I'd give ZERO stars if I was allowed.
Brought a used BMW I bought to them after being referred to them.

I wouldn't let this company work on a golf cart.
I asked them to do an inspection to further assess what needs work. I asked Brandon to CHANGE ALL FLUIDS and fix a water pump issue.

Was called by Brandon and notified that the transmission fluid was black. I said yes I know, please flush and change.
Brandon bought the wrong belt, and it took a day and a half to get that remedied.
Upon pick up, I asked first thing, was the transmission fluid changed. Was told no.
I look at the bill to see what they did.
Changed my oil and refilled my washer fluid.

It was an absolute joke. Grabbed my key and left. Upon review of their diagnostic, they said my starter needed to be replaced. Clearly, they didn't hook up a scanner at all and misdiagnosed the starter. It was the IVM.
These people are inexperienced. They may have helped others, but I believe they don't know what they are doing at all, and their customer service is a joke, Brandon is responsible for that.

Will not ever take anything to them and will warn everyone about the horrible service from this company.

Thanks, Chris for taking care of my treasured old car. Just had the timing belt, water pump, and several roof liner clips replaced. Price was fair.

This is my “online name”, but the recent work was battery issue and explanation about the temp gauge and residuary battery hopeful by that you know who I am. I received exceptional service from Sandy Lane and specifically Tony. He spent a tremendous amount of time explaining things to me and answering my many questions. Not once did I feel like he was annoyed by my questions. I bet between a number of calls I took an hour of his time.not exactly sure perhaps 1/2 hour, anyway it was enough to satisfactory all my concerns and questions. I was referred to them and I am glad I tried them out. I trusted them from the start just from how they approached and explained things with options. Everything was left up to me to decide with zero pressure. One day after I was in a battery shop looking to get a trickle charger and I mentioned I had work done. They were alarmed I may have paid too much (thought I took it to the dealership), but when I told them it was Sandy Lane they immediately expressed of their excellent reputation and supported whatever I paid as legit. This also got supported my gut feeling. Trust is the driver for me for auto work and I am glad to return yearly once my prepaid maintenance runs out at the dealership. Thank you Sandy Lane and Tony. Oh, somehow I also booked at the wrong location so when I called about bringing it in, I could tell they were booked up but they said bring it in and they will make it work. Full Star rating, and I recommend them highly.
Oh, again, they also warranty their work for 3 years. As I understand it, the dealership won’t. I highly recommend them if you have a foreign vehicle. Mine was a Mercedes. They had it back for me before I expected it with after hours lock box/secure key pick-up locks. I will return for sure. Hard to find trust worthy mechanics/mechanic shop. Please don’t change. You built a reputation, and ppl will come as I did. Regarding the price, because of my trust I didn’t price shop or anything and felt fine with the cost. Sometime cheaper doesn’t mean better and sometimes, more expensive doesn’t mean a better job, nor the work you actually need. 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500
Chris and Tony have provided excellent service. They've explained in detail the required work and associated cost for the driveline and suspension replacement for my sprinter. The van runs great. I'm very happy with the results and will return if any other issue arise. Thanks.

I was introduced to Sandy Lane by my uncle back in the mid ‘70’s. Life and work has taken me to different provinces and countries and without question they are the best shop I have dealt with over the years. Being back in the Edmonton area since 2022 and retiring earlier in 2023 I look forward to many years of access to their services and expertise provided by an incredible staff.

Staff and repairs were done with great detail and completed within promised time frame, excellent value and my car runs well and identified further maintenance needed and shown via video.
