I literally just left this store and I really want to commend the staff member, I believe her name is Janelle. She was so helpful. She took the time to educate me on how to use the products I wanted to buy. Very kind and helpful lady. She deserves a raise because you simply don't get this degree of customer service in the world anymore.

Terrible customer service.waited in line to talk to staff to find a specific product. When it was my turn the staff took me to the product and together we walked back to the till with the product. Instead of ringing my product through the staff proceeded to serve the next person in line. I waited in line again. The person ahead of me was looking for a specific product (like I was) and the staff walked with her to look at some choices (like I did). The customer chose a product (like I did) and proceeded to walk back to the till where I was next in line. The Staff member proceeded to serve this person. I pointed out that I had been in line and was helped but had to get back to the end of the line. I was now treated rudely and made to feel like I was skipping the line. Needless to say, I left the store without product and will not return to this location.

Staff are very rude, kept staring at me from the register. Eventually came up to me with attitude (Payed full btw, 3 products they recommended)

I came in looking for solutions to style my new bangs and the employee that was there (Chelsea) went above and beyond with helping me find what I needed and teaching me how to style my hair as well! Not only did she do this but did let know about a new product that I was interested in which was out of stock. But when she checked online for me there was 1 and she opened the boxes that were not out yet to find it for me. I really appreciated this! Definitely 17st being the best location and outstanding customer service from Chelsea!

Chelsea and Bailey were both incredibly helpful and patient with any questions or concerns I had. They helped me create an entire plan with instructions, and picked the products I needed to create my desired look. They were understanding with some products I needed to return which was a nice surprise. Very happy with the service I received!

I've been doing hair for over a decade and I don't appreciate any establishment with Employees that will treat anyone who walks through the door like an idiot terrible service from the blonde girl with glasses, just rude! You Work at sally's get over yourself.

I had to go there today (22Jan) to return something, staff was super rude. She asked me the purchase date and then snatched the receipt out of my hand saying" I can see", and argue about my card number for no reason.would suggest to somewhere else especially if you are returning something.very bad experience.

I am so thankful to Chelsey for helping me recover my hair. After being tired of spending ton of money at salons for my hair and not getting what I want, I was presently surprised that Chelsey really listened and understood me, I did what she suggested and been so happy I did because my hair went from dull and dry looking to beautiful healthy hair that has shine which I haven't seen probably in last 20 years of my life, and all I wanted was healthy hair. Ask for Chelsea at Tamarack location, I was hesitant to let go of my hairstylist and turn to taking care of my hair on my own at home, but with her advice I am so happy I did.
