, actually on my birthday. Bought two pricey plants in third week of June but they have not been growing and was slowly dying off after two months though I've given them the best care I could, being a green thumb. They honored the warranty, no questions asked about the plants I went for an exchange or store credit. I ended up getting beautiful hydrangeas.

Thanks for being so nice you guys! I know with other stores, they give you this unpleasant look if you are returning an item but not so with my experience on this store.

Last year we bought 5 fruit trees from a nursery close by 3 of my trees died no warranty because I bought them under a company name
Salisbury is my place I love this nursery I highly recommend to every one looking for trees flowers anything

Despite the size of the centre and wide selection, I don't shop here anymore as I find the prices in the greenhouse for bedding plants and mixed planters, etc, to be higher than other greenhouses.

My partner bought me a beautiful Mother’s Day arrangement; however, I am disappointed with how quickly the flowers have begun to rot. I’ve never had an arrangement rot or die this quickly. I’ve placed the flowers exactly where I always place bouquets and done the same care steps that I usually do (fresh water, plant food, trimming stems). I understand that some species don’t last as long but these are the usual ones that I’ve always been receiving (roses, lilies, eucalyptus). I also noticed that some of the flowers were already crispy/browned on the day the bouquet was picked up (same day it was given to me). Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this flower shop given the quality of the flowers I received. Yes, the bouquet was beautiful, but if you want someone to enjoy their flowers for longer, there are much better places.

Love this greenhouse. They take pride in the quality and care of the plants they sell. Very knowledgeable staff!

Very disappointing experience @ the florist shop at the Enjoy Centre. I pre ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement, received email confirmation, confirmed pickup time and my CC was charged. Upon arriving for my dedicated time, the staff notified me that they could not locate my arrangement… I am not sure what type of business they pride themselves in being, but to lose someone’s pre ordered mothers day arrangement is beyond ridiculous.

I was told I would be contacted by a manager to speak further about this incident… yet I have not heard a word and have yet to be reimbursed.

Would NOT recommend. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

We just took a planter course with Lana and it was phenomenal. She was very insightful, super friendly, very knowledgeable and it was such a great experience for mothers day. Will definitely be coming back

I enjoy coming here the staff are always so helpful. I really enjoyed talking with Stacie. The front counter staff went above and beyond for my Dahlia and they couldn't stop admiring it.

Went for the 20% off sale this weekend and was not disappointed! Lots of variety of tomatoes (my primary reason for going) and many other vegetables, annuals, and some perennials. And as always a large selection of houseplants and supplies. My only regret was that they did not have a larger selection of orchids. They only had large phalaenopsis in stock in a variety of colours.

Went for a succulent planter workshop with my coworkers. It was amazing. The instructor was amazing and we went in March with their 25% off sale!

Can't say I like Salisbury as their sherwood park location was VERY rude and condescending however I will give a three star as I never had anything bad happen at this location. Selection was alright. Used to be cheaper before Salisbury took ownership as well. When it comes down to it I no longer shop at either Salisbury location.
