I have been visiting this clinic past 1one year Dr. Shamaila was excellent and was very patiently listened all your concern. She is very friendly and took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and I highly recommend this clinic.
Only little concern is there would be always a waiting time to see her even you have the appointment.

Very poor experience with this clinic. Had an appointment booked, waited nearly two hours. Seen numerous people who arrived after me go in before me. I asked the front desk twice how much longer it would be and I was next…. Only I wasn’t.

Went in as walk in another time. Again, very long wait times. Seen Dr. Muhammad Farooq. He gave me the WRONG diagnosis. He looked at my eye and said it was this chronic swelling and that it would go away on its own. I looked up these symptoms and I had zero of the symptoms so nothing aligned with this diagnosis. It got worse and worse so I got in with an eye doc. They diagnosed with a severe deep tissue infection. Said if I develop a fever I need to go to the emergency room.

Can you imagine if I didn’t get a second opinion.
I will NOT be returning to this clinic.

Dr Shumaila is our family doctor. I never put review unless it's worth it. I was in stomach pain for years, no previous doctors cares about it. Just kept saying reduce your spicy food and oil. When i met Dr shumaila a year and half ago, she did some testing and figured what is the cause. It's almost 6 month I am stomach pain free. Thanks to Dr shumaila. Highly recommend meeting her. When you book appointment request for full appointment. No rush.

Even if you have an appointment still it will take you an hour to see the doctor. Very unprofessional.

Dissapoiting, staff told us to wait, they'll gonna ask the doctor, after a minute they decide that the doctor will not accept patients without even asking cause it's in the washroom, I didn't know staff can decide now whether the doctor will accept patients or not too bad.

They don’t care about appointments, they are allowing patients before others just because the front desk know them. Very unprofessional, i thought medical facilities are not baised but they proved me wrong!

I have been coming to this clinic as walk in. Front staff is very friendly. Dr. Etturki is very knowledgeable and make sure you get the best treatment needed. I will highly recommend him.

Savanna Medical Center, is our primary family doctor. Dr. Shamaila Z very professional and knowledgeable, She is a best family doctor. Our families health are depend on her hands for many many years since from single, get pregnant and have children and family, she's the one who look after our health.

This medical clinic has been great. I used to have a different perspective on doctors and didn’t have much trust in them but ever since I’ve been to this clinic Dr. Mohammad has shown me that doctors can be trust worthy. Especially during pregnancy all the receptionist have also been great in following up with appointments. I would highly suggest this clinic to anyone looking for a family doctor as I’ve heard great things about the other doctors as well.

This clinic is starting to take too many patients. Had to wait 1 hour with Dr. Shamaila after booking in advance. The doctor seemed rushed and didn't listen to my concerns. I really hope this improves or I will be leaving this clinic.

Edit: This is not a fake review as I prefer to remain anonymous instead of being targeted as a patient. Clinic has gone downhill since it started.

**Plus I'm starting to think these 5 star reviews are fake as most people that have reviewed 5 stars only have 1 to 2 reviews.

Dr. Shamalia is an excellent Dr. She is thorough and shows great concern with her patients. Both my husband and I are patients and give her a 200 0/0 rating.

Dr. Shamaila, did a wonderful job implementing a tiny patch (birth control) in my arm. It’s non invasive procedure quick and painless.

Long waiting for patient with appointment, 1 time waiting 50min and 2nd time 30 min, they can improve this.

I’ve had bad experiences with the clinics I went to but this one, is so far the best. Staff and the doctors are nice and friendly. They work in a timely manner. There is a rare chance of them getting late with their timings but it can happen for some valid reasons.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Very unprofessional establishment. I booked in for a meet and greet/consultation. My appointment was for 2pm. I was on time and asked at the front if it was busy or if I was being seen next since it was very over crowded, she assured me only 5 minutes. I ended up waiting about 35 minutes and did not even be set in to a room, I ended up canceling. I made this appointment Tuesday Today they tried calling me at 11: 30 asking if I could come in at 1: 15 instead.very, very unprofessional. I would not let a doctor touch me there after that experience.

