**Update***
Gave this salon another chance as stated. Pretty much the exact same experience. Beautiful salon, friendly people. Loved the haircut. But yet again, color was not good and not what I asked for. For the price of getting hair done these days, I will unfortunately not be giving this salon a third chance.

Beautiful place, all staff very welcoming and friendly. My haircut was fantastic! I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job. My problem was the color I received. I also showed a picture of a light grey, and explained I wanted that color as I have natural grey growing and didn't want to keep coloring every month and thought it would blend better. After foils and toning, my hair was blond. It looked okay so I didn't complain, and also didn't want to damage my hair by coloring it twice in one day. For the cost, I expected to get what I asked for, but like I said, it still looked good. The stylist and I had discussed what I wanted for my hair at the beginning of the appointment and then she didn't say a word the rest of the 2 hour appointment, making it a little uncomfortable. I will definelty use this salon again, but will try a different stylist.

I love this place, and all of the stylists! Paige is my girl when it comes to colour and cuts! They also have the best massage therapists! 10 outta 10!
