Excellent and speedy service. The owner went above and beyond accommodating my new home build. He definitely made the buying process easy. I was referred to Sara Bella blinds by my realtor. I was moving from another province and they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating; they even went to my new place in advance (before I moved) and measured the windows and gave me an estimate (very fair price). I picked out my selection on a Friday and they were installed on the Tuesday. Beautiful blinds! Serhat and his team make the blinds and they have beautiful workmanship. They went above & beyond with me and kept in constant contact the entire time. I would highly recommend them!

1. First class customer service. My first point of contact was Serhat, the owner of Sara Bella. He was concise and quick in explaining the service he provides. And throughout our entire interaction with Sara Bella, I had regular text messages and emails to keep me up to date about my appointments. Other blinds companies performed poorly in this category. One company had a receptionist who took my contact details. She said she will get someone to call me to discuss the next steps. Well, that was five weeks ago, and I am still waiting to hear from them! Another blinds company owner was reluctant to come to our house to give an estimate. Instead, she texted me an exorbitantly high price as a quote without even seeing our house! Two other companies sent its representatives to do the valuation. And both were slow in giving me the estimate. I had to chase those companies to get a pricing. But, with Sara Bella’s Serhat, I had the confidence that he will get his team to deliver a prompt and professional service.

2. Jason Iberratta, Sara Bella’s Sales Manager and head of blinds installations. Jason became the biggest influence in our choosing Sara Bella. Jason visited our house to give us a free quotation. And he was honest and straightforward in his vision for our house. He advised us about the type of blinds that would suit our requirements. He won me over with his interpersonal skills. I got the first impression that he didn’t just visit my house to give a quotation. He showed a great passion in getting to know me and my visions. Jason’s style was a holistic one which meant that he wanted to make a difference in my life. And this approach seemed sincere.
And when it came to the installation, Jason was quick and efficient. He also gave me a good demonstration on how to use the new type of zebra blinds.

3. Speed of delivery. Jason visited our house on a Thursday. And on Monday, we had the new blinds! Some companies said that we might have to wait until January 2022 to have the blinds delivered and installed! With Sara Bella, we had the blinds we wanted installed within a matter of days in November 2022. And the installation itself took less than 45 minutes for the whole house. Jason visited our house when there was an extreme cold weather warning. And despite these challenges, Jason got the job done brilliantly.

4. Pricing. This was another critical factor. Other blinds companies quoted prices that did not make sense. And let’s not forget the one company whose owner gave me a valuation without even coming anywhere near our house! She didn’t even see a photo or a video of our house! Sara Bella’s pricing, on the other hand, is competitive and reasonable.

5. Sara Bella’s tech-savviness. Before choosing Sara Bella, I watched videos on their Facebook page that showed how they operate. And about an hour after our visit from Jason to carry out the quotation, he gave me a video call from Sara Bella’s factory. He showed me how his team was going to create the blinds to our specifications. He introduced me to some members of his team. It was good to learn about how blinds are made for customers. This level of transparency gives Sara Bella an edge over its rivals. With this video call, I was extra-confident that we chose the right professional, in Jason Iberratta, and the right company, in Sara Bella, to carry out a stylish part of decorating our house.

Farnia, their interior designer, was very professional providing us with great advice and design hints and helped us choose the best blind matching our needs and the interior environment of our home. She provided this for free and spent at least 4 hours of her valuable time, patiently taking us through different designs and explaining the products. Serhat, the owner, and his father did an amazing job with the measurements, ordering and installation of blinds. They were professional and did a super clean job. The blinds arrived much earlier than it was promised and he accommodated day/time that worked best for us (not like other companies that give you a window on a set date chosen by them).
