**EDIT** - although things didn't go smoothly at first, I'm happy to say that Samsonite reached out to me and were able to offer a satisfactory solution! I'm always impressed when a company works to make things right. Good job, Samsonite!
Whatever you do, do NOT buy anything from Samsonite stores in Canada! I will shout it from the rooftops that this company is TERRIBLE! My daughter bought a suitcase and shortly after moved away. She wanted to return it so sent it back with me when I visited and I took it back to the store. They absolutely WOULD NOT return it, even though I had the receipt and it was within the allowable time period because I did not have her credit card. I asked why they couldn't just refund onto the card it was purchased on but they said they needed the card. The only thing they would do is return for a store credit! I declined this option since I will NEVER set foot in one of their stores again! Save your sanity and buy from Costco or another company that has decent customer service instead!

I should review this store, I have to because of the nice service they provided. They were extreme helpful in unlocking my bag for which I forgot the combination. I realized bag was overpacked and if the lady at store and her manager would have not helped me with opening the bag, I would have to break the expensive lock/bag. I am very grateful to both the lady at the counter and her manager who were able to find out issues with my bag and advised me to be careful for next time.
I had myself tried all possible combinations at home twice but was unsuccessful in opening bag as lock button itself was struck.
They were both very polite and they opened my bag free for me. (Who does that). They were very helpful even they did not know me.
I will remember them for my lifetime and definitely visit their store in case I need more bags.

Worst customer service, the girl (not the asian girl) who helped me keep correcting the word I'm using to describe their luggage. I honestly have never got so unprofessional customer service in anywhere. I'm here to buy stuff not to get a lecture lesson from your employee.
