I stop by every week, and although it's usually a different volunteer at the till each time, every single one has greeted me with a hello and a smile. Volunteers help carry out heavy objects, they take the time to wrap up any glassware so nothing breaks, AND they get in free bread for those in need. I can't say enough good things about this location, and I highly recommend stopping by.
Saw the sign not lit up at 415, said it closed at 430, thought id check it out anyways. Open. Walked in, "we close in ten minutes". Ok cool, but you're still open for ten more. Then at 423 (seven minutes left open), the lights get turned off and they start rushing people to the register.
I understand that you guys are closing, but whenever ive worked retail and you're open.you're open till the specified close time and you don't shut the store down with people inside. A little bit of customer service would be nice, but if that service is leaving the lights on and staying open until the posted close time is too difficult, get another job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Heard an old woman in town saying "nobody wants to work the days", I thought you might be talking about 'kids these days' turns out was probably pals from her knitting circle.
I had the wonderful oppertunity to meet two people that can't stand themselves. They are evil spirited and rude, and Nasty. They think they are So high and mighty serving for the S. A, these two witches should be Fired! Immediately! Yes. They drive around in that van. Vicous Wolves in sheeps clothing. Scum The old crow and her overwieght minion
Decent prices, covid safe precautions. Community services are available in the same building. Food hampers now delivered once a month. Great place to have in the community.
