Well while my experience was good up until check out.
I didn't review the bill till I was half way home only to realize that even though I used my some of my points for my stay I was charged full price and no longer have my points.
I was contact today and everything was rectified.
Thank you and will be staying with you again.

Great location. Close to airport, restaurants and malls. But the best part was the service, especially the concierge desk staff, Danikka. Exceptional service!

Definitely my new go to hotel for the Edmonton area. Upon arrival I was notified that my room was upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Room was incredibly clean, quiet and everything one could ask of a hotel room was included.

The staff are amazing. I experienced an issue that resulted in me being taken to hospital by EMS and the staff were very accommodating by providing access to a larger elevator. They also allowed me to check out late the next day.

Shout out to the front desk lady Danikka for being amazing and offering to help me at checkout should I need it. She was professional and very nice to deal with. Hopefully she is here for my next stay. Thanks Danikka!

If it was possible to give more stars than five, I would give this hotel at least 100. Smiling, genuinely and generously helpful staff at every level.the general manager, sales manager, front desk manager, front desk staff, cleaners, maintenance staff.are all a credit to this hotel. I have never, ever experienced such a wonderful "home away from home. " A truly amazing experience. Thank you!

I've been here for a month and from the moment I came in I was made to feel very welcome.
Lucie, Ann Marie, Damika were super friendly and always ready to provide great service. Nadia is next level with customer service. She is always willing to go the extra mile. Thanks for keeping me hydrated. Lol and always having a very positive attitude.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a loft suite. Location was great for us and having two restaurants was an added bonus.

I had a great time. I was happy with my room; the bed and pillows are comfortable. The room had almost everything I needed. Staff are professional and friendly, such a serene environment I'll come back again and will definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful night staying at the Sandman Signature Hotel. The Staff were super friendly.
I loved the swimming pool and the hot tub and my favorite part was Dennys, its opened 24 hour's. I had a midnight snack, I ate my food in peace & quiet, the waitress was also kind.
I usually bring a USB to watch movies it was disappointing to find that the T. Vs are too out dated to even play movies that way. Other than that it was a good stay.

When I got to our room I found a cigarette and a bottle on the floor beside the couch in my room. Made me wonder about how clean the room was.

We decided to go to the city for our anniversary and decided to stay at the Sandman signature in Edmonton south the service was amazing. Nadia at the front was wonderful and helped us with our rooms. I rarely leave a 5 star review but Nadia and the group at front helped make our night truly amazing and will remember our stay forever. I highly recommend staying here. Great food at chop, great people and a variety of rooms comfortable bed and couch.

Overall just super happy with the price and service.the room was the first time we has bunk beds for the kids and one bed for us. Not likely to go to edmonton again, but we will look up a sandman wherever we plan to go first.

Everything was on par with our expectations, the room was clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we would recommend this hotel to anyone. And best of all the staff was fantastic.

Your spineless little manager was supposed to call me last time I stayed there, because there was issues. He never did. This stay, my room was left open all day, and no one knew nothing about it. The manager was supposed to call me again. And he never did. I will never stay here again and I will let everyone know how this place is managed

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. I was here for work and stayed one night in the Sandman hotel. The room was absolutely amazing and the staff as well were wonderful.

I stay at the Sandman Signature Edmonton South Hotel often. The front office (Scott Mackay) and staff are always friendly and helpful. The new GM, Theodore Stoubos has also been very helpful when I contact them in advance to ask for my regular room. It's a pleasure staying at this hotel.

I would definitely stay here again! Rooms were very clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! The staff were all great - Danikka and Dai at check in/out were super helpful and friendly!

The jets working in the hot tub would make this stay a 10. We specifically chose this location as it had a hot tub and some other hotels are just pools. We are looking for a hotel to use during soccer tournaments for a whole team and that is one of the things the team likes for injury recovery.

I would like the option top have daily room service - even just to freshen up the room - was traveling with work colleague so miss that service

Extremely clean, beautiful decor, comfortable beds & well sized rooms! We were welcomed into a room early in the day despite their 3 pm check in rule.
Lovely fluffy towels, more so than other hotels. Denny’s restaurant close by
provides a varied menu for all tastes & great prices. This has become our favourite hotel for Edmonton visits!

Great staff, clean rooms and great location for what I had to do. Nice having the restaurants on site aswell.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Any issues that arise are dealt with immediately and with a smile. The rooms were clean and very soundproof. Location is great with easy access to anywhere in Edmonton that you need to go. Highly recommend this location.

I stayed at Sandman Signature Edmonton Hotel and I really enjoyed it.
In fact, I showed up to check in and it happened that the third party that made the booking for me did not completely process the payment yet as it was a short notice. Danikka and her colleague at the service desk helped me out to solve the technical issue while I was having a rest in my room which they offered me before hands.
Truly appreciate Danikka and her colleague help!
Looking forward for the next stay at this great hotel with great people!
