Olivia is a God send. I had a total hair fair and she spent so much time with me to help me understand what happened. And gave me great recommendations to get as close to what I wanted with the product they have. Super helpful, and honest which I appreciated more than anything!

I had wonderful customer service from Candice she went above and beyond. Thank you Candice.

Just went into Sally’s on Macleod. Staff was super rude, literally walked out not feeling confident at all my with purchase. A girl with half pink haired helped me out, if you can say helped. Go to the one in Chinook mall - staff if way better

Edit/ update: I just went into this Sally’s again since I am one for second chances and the girl who helped me was AMAZING and so knowledgeable and showed she was happy to help, since this is a place I actually need a bit of guidance. I went in on September 8th around 6pm and it was the girl with dark hair and highlights. She was great!

Service was amazing. The lady that helped me was so good and definitely made my day. She had amazing customer service.

Baaaaaad service! Holy moly! The front staff were swearing and acting in some kind of way! Never in my life have I seen such unprofessionalism! If that was my employee, she would be fired on the spot! May you find peace at some point in your life so you don’t need to yell and scream and swear at other people! Good luck xo

Front staff is beyond rude, overheard them talking about customers literally calling them “Ho’s” will never do business again here with staff constantly disrespecting paying customers behalf their backs. Grow up!

I don't like writing reviews, It makes me feel bad but I felt like I had to in this case. I went there with a friend a few days ago to get a certain item and was followed around the shop, when I asked to assistant to find it one of the ladies working there replayed. "We don't carry that item. "

I responded. "It was here about three years ago, so it might be gone. "

She then said. "Well I was here three years ago and we never carried it before. " i looked behind me then and the other coworker was staring at us. I don't like being treated like i'm stealing especially as a christian. I think it might be because of my tattoos or anxiety that made them feel this way but still.no one should be treated that way, especially not a customer.

The swatch in on display was the completely wrong color and turned my hair red. I checked online to see the color I chose did not match the swatch at all. Extremely disappointing and false advertising.

Finally, they have friendly staff, who actually help. I like this place for the most part but some of their product is a bit expancive.

Friendly helpful staff & management. Convenient & clean location, lots of parking. Staff knowledgeable & quick to help. Lots of selection & tons of things to look through, including nails, hair and even men’s care, shavers & hard to find products. Hair dye, products and styling tools. Definitely recommend.

Went to the MacLeod location today and as I was making my purchase the manager came behind without any warning or consent and placed her hands on my shoulders. As someone with trauma it was very triggering for me and I will not be going back to that location

Terrible customer service, the people working there don’t even know what they are selling and they always give you the wrong product
