I am unsure what the doctors name is and frankly I’m glad; it’s great to know as little as possible about such a vile human and “doctor”. If you’ve attended this clinic and met a horrible doctor, we’ve more likely than not encountered the same person. My family made the unwise decision to choose her as our family doctor. For the past year or so I have had the displeasure of going to her for my medical concerns. Each time I was met with apathy, invalidation, and absolutely no medical help (ironic since she is a doctor, right?) The only thing I can give her credit for is competency at refilling prescriptions that were prescribed by other doctors! Good job doc. She zooms through her patients like she’s Sonic the hedgehog; I respect efficiency but not at the cost of good beside manners. You will not be met with a “how are you? ” or a smile and especially not basic manners. If you somehow manage to get more than 60 seconds of the doctors time, consider yourself one of the lucky few. No matter the concern somehow she always manages to be out of the room STAT.

As a doctor you have an obligation to actually care about your patients, it is not just about the fat paycheque. In your profession, a lack of passion inflicts damage to your vulnerable patients and is simply not acceptable. Do better, care more, take a break if it means you’ll get a resurgence of passion for your job. Just because you’re smart enough to be a doctor doesn’t mean you should become one.

Tip for anyone reading this, go to Savanna Medical Centre down the street and save yourself from a horrible encounter.

The worst professional establishment I have came across. I work at a clinic myself. Called them at least 10 times and faxed request 06 times as of today regarding a simple specialist's report necessary for ongoing care of the patient. All they do is put you on hold for endless times. There is no room to leave any Voicemails. If you want to talk to their manager, the excuse they would use is that the Manager is with the patient (Seriously and for how long?).

It is not even as simple as being on hold. You get disconnected automatically after 10-15 minutes. You call again, you hold again.
The first person picks up the call and says they will fax the reports soon. The second person says they already did it, clearly lying and trying to get rid of you as there is no sign of that document in your inbox. The only way of getting report seems like driving 3 hours from Edmonton to Calgary for two sheets of paper because they are way too busy to answer you back or reply to your faxes.

The worst experience everrrr! Specialist's offices (the actual busy places) are more efficient than their clinic.

The staff is too rude!

If you have appointment then you will have to wait 1hour!

Worst experience ever, went there for a drivers medical because it was the cheapest in the area. The girl at front desk was nice but the doctor don’t even greet me or even talk about any condition. In 5 seconds she decided that she won’t do the medical form. She has no professionalism how to even talk to a patient. So rude …

Doctor Goswami- Wrost Doctor I have ever seen. I think she need to learn professionalism. I went there for my mom who is on visitor visa. Firstly they only accept cash so that they do not have to pay tax on it. Secondly, they received all the reports for my mom but when i call them representative on phone said doctor will call today. Then they didn’t call it on that day. Next day when i ask for report they want me to book an appointment again. When i went there for report doctor Goswami told me that “ reports ka follow up late ho jageya to kaunsa pahad tut padega” she told me you were rude to receptionist.this is the way doctor talks to patient? Just for personal Ego now she don’t want to give my mom ECG reports. I am waiting for more than 4 weeks I believe. I hope one day that situation will come in her life then only she will know how to treat patient. If you can’t handle patients appointment and follow up then why you are taking that many appointment? Atleast do your job right or don’t take new walk-in. I learn my lesson that whoever wears white apron with stethoscope is not aways a doctor
******Edited on july 14! I have booked appointment with another doctor and they asked for report transfer then representative on phone told my wife that she just saw her request and they are currently busy so they cant do it right now. As of July 14.

Not good as a family doctor. You can barely see the doctor, everytime you call she’s always not available,

Just by reading the reviews I know this is a terrible place. But the responses from the clinic manager are atrocious. Learn to talk to people better and take accountability rather than blaming everything on “fake reviews”. If people have so many complaints about your doctor then they’re the problem.

I visited this clinic in the hopes of finding a new doctor after having moved from BC. After waiting past my appointment time, filling in all the intake forms with all my medical history, the doctor spoke to me for about 3 minutes. She said that she didn't want to take me on as a patient because my medical history was too complicated. Too complicated? Are you kidding me? Isn't that what you went to medical school for? I need a doctor that can treat my chronic health issues and she wasn't willing to invest the time and energy into my situation. Thoroughly turned off by this attitude. And please don't tell me that I never visited this clinic and that this is a fake review like you have in so many other reviews, just because you don't want to take accountability.

Dr Goswami is really professional does not put u through hell lot of tests as other family doctors here
She is very specific
Clinic staff is cordial and welcoming
People just have to understand that if government makes any pathetic rules its not the doctor who is responsible
We should rather give bad reviews to government who made rules of not being able to see much patients
I really appreciate the work done by this great team.

Dr Suruchi Goswami is very irresponsible
She is my family doctor
She don’t even know how to treat with patient
I have stones in my gallbladder I requested to book appointment for scan she totally ignored me suggested me to go emergency if you feel pain
Now i went to other doctor he booked appointment and says that you have multiple stones of size 8mm
I need instant surgery
Otherwise pain will be more worse
I would like to give 0 star for her this behaviour