Dr. Shamaila is the best Doctor that ive ever had especially with giving Botox. I highly recommend her when going to this clinic.

Called the clinic this morning for walk-in as my baby was sick, the front desk girl said you have to wait like 1-2 hour, I said okay. Reached there at 11: 45 and asked to wait because of the baby I was waiting outside the clinic after 2 hours I asked for how much time I have to wait, the front desk girl said, “ how many times I can explain you, you have to wait I’ll call you at your turn” and they were calling me at 3: 30 I would have gone to ER instead. Long long wait times, very disappointed at first visit.

Dr Shemila is astounding and a delight to have. I have had her as my family doctor for a long time and she understands me and my needs. She gives me choices and I love that we can talk and she listens thank you!

The reception staff at this clinic are exceptional. They work very hard to get patients processed, they answer questions and are very professional. If you make an appointment, you will wait no more than 10 minutes. If you walk in, be patient. You may wait 20 minutes, but that is to be expected in any medical clinic that takes walk ins. Also, the doctors are great. Even when they are clearly busy, they take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. Dr. Etturki is friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him as a doctor.

Really convenient location. Dr. Shamaila and Dr. Etturki have always provided me with clear information and instructions regarding my medical concerns. I can always ask my questions whenever I come in. I have been seeing Dr. Shamaila for couple years now and she is very nice. I will always come to this clinic.

The layout of the clinic is a bit confusing. When first coming into the front door (hard to tell which door is the front door), the front desk sign says for massage, chiro, acupuncture etc. I was there to see a walk-in GP. One of the ladies came to get me while I was wandering around, and mentioned that there was 8 people ahead of me and that despite being open for another hour, they would not be seeing anyone else today.
The lady at the front desk was very pleasant, and that’s why my review wasn’t lower.

State of Heart. Is one stop shop to all your wellness affair. Comprehensive health care place with integrated professionals. Dr. Shamaila is the best MD, period.

Just booked an appointment with Dr. Shamaila and still have to wait for more than half an hour so whats the meaning of booking an appointment if i have to wait long time again doesn’t make any sense.it happened so many times but I don’t know how they can be so unprofessional they don’t care the value of your time. I would recommend please don’t waste your time here.

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Shamaila and now with her new Team too, especially Karm, for her very kind assistance, the way she receives the patients and her excellent work. Dr. Shamaila is very accurate in her diagnoses, I know, she is knowledgeable and very professional. She has taken care of my Health for more than 10 years and I do not want other family doctor in my life if God allows me. At each visit, Dr. Shamaila keeps me informed about the treatments to follow and always answer all my questions and concerns, but the most important she always improve my health. I am truly baffled by the positive reviews for this clinic. I wonder if the doctors paid for them. I am very unhappy with the Botox treatment and the other services I received by the doctors Dr. Shamaila and dr Malik here.

Had the same procedure done here twice. With the same exact insurance. In the same month! I checked with these joker doctors before my procedure on pricing with my insurance. The first one was $130 and I paid in full.

The doctor Shamaila persuaded me to get the second treatment and instead of charging $300, I was charged $800! Not to mention my willingness to pay extra $100 copay the second time. Guess who screwed with NO APOLOGY? I would have been with this place going on 2 years. FALSE CLAIMS are not taking care of your patients.

I cannot express how much I felt slapped in the face. I have never left a negative internet feedback anywhere before. Terrible way to treat a good person. Avoid both Dr Shamaila and Dr Malik.

Edit: if you cannot find me in the system, it’s because I moved elsewhere because of your terrible service. I had been reading your responses to your patients and any negative review that a patient leaves, you totally discard that patient from your system. ANOTHER reason to not to visit your clinic.

Went today for the first time there. I'm amazed by the professionalism and the interest they take in patients. Dr Rashid was extremely professional and was very easy to talk to. The rooms were clean and the receptionists were polite, something that I don't often see at other clinics nowadays. Would highly recommend.
