The reviews I’ve seen from this company had really worried me before i went here but it would appear those reviews aren’t fully accurate, i went to purchase a 2009 Ford Ranger, the truck is in amazing shape and they corrected major issues the vehicle had before purchasing. I’ve owned the vehicle since October and haven’t had a single issue. Andy the finance manager was absolutely amazing and went out of his way to try to help every step of the way. Only giving 3 stars as the price was absolutely not negotiable and i felt like i got ripped off a bit for the price of it, on top of that the managers didn’t really seem very friendly or to care all that much about the individual customer but more so just about making money, brushing any concerns i had with my vehicle away like they were nothing. I also had numerous frozen codes on my scanner that they had not cleared.

Very helpful through whole process, had some minor issues that needed to be fixed that did not appear in photos, but they were handled once I pointed them out.

We bought a vehicle from this dealership we are delighted with our purchase. The salesperson was honest and told me I wouldn't find this deal anywhere, and today I went for an oil change to my mechanic, and he said I got a great deal for a used vehicle.

Customer service was meh, requested carfax and OOPI before we drove 150km to see a 2010 jeep wrangler, the documents were illegible. Guess they dont have the capacity to scan a piece of paper. Said vehicle had a bad exhaust leak that never went away with running temp. Upon turning on the air, the cab reaked of antifreeze. Among that, the cracked windshield and the garbage tires, I am bewildered this allegedly passed an out of province inspection with flying colors, Price was firm, we walked and wont be back.

I can highly recommend Sam motors.
We bought a Chey Equinox from them. They are honest people. We had issues with the radio and the owner kept is words. Change it for free. Everything was very smooth and I didn't feel I had pressure to buy the car.

I bought a 2007 dodge caliber today. I had a great experience working with Andrew, he got me a great deal and really hooked me up I had a great customer experience. All of the paperwork was in order including the car fax and the out of province inspection. I would recommend going here.

Dealer to avoid! The car is supposed to be checked, strangely I had a lot of problems with only 700 km after the purchase! 2.7k less and no refund possible from them when it was completely their fault, it has been proven!

My partner bought us a vehicle from here, that turned out to have more than a few problems. The car didn’t turn on initially, and he was told it was because the car hadn’t been turned on in a while. We bought the car, and in a matter of weeks the battery was dead. A month later, the entire TRANSMISSION needed to be replaced. We got a carfax before purchasing and there was nothing on record - the vehicle isn’t old, it is just a complete dud and I am extremely frustrated with how deceived we were with this purchase. When we asked them theoretically what they would do, they admitted that they would file a report. We are waiting on results from the report.

Just bought a great vehicle from Musa, the service was great and they made sure the vehicle was is excellent condition. I would definitely buy from here again.

Car broke down with a fatal engine failure less than 1000 km usage. Now we have to pay another 8k to fix it, after we already paid more than 1k right after the purchase. When a second hand car dealership sells a car that seems to be too good to be true, it always is.

Made an appointment to see a vehicle. Drove across town to take a test drive, arrive and they have sold the vehicle. I get that it’s first come first serve, but when someone’s made an appointment with you – take the time to reach out and let them know. I had to line up a babysitter and it was just a complete waste of time. In the end, it’s probably a good thing-not the type of people you want to do business with if they are inconsiderate like this

Pretty straight forward used dealership. Gentleman I spoke with was polite and helped me with any questions I had. Let me test drive the vehicle and said anything that needed to be fixed would be. All in all a good regular interaction. The reason they are only getting 3 stars is becuase they wouldnt negotiate on the price. They offered to take care of tax but that's it. So dont expect to get a better deal than the price listed.

All in all it was a good regular visit. If you're willing to pay what they advertise then I would still suggest giving them a visit as they had a decent selection of vehicles.

Fantastic place to buy a car, dealt with Waqar who acknowledged me as soon as I walked on the lot. Waqar wasn’t pushy at all to make a sale, just gave me the facts about the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions. Pricing was upfront with no hidden fees.

From the first minute I stepped in Sam Motors, I was treated with courtesy. Jess, a sales representative was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. When I did have any questions or concerns regarding the vehicle, they were addressed promptly by the staff at Sam Motors. I ended up purchasing the vehicle, and got into a hiccup with the vehicle mere moments after “sealing the deal”. The staff were extremely accommodating of my hiccup and helped me get it all fixed up! Awful service.waste of time! I tried contacting one of their associates after getting no response on a kijiji ad that I had inquired about. I asked him if the price was negotiable and made an offer and the first things he does is start mumbling and hangs up!? ! Honestly, there are way better dealerships out there, wouldn't waste your time.

As soon as I walked in Vic, Jess and Suleman gave me not only a good deal but were very friendly, funny outgoing and they worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase of the vehicle. I highly recommend! Service was second to none, definitely worth checking out you wont regret it.

Bought a good car there but after sales service was terrible. Overcharged air conditioning system. This is a death death sentence for your cars air conditioning. Said they were in business for 30 years. Funny how it only worked for a day after I bought the truck. Every time you phone it goes to voicemail not very professional.

My son bought a 2007 chevy cobalt about a few months ago he asked me to leave this review the car is in good shape they were honest with him. Car still runs good. Thanks guys!
